Property Ratings at 38 Commerce
38 commerce is perfect if you want to be in the heart of GR and within a very short walking distance to everything. It couldn’t be a more perfect location. The rent is decently priced for the quality and space of the apartment. Love the walk in closet, in unit laundry, and floor to ceiling windows. The balconies are also pretty spacey and have a great view! There is a gym on the top floor, my only complaint is that it’s a little small and quite dirty. Other than that, 38 is a great place to live!

I am originally from NYC and I absolutely love living in this location for a city feel. You have everything near you, along with beautiful views and the apartments / penthouses are gorgeous. I live in a penthouse and the windows are to die for! Floor to ceiling. All of the staff is amazing and super helpful, especially Kait! I feel right at home here.

I've been living at 38 commerce for a few months and I can say I made a great decision. The apartment is close to restaurants, events, stores, etc and the apartment itself is very modern and sleek. One slight complaint is the amount of traffic that you hear but that happens in any complex when you live close to a busy street. Also, the maintenance staff is very prompt in fixing issues which is very appreciated.

Perfect location. Everything is in walking distance, and Its surprisingly quite despite the adjacent bars. The building is leed certified so utilities are crazy cheap. Floor to ceiling windows, so you rarely need the lights on. My only complaint, the units are pretty humid, not sure what causes it, easily fixed with a dehumidifier though. Oh, and the building has a top floor gym!
