If I could give them 0 stars I would...
When I moved in, they gave me the wrong key. Like most people I was moving on the weekend and could not get a hold of ANYONE who could possibly help. I ended up having to pay a locksmith $350 to come drill out the lock and buy/install a new one myself. Trying to get reimbursed was a joke, they acted like I misplaced the key or did something to make it not work and didn't want to pay up. I eventually ended up deducting the amount from my rent and stapling it to a copy of the locksmith bill. Tyson walks around telling everyone he's the owner but I'm pretty sure it's his uncle who owns the place and let's him work there because there's really nothing else the guy can do. His own workers called the building inspectors on him because they knew all of the electrical and other non permitted work he was doing could eventually kill someone. They've been shut down for asbestos too but only had one unit professionally worked on....sounds sketchy to me. He and his workers are rude, unprofessional and bully the residents. I've seen them physically screaming at a resident to move their car out of "their" spot. Parking is difficult to find at times and the poor guy parked in the lot to take his groceries in, give him a break. This isn't even the tip of the iceberg with these people, just don't do it, they're slum lords at best. There are much nicer apartments where you went be abused and bullied.
