I am so pleased to live here- everyone is friendly and the people who work here care for all the residents- Maintenance is quick and reliable, and there is such a sense of safety here!
Overall, nice place to live. I like reaching out to the staff that have worked on this property for years. They tend to be able to help address questions and know how to support the residents better than some of the newer staff. I wish they would cover the fire extinguishers replacement but they stop doing this starting this last month.

I have lived in the Thornberry Woods complex for 13 years and have found it an excellent place to live. The staff is well qualified,professional and very friendly.
I love living at Thornberry Woods! I love the community environment. The events they have giving everyone a chance to get to know each other. The grounds are always clean and well maintained. Any problem I have had, which are minimal to begin with, were dealt with in a timely manner. They go out of their way to make sure you are happy in your living environment. I have no complaints.
Staff is always accommodating and helpful. Maintenance always responds quickly and does great work. Overall, it has been a great experience over the past year and a half

my experience is new, but i like everything. i love the nature around, i talked a little with some neighbors, it was very friendly. i would like to have a common chat for neighbors, so that we could quickly agree on a joint barbecue or cozy evenings by the fire.

The maintenance staff are attentive and the leasing office ladies are friendly and easy to get along with. The landscaping is pleasing to look at every season and with the walking paths nearby it's really a win-win!

Really liking this place so far. AC broke down on a Sunday, Maintenence brought me a window unit within a half hour to hold me over until they fixed the central air unit.
Our family has lived in Thornbury Woods for two years now. We chose this place because of its location and its amenities. I really like the apartments' layout and quality, the environment, the excellent work of the technical staff, and the office - special thanks to them for these pleasant neighbors.
Thornberry Woods is a pleasant community. Any issues are addressed in a timely manner. Management is proactive in addressing issues and takes care of the community. i.e. shoveling snow, salting, mowing, cleanup property, etc.
Poor management. We have a security camera facing our front door and have videos of a tenant always hanging outside our patio with his cat and vaping. We have a baby and should not be exposed to smoke. We have sent numerous emails and complaints but are being ignored. We sent an email to the managers last night and didn’t receive any response. We stated that we feel extremely uncomfortable having a stranger hangout right outside our apartment. He stands inside our patio, which is a private entrance. They don’t seem to care for your safety. I do not recommend this apartment complex. I am glad we are moving soon.

We have loved our time at Thornberry woods! The apartments are beautiful and we have the kindness neighbors! We are thankful for a location only 10 minutes from downtown Naperville.
Everything was good. We had valet trash service. They took away the valet trash service but we were still charged. People with dogs seem to not know how to pick up after their dogs, no class.

We have lived here over ten years. We really do love living in this community. We have made some amazing friends. The staff is so friendly and professional. We just had our heat go out. I let the office know and within 20 minutes maintenance was there. They got it fixed in about 30 minutes. .
