Just moved in about a week ago and I’m absolutely LOVING this apartment. The natural light from the windows, the amenities and community spaces downstairs, and the area in general are amazing. Not to mention appliances like the air conditioning, water filter, oven, and laundry machine are all really easy to use. I feel like I’m able to focus on myself in an environment that allows me to thrive :)

I enjoy living here the only issue I have is the swings are occupied by non residents 90% of the time. I love the community events, calendar in the elevator, friendly neighbors and the staff are super friendly and helpful.

Everything at three collective has been amazing! From the management office, to the residents, amenities and maintenance staff. Everyone is so friendly and helpful. I love coming home and taking advantage of all the perks.
Trash chute is continuously backed up people put trash that should not be put in trash chute consistently. This blockage can go on for days. Noise of non-residence in the “public park” has grown in annoyance to paying residents, including damages to the property incurred by these non-residents. Additionally, my husband found homeless people living in the water utility rooms on parking garage three. Elevators go out or are on maintenance all of the time without ample notice making it difficult to leave the building. Luckily we are on the second floor, but I can’t imagine for other people living on the 12th floor. I’m not quite sure why we pay as much money for this property when we could move into the city pay the same amount and receive a better quality of living.
It’s a nice place. Just getting settled. I would recommend it to everyone. The people ate friendly and the staff is helpful 24/7. I made a great choice.

We have only been here for a little over a week but we absolutely love it here! The amenities are jaw dropping, the residents are so kind and overall it’s such a cozy home and an AMAZING location. We moved from out of state and were in constant communication with Angelina throughout the whole process. She was very helpful and kind!! I love this complex, this is such a friendly community, great amenities, amazing staff, and great engagement with events. I wouldn’t want to live anywhere else. You have 24 hr maintenance and access to a free gym membership, along with the best shopping centers for anything you need. Would recommend to anyone 1,000%.

Management needs to be tighter on security since there are random people not from the apartment comes in, the staff needs to be present and not slacking off watching TV in the pods, and the parking situation needs to be better.
I love 3Co. Everyone has been incredible helpful and attentive. Move-in has been wonderful, the apartment is beautiful, and the amenities are top tier.

This building is an excellent community. Everyone gets along and loves to hang out. Great family atmosphere and wonderful amenities. The management company needs to listen to their customers more because we are living with the issues that have not been resolved but other than that this community could possibly be the best one to live in, in the dmv.

Three collective has been such a great place to live. I enjoy the amenities as well as the supportive welcoming staff. Having a Complementary gym membership has been a game changer. I also love the maker space and utilize it pretty often to create art and work on home projects. Three collective is truly designed for innovators and creators.

Very responsive staff. The interior is also beautiful inside the apartments and the common areas. The only flaw so far is the speed of the elevator.

I like it here, from the maker's space to the other amenities. Although I feel like a little kid not permitted to stay out past 10 pm because the amenities close at that time. Overall, it's decent.

The amenities are great and the leasing office and maintenance staff are friendly and helpful. The building’s appearance is clean and orderly. The only concern or criticism is that the maintenance requests take a bit longer than my past experiences at other units. I had to to wait over 3 days for a few issues to be resolved before my move in. And there is no indication that work has been completed. A tag on the door stating maintenance completion would help a great deal. Also online job closeouts need to be more prompt.

From the apt tour, application process, and move-in, my experience with the Three Collective team has been positive! Mikayla went out of her way to assist me and was very patient answering all my questions. I needed to change my move in date last minute and dropped in at the office for help. Zara was very accommodating, worked with the team to get the unit ready and I was able to move in the next day. The apartment common area is well maintained and the amenities are great. I am really enjoying living here.

The move in process went smoothly. The leasing office was very communicative. Everyone would answer any questions we had and the residents are all nice. When it comes to the move in process, there are constant reminders on what needs to be done so you don’t miss any important steps. So far overall experience has been great!

I love it here!! There is hardly any noise, my view is incredible, everything in my apartment is brand new and I love that there is absolutely NO carpet! I still get as excited to come home as I did my first day here.

Great community! Great apartments! Great Staff! The only downside is that the park in front that is advertised as part of the amenity space is actually a public park. Very little accessibility for tenants and it is constantly littered with junk. The kids that use the area are not monitored and are constantly breaking the installations.

Very easy and streamlined move in process. Mikayla and Elizabeth were very caring and attentive from the time we put in our application to arriving at the building. We just moved in after downsizing, and we are very happy with 3CO staff, building, etc. Moves are nerve wrecking but not this one. The location offers us quick access to DC, and all the NOVA access points.

It’s really great living at Three collective! I feel like they definitely try their best to make a fun and kind environment. The leasing office people are amazing I absolutely adore their attitude! The only thing I would say is that I understand it’s a pet friendly apartment and I love animals but a lot of the times dog owners often don’t keep their dogs on a leash. But besides that it’s great!

The whole move in process was great from start to finish. I toured the community and within two days I moved into my new apartment. The leasing staff were very helpful with this quick turnaround, Mikayla was fantastic!

So far, I really love living here. I have no problem with noise pretty easy to always find a good parking spot. The management and maintenance are super helpful and super attentive.
