Property Ratings at Three Willows
My stay at Three Willows over the last two years has been very pleasant. Beth in the office is a complete sweetheart and very easy to deal with. Anytime I had a request it was met with same or next day service. I highly recommend Three Willows to anyone looking for a place in the West End.
Property Manager at Three Willows, Responded To This Review
Thank you so much for your review! We are so glad you've had a 5-star experience with us.
We have been living in the community for two years, and have never had a complaint. The units are roomy (3 baths in my 2 bed) with large closets and a huge master bedroom. I've also been pleased that although we are close to a busy part of town, the area is very quiet and safe. I am a young woman, and frequently take walks through the neighborhood in the evenings, never had an issue. I highly recommend!
I do not like living in apartments, but Three Willows may be the exception. We moved here while we saved for the purchase of our first home, and expected to stay for less than a year. We ended up staying for three years! The property manager, Beth, is on point and keeps things clean and drama free. Maintenance is SUPERB, I mean there is no delay between reporting a problem, and them fixing it. Joe is always ready to help. The neighborhood is great. The home itself is lovely, especially at this price point. HUGE closets, that I will sorely miss, and large bedrooms, plus gas and water is included in the rent. Hopefully we do not find ourselves in a position where we need to rent again, but if we did this is where I would go.
I have been living in this townhouse for over two years. The landlord is really good with the tenants. There has been minimal drama. Three Willows is deserving of the highest rated place to live not only in Henrico County but in the Richmond area. The townhouse is very spacious with a nice backyard and nice neighbors. It has been a haven for me. I have had to quit my job due to health issues. If I won the Free Rent For Life, not only would it make my life, maybe I could save money to get better and be able to sleep at night. Hope that was clever enough of a review.
