Three Waters Green

They don't give your pet fee back I don't know why they are lying about that. If you have any repairs might as well do them yourself the maintence men are about as knowledgeable as my 10 year old and if it's under $250 you have to pay for it we saw that suprise in the lease agreement. The office never answers the phone. There is no fish in the ponds. It's just for overflow for the drainage system around the property. They screwed us out of one month on our lease so they could make more money. I wish more people could own their homes bc renting from people that only care about their bank accounts is really disheartening. We would move but we're stuck here for the time being because of our dog.

We have lived here for almost two years and loved it till the recent ownership change. Maintenance use to be handle with a local phone number to whoever was on call now you call a third party call center at an 866 number. Our air conditioner isn’t working and we were informed that since they consider it cool enough outside even though it’s over 80 degrees in our house that we can wait till the morning for them to repair our air conditioning. They literally told us to just open our windows! We over market rate rent for this small two bedroom house so I expect my ac to work not be told to sleep with my widows open!

Hi, my name is Hezekiah Thomas. I have recently graduated from college and moved to Pensacola FL due to a job offer. During my college days I have lived in only student housing and only dreamed of having a house that I can call home. Three Water Green made my dream come true. I love this place!! The community is nice and I have an amazing family next door. The only thing I would suggest is more lights around the community,but other then that I love this place.

I love having a single family home nestled in this community. Responsive maintenance. Friendly staff. The community is clean and well taken care of. I do wish however that there was more offered in the community, either a pool or more updated parks for the kids.

House is good . Central could be a little better, and would recommend to have tile instead of carpet. Besides that it's good to go

This is a home away from home. Being in the military and stuck in apartments can be a little stressful and close quarters. With the homes from Three Waters Green they are spacious and updated. I can have that home feeling with my family. The benefits also include nice scenery, when I take my family on walks as well as take them to play basketball and tennis for free; They even have kid play grounds located around the community. Oww did I mention how pet friendly they are. Every quarter mile there are bins for the pets. As well as the pet parks to where my puppy out. Its a great nice secure community to live in. Me and my fiance love living in the waters green, friendly atmosphere nice clean yards and nice homes. We have been with three waters green for 2 1/2 years, went through the flood lost our home for 5 months or so but came back, and love the new crew they have!

I will be entering my third year at TWG, as a single female, I have had no problems with safety. I have been through rough weather and absolutely love my brick home with a garage. We are an Pet Friendly Community with puppy stations located around the neighborhood (Awesome Pawsome :), tennis and basketball courts, Wal-Mart is five minutes away... I cannot imagine renting anywhere else!

The neighborhood is very nice and it is close to Naval Air Station, and the beaches

We moved in on June 29th and love it here. The office staff were very helpful as we moved from out of state, so we had to do a lot of things through email and fax machines. The house was move in ready with all new appliances and new carpet. The utility room is huge and the kitchen is perfect. The outside space is nice and you can maintain yourself or they will mow the yard for you. The cul-de-sac we live on is quite and peaceful, no loud noises and no braking dogs all night. NO traffic in and out all night I would recommend this property to anybody wanting a well maintained home and quite neighborhood to raise a family or young couple starting out.

Great staff always friendly. Staff responds quickly to emergencies. Staff is always making improvements to surrounding area (plants & flowers).

I love this place. It has everything I need except for a gym but all in all it has a Lake a basketball court a tennis court a soccer field and playground's. Everybody over here is friendly from staff to neighbors everybody pretty much gets along with everybody. I enjoy living here and plan on living here for a long time. Anytime I have an issue it is resolved very fast and I like that. I've been living here for almost 2 years and love everything about it I have nothing bad to say.

We've lived at three waters green for just a short time but we've fallen completely in love with the community. The maintenance workers are always quick to fix an issue, the office personnel is always helpful and sweet, the grounds are well tended, and the neighborhood is quiet and peaceful! We've really enjoyed living here!

Most of the houses here are newly renovated with granite counter tops, new carpet, new laminate, and new appliances in the kitchen. We absolutely love our house, but the yard is very lacking. The "yard" is pretty much just sand with weeds in it. Our house also does not have an electric garage door opener and we have been waiting for 3 months to get one now. Other than this issue all other maintenance are dealt with incredibly fast.

Three Waters Green is and amazing place. Coming from Virginia to Florida do to military transfer. I was pleased. They have quite a few fishing holes and a dog park. Which was going to be my worry because I like being outside and don't have to go far to fish. They also have a great staff who are very nice and polite. The people in the housing area are great too. I like to introduce myself to anyone that may come in contact with my kids and these people are great. My next door neighbor is showing my little girls how to cook homemade apple pie right now...LOL. Long story short this is a place that you could call home. God bless yaw.

I like what Three Waters Green has done. Take a neighborhood of small 2-3 bedroom homes and instead of hiring a outside company to rent them or sell the houses they do it all there selfs. When looking for a place to stay in Pensacola a apartment was the first thing i had in mind. But coming from Texas and living in a apartment i hated the summers making my car unbearable. So i found this place that offered everything my family needed. A small house with garage and never worrying about neighbors stomping around upstairs or us being to loud for our neighbors. The only Con to living here is that for what you get its a little pricey. But otherwise it's great!

Three Waters Green apartments are single family homes. They have been remodeled and upgraded with nice finishings. It doesn't feel like a rental community.

These are nice looking single family houses in a calm & quiet community. The onsite management & maintenance is nice. The basketball, tennis courts & playgrounds are great. Unfortunately no pool & more street lamps needed. Close to NAS & Perdido Key but a little farther from downtown & the center of town.
