Great Location & Comfortable Living I’ve been living in this apartment for 7 years , and overall, it’s been a great experience. The location is convenient, with easy access to shops, restaurants, and public transportation. The unit itself is spacious, with modern appliances and plenty of natural light. Management is responsive to maintenance requests and the office staff are kind and helpful and put on great community events! Noise levels are generally low, making it a comfortable place to live. Would recommend!

Love this place. It’s got great amenities and located perfectly by the train station. Everyone that works in the building are also extremely nice and helpful. This is the best apartment complex I’ve ever rented, and I don’t think anything will ever top this place.

My husband and I have lived and Third & Valley a little over a year, and just resigned our lease. We absolutely love it here! The proximity to the train can't be beat (we both commute so that's what drew us to the building originally). The building is kept so clean and the gym, pool, parking garage, trash service are all amazing. Most importantly, we can't say enough nice things about the staff - they are true all-stars. We'll be looking to buy a house eventually and I know we'll be sad to leave!

I have lived here coming up on 2 years. I have really enjoyed this experience. The train is very close, you walk outside and 4 minutes apartment to train. Also, something I was worried about was the noise from the train, you can’t even hear it, I couldn’t believe it but it’s true! The courtyard and grills are wonderful, I can go grill anytime I want. There are lots of events w/ free food and drinks and is a great way to meet others in the building.

I have lived at Third and Valley since they opened their doors! I can’t say say enough good things. From the kindness, responsiveness and professionalism of the staff to the residential community, this place is truly home for me. The staff truly care about the residents and do such a great job of fostering community. The amenities are great and the residents take full advantage of them. The maintenance staff is exceptional and professional and respond super fast to maintenance requests. The leadership in the rental office is solid! I have a great apartment here and have even created a beautiful garden oasis in my outdoor space. What can I say? I just love living here.

The Third and Valley Community is a dream. I’ve lived here since the cement dried and I ha e zero plans or reason to leave. The management staff is unmatched. They’re all very attentive and always doing cool things to allow the community to engage. The maintenance staff is very efficient and knows how to resolve any concern you may have. I feel Very safe and welcomed here. I couldn’t Ask for a better place to live. Thank you Third and Valley for being awesome.

We moved our 27 year-old daughter into this building about a year ago. It has been a wonderful experience. We love the friendly and helpful staff, the impeccably, clean common spaces, the amenities and services. Everyone is extremely communicative and it generally has a warm and casual vibe.

I cannot say enough wonderful things about Third & Valley. The application for my new cozy home was made seamless by the staff and particularly the rockstar property manager, David Andino - who is beloved by all residents here! The amenities are top notch, particularly the free Starbucks machine in the lobby and their state-of-the-art gym. So thankful to live and thrive here!

Third & Valley is a special community with amazing staff, amenities, and events! The building feels brand new, modern, and stylish. Access to the building is through an app, which makes it easy for guests/deliveries, and adds to the high-tech “fancy hotel” experience of living here. The amenities are super nice and luxurious, including a pool, exercise classes, library, and cozy club room with a fireplace. The building is always spotless, and the maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. What sets this special building apart is the sense of community developed by the residents and dedicated leasing office staff. Tameeka, the Assistant Property Manager, made the whole process of moving in a breeze and was a joy to work with! Dave, the Property Manager, is always hosting events for us and going the extra mile to make sure every resident is happy here and it shows! Don’t miss out on a great apartment renting experience!

Great Location and Friendly Staff! I’ve been living here for about 6/years and overall, it’s been a positive experience. The location is fantastic – close to public transportation, groceries & restaurants, makeing life convenient. The neighborhood feels safe, there’s always something to do nearby. The apartment is spacious and well-maintained. I appreciate the maintenance team is responsive & handles any issues within 24 -48 hours. The staff are friendly and helpful, making the day-to-day experiences smooth. Downsides: the walls can be a bit thin, so noise from neighbors can be noticeable at times. Also, parking can be a bit tight, especially during peak hours (commuters park on the same side as residents), but it’s fairly manageable and annoying. Fitness center has all the equipment to get a great workout. Community areas are comfortable. Pool area is lovely but opens late on weekends and closes too early. Overall, I’d recommend this place. It’s been a solid experience!

I just moved in but everyone is very nice. Management is very responsive. Neighbors are very helpful. The building is very clean and easy accessible to transportation.

Love love my apartment and third & valley!! Staff and building are fantastic. Location is ideal for those commuting to NYC and for others who work in NJ. Always clean and well maintained. It is a wonderful place to live!

