Located about a mile southeast of Downtown Spanaway, Elk Plain exudes a small-town atmosphere. Think twice!

Don't know anything about the mobiles or apartments here, but the "ponds" are no big selling point. They are very unattractive, looking more like vast mosquito hatcheries! The park is unkempt and not well landscaped. The homes themselves are dated and appear from the outside like they are not well maintained. If I were you, I would investigate closely before committing!
