Where do I even begin? The staff at Three77 park have been nothing short of extraordinary from the property manager Stephanie to the Leasing staff, to the maintenance workers and even the cleaning ladies! They are all so amazing and work very diligently in ensuring this stays an A+ community. From the very beginning the environment has always been uplifting, positive and overall fun. The former leasing agent Torri was awesome when getting us in and keeping us informed every step of the way. She took it a step further by staying in touch and always being welcoming of us when we came by the office. Lana has always been a true gem at Three77 the attention, love, and care she puts into her work here at this community is second to none. I notice her heading to work early and staying later and even spending time talking to residents when I’m sure she’s ready to get home! She goes above and beyond and is always there to provide a laugh and a smile. Stephanie is ON TOP OF IT! Stephanie is very communicative with any questions I may have. She has been understanding, patient and informative about many things! When I come down to the office she always takes the time to talk to me. Stephanie works hard at maintaining an amazing community! The maintenance workers are awesome!! They are on time and handle requests really fast! Like really really fast! Anytime they see me around they ask me how I am and make it a point to check on us. They are efficient and knowledgeable about our apartment and even educates us on ways to prevent certain hazards. Another thing I really like about Three77 Park is their ability to hire exceptional staff members! Mary the assistant manager that took over after Vince is amazing! She is very social and welcoming, I never feel like a burden when I’m down in the office in fact I still feel right at home LOL she takes the time to hold conversations with me and check in on our satisfaction with our stay at Three77, she is very engaging with other residents and overall is always a welcoming smiling face to count on in the office. The new leasing agent Abbe is very kind and social as well. She is good about getting certain information over to us in a timely fashion. Overall the staff at Three77 Park all work with the spirit of excellence and are very upbeat, fun and present for all of us residents (current and future) they are knowledge driven, outgoing, excellence upholding assets to this community! Application process: I applied to this apartment and worked with Lana through the application process. Lana was always very helpful and gave me reminders via email/phone call for things that would slip my mind. She ensured ahead of time that I was fully prepared for the moving process. Honestly, the whole staff there was super helpful no matter how many questions I had. (I had many) Customer service was 10/10. First day: Walking into the apartment for the first time I was blown away, it was BEAUTIFUL. They even gave me a welcome gift basket full of goodies on the counter waiting for me and it had lots of great stuff inside. The apartments I had been to before would show a nice model but then the actual apartment wasn't up to standard. It looked just like the model apartment and they insured it was very clean/move-in ready. After moving in: Any questions/concerns I had were answered VERY quickly. If I would send an email or call in, the team would be swift to give me actual solutions with no excuses. Again, great customer service which is a priority to me. Overall: The shared spaces (lobby, pool, etc) are always presentable. Any time my family comes to visit they are blown away with the upgrades/cleanliness. I would highly recommend considering staying here. Lana is a great person to work with, and honestly the whole staff is a joy to work with.

I've lived in apartments for the past 6 years, never have I ever lived somewhere so unprofessional. They call it "Luxury" the only thing luxury about this place is the amount of money you will fork over to live here. BEWARE, CANNOT WAIT TO MOVE UGH I WANNA SCREAM

The staff is absurd! I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism. How can a complex allow this to go on?? Why are there more units than parking spots?? How did anyone think this would work out? Why is building 3 completely separate from the rest of the property? Why is there no visitor parking in the tiny separate lot for building 3? I’m expected to drive to the pool? The gym? The mail room? Outrageous!!! This place is awful. Packages are never delivered here either because building 3’s address apparently doesn’t exist in gps. Can’t wait to leave!!!
Not only is the current staff in the office atrocious and thoughtless, the new policy in place of forcing residents to find their own parking and wear wristbands to go to the pool is insane. The only redeeming quality of this complex is the maintenance staff. Forget the free breakfasts and all the crap they claim is for residents, at the end of the day the office staff is garbage, their new rules are crazy, and it's not worth the money to live here. We will most likely be breaking our lease to move out ASAP.
There is no where to park. The spots are always full. The staff is rude and doesn’t care and actually blames you for it.
The Alexis, Amber, and Abi were great! It was a really easy approval process and I’m so excited to moving to this beautiful new property! So happy there are elevators since I’ll be on the 4th floor!
We went in just to look at the apartments and fell in love with them. Although there was no model we knew that we had found the one! Abi helped us during the whole process and is amazing! Everything was done in one day! October can not come soon enough!!
The staff has gone over and over beyond on their helpfulness of getting us ready for the move in we are so excited to be moving in December.
I needed a downstairs, 1 bedroom apt. with a yard. Amber showed me what was available at 377 Park. The process of application and lease info was completed before I left the office. Very professional and cordial. Can't wait to move!
Alexis and Abi were absolutely AMAZING when it came to finding us a new place to call home! They were incredibly kind, down to earth and made our experience so wonderful. Even though the units are not available to tour yet, we know that it will be stunning and we absolutely can’t wait to move in come October!
Management is great! Abi did a wonderful job with the whole rental process. Cant wait to get moved in.