Great place to live. Everything is taken care of. Couple of suggestions. Oil the wheels on the grocery carts. Also change the blankets and pillows in the Lounge. They are looking soiled and dated . Light couch in the downstairs area needs a good cleaning.

I love living at Third and Valley. The management (David, Juliette and Tameeka) are wonderful and helpful. The maintenance staff keep the place in tip top condition. My family says it feels like they are visiting me in a nice hotel. Most importantly I feel a safe sense of community. Happy with Third and Valley as my choice.

Living at 3rd & Valley has been a wonderful experience. Our building is kept clean and always smells wonderful! The staff is helpful and kind. Repairs are made in a timely fashion. The fitness center has all the equipment necessary to get a great workout and is never crowded. Apartments are spacious with high ceilings. Everything you would need is in walking distance. From the train station to the market. Coffee shops, salons and great restaurants. Four stars bc pool hours are short and interrupted. Other than that, I love where I live!

I like it here, the staffs are super friendly and helpful. Then environment is definitely calm and welcoming. Any questions or needed assistance they never hesitate to help. Love the free coffee every morning as well.. they do pay attention to details which is always great.

I'm new here. Staff is amazing!!! So far, so good. The community perks for living here are worth it. There's a gym. People pick up your garbage right outside of your apartment door.

I live where I live! The amenities (fitness center, pool, lounge and Clubroom are great places to chill or host a gathering. I don’t have a pooch but I hear from neighbors having a dog wash facility is convenient. I work in NY do commuting on the train is a hop, skip and jump.

The entire staff consists of highly qualified people who are willing to assist in every way to make living here a delightful experience. We are enjoying our time here as tenants.

Today we moved into the Third & Valley building. No hassles, no problems, just courteous and friendly people there. Juliet has been terrific in helping us get started. Very genuine, and thoughtful. I am looking forward to knowing the building better.

We lived at Third and Valley for 3 years and I can’t recommend this place enough. I’ve never been sad to leave an apartment before but this community and the management team truly made it hard to say goodbye. The location and beautiful apartments are truly the best. David is the property manager from heaven and we’ll always be grateful to him and the staff!

Honestly--this is the nicest apartment complex I have ever lived in. My apartment is so nice and cozy and more importantly the staff is wonderful. So now it is time to tell you about David--a big Cannon Printer arrived a week ago and David offered to help carry it to my apartment--then I sighed and said "wow--now I just need to connect it"...David said "I am happy to help you". Alas, after connecting 2 other identical printers I was able to do it myself. It is just so wonderful that management is always willing to help--(yes--I still love Monique and Juliette)--the maintenance and cleaning staff are extraordinary. Why would anyone choose any place else to live!!! Third and Valley I am here for life!

I enjoyed my time at Third and Valley. Very easy to travel to NYC. The parking garage is connected to the building for easy access to my car, and the Staff are always helpful and very friendly.

Living in Third and Valley is wonderful. The staff is so friendly and helpful and never a day passes when I don't have a friendly greeting from staff and residents. The facility is so clean--feels like walking into a luxury hotel. The fitness equipment is well maintained ---I am very happy here so close to shopping and restaurants, the train station and arts and entertainment. I’ve lived here for 6 years now. I share a roomy 2 bd with my 9 year old. The building is well maintained and kept clean. They have a wonderful signature scent that always reminds me of when I first visited the building. The amenities are on point (fitness, pool, Clubroom). The residents are cool and our community events are fun. They have been well attended the last few years. Great opportunity to meet your neighbors. Train station is right across street with local eateries within walking distance. The pool is beautiful with a nice grilling area. I took 1 star because I wasn’t happy with the pool management this summer. Too many pool breaks every hour is ridiculous. Still a great place to live!

I moved in in April and I have been privileged snd blessed to find David and and team managing a wonderful building. It didn't take long for me to meet dozens of tenants and make great friends!! I have recommended Third&Valley to numerous friends in Morris County and NYC to take a look at the building.

Third and Valley is a great company! The employees always make you feel valued and happy. They’re very patient, especially with everything going on in the world.

Being a resident at 3V has been a pleasure over the past 5 years. The apartment itself is spacious and modern with good, reliable appliances. The common spaces are always spotless and the amenities are extensive. I appreciate how quickly management responds to any of our issues or concerns.

I love the building, staff, amenities and my apartment. Wonderful to come home to climate controlled, clean and safe hallways. Definitely 5 stars all around!

Moving to this property was our best decision yet. Everyone we have met has been so kind and welcoming. Just passing by in the hallways, people always say hello and some even stop to talk! Our dog is also as happy as can be, meeting new human friends as well as fur friends.
