Property Ratings at Tides at Chandler
The management has been great especially memory in helping myself and my family obtaining and maintaining residency at the complex, maintenance came and fixed any problems I brought to attention and I'd like to thank Rashad if I'm spelling it correctly for addressing the maintenance issues that I brought to their attention

We're so happy to hear that we have been able to provide you with an amazing home and experience here at Tides at Chandler. Our team is amazing and we are lucky to have them working with us! Please let me know if you ever have any needs at all! We're happy to help.
Had to call several times to get anyone to answer the phone. When I did get an answer the woman acted like she was annoyed about having to answer questions, and spoke to someone there in the office in Spanish about having to be bothered by my questions as if there was no chance I myself spoke Spanish. RUDE RUDE RUDE. Not going to bother with a tour if I'm just going to get this kind of response

We ask that you give us a call at (480) 899-8686 or stop by the leasing office at your convenience.
The Office staff is rude, and it takes weeks to resolve the work orders.
This place has been a nightmare ! They cheaply “remodel” apartments and then charge higher prices then they should . Just like other previous reviews mentioned , they painted over the bath tub and about a week into living here it is rusty , disgusting , can’t ever make it look nice . Since the day we moved in the laundry door has been falling off we have had them come out and fix it 4 times until we finally decided it wasn’t ever going to be fixed and just gave up. Our patio door never slides , it is basically stuck shut unless we are willing to break the door off , and that’s after maintenance “fixed it”. The toilet you have to hold the handle down the entire time until everything goes down , or else it won’t . Tonight the toilet completely stopped working, my husband and I have called the emergency maintenance line each and they won’t get back to us , and this is our only toilet in the apartment. Then the ac went out we called the front desk and spoke to the manager about the issues , she sent someone out , he came inside looked at everything stated he would be back , he never returned , the apt had now got to 99 degree considering the heat outside was 117, no one informed me of what was being done , so I had to call again and the manager is the worst to get information from, it’s as though we are pulling teeth to just get information. She said she would have to call me back as she had no info either . She finally gets back to me and tells me they have to have a company come out tomorrow morning , the next day I never got any info about the ac unit until once again I called before they closed and then I was informed a new unit was needed. 2 days go by and they still didn’t replace the ac but gave us the smallest portable cooler , and thought that would be fine , mind you this place has no fans or lights in any rooms other then the dining area, and one portable cooler doesn’t do anything in 117 degree weather and no fans , not once did they offer us another place to stay or more fans or coolers let alone keep us updated on what was going on , most in-compassionate, people especially the manager ! And the cockroaches are insane ! They come from the ceiling the drains everywhere , even if you spray, I saw other reviews about the cockroaches and didn’t listen , it’s definitely true. This place is absolutely miserable and terrible , I wouldn’t recommend to anyone and couldn’t be any happier to soon be out of this place , embarrassed to even live here .
It’s well maintained, everyone is very nice and the apartments themselves are very nice!
Only problem is the dog poop all over the place tenants don't clean up after pets
Only one access to the street. 2 turns on the driveway made meeting another vehicle difficult and even dangerous.
I know a lot if people have dogs but they need to clean up behind them I don't like to leave my apt and see poop in front of you stairs.
It is a great place to live for the price.
I would move back and make that my home again in a heart beat. The ONLY thing is the price vs the one bathroom. But regardless, I loved everything about the community. Even the office staff was amazing!
Apartment buildings are old and paint used to cover up. Lots of crevices inside and I would recommend it for anything else. Just the one issue. Oh and mailboxes need more security. Some are open with mail hanging out. Also the storage outside. The door is lopsided. Easy access for dirt. The wood is old, paint was used to cover up. Not a nice view to see.
Whenever I call for maintenance, they respond quickly and politely. I am always surprised by their kindness. I have never been disappointed.
Employee discount for public service workers, healthy and positive atmosphere
I would recommend 2101 because of the environment. A warm, kind, safe, peaceful community is ideal for anyone looking to do well for themselves. It is family oriented, or if you're on your own the community accommodates you as well, or a married couple, this can also be a perfect place to enjoy your marriage, in a setting that is suitable to those needs. It's almost all encompassing.
I would recommend the apartment complex as great living and comfortable.
I think the rent is high compared to what friends get in their complexes for same fee.
Good apartments at a reasonable price. My biggest complaint is all of the stray cats or residents cats that are allowed to run free. I've had to clean cat urine off my porch furniture several times
I would because they take great care of me,always.Thank you so much for all that you do!!!
It?s very well kept, safe. Staff is friendly and helpful. I enjoy the emails about happenings in the community as well the social media aspect is great. Staff here is doing a wonderful job.
The apartment is gorgeous and spacious. The rent price reflects the quality of the apartment you?re getting. I like the community so far.
I would recommend this apartment community because is in a good location and staff is very professional.
yes
I have lived in this community several times over the past decade and a half. For most part my experience has been positive with a few exceptions but past is past.
It's a great place. The people working were very nice and helpful. But the apartment is beautiful and unique, it's in a great area, the amenities are really nice and it would be our top pick to live there.
Some of the older reviews have me wondering what this place used to be like, but apparently it's turned around quite a bit. While I do think its a bit pricey for what I was getting, I really like the aesthetic touches in the apartments which give it a more unique feel than other apartments I have lived in. Staff has been very friendly, and while quite a few things were not working optimally when we first moved in maintenance has always been very quick and friendly about fixing any problems. It isn't immune to the stray cat problem this part of Chandler has, so if you're not a cat person you might want to keep shopping around. I'm not really bothered by them as the cats mostly keep to themselves. We've been here for a couple of months now, and I would probably recommend it to anyone looking to move into the Chandler area.
The community overall was very nice, but I found as time went on the residents became less concerned about picking up after their pets.
The walls/ceilings are too thin. There are several pet owners that do not pick up after their dogs, leaving the common areas with excessive amounts of dog poop.
Since I work at Walmart this facility is very close to work, I can walk to work. I would recommend anyone who works in this locality to live here.
Cars get broken into here often and nothing is done about it. The general area is quite good but this particular area is not and there is a lot of times I see the police come through. It's not worth the cost and I would not want to live there with children
Really not worth it and bad experiences with the office management. The rents are high for the area (not good)
BEWARE OF RENTING THIS PLACE!!!!.. They charged me for un-true claims on my final moving out bill. We moved in 2016 with old owner management. There r so many problems in the apartment we were in. The door to the bed room was falling apart, the blinds were also falling apart and missing(the door pictures were taking the first day we moved in). See the pictures The old mangement agrees to remove it out of the apartment and wrote a note to our contract. When we move out in 2017, the new owner management decided to charged us for the items which the previous owner management agrees on. During our stay there, the air vents were so dirty blowing BLACK dust out (see pic) We can see it on the wall. The duds filter were never change until we pointed out the problems. FUNNY They have the guts to added it to our bill for their dirty duds for repaint. LOL.(see pictures below) The air damaging our lunges to stay in the apartment. Beside they r remodeling every apartment when each tentants move out of the place. Don't let the new paint fool you. They r Just painted over the problems over. The office management want us to pay for their remodeling from the floor to the wall. How funny they added to our bill for their remodeling ? LOL
My experience has been great in the short time I've lived here. Grounds are good, staff is professional and friendly. Maintenance crew timely and efficient.
I do not feel comfortable living here. The staff is awful and they take a long time to get to anything.. There are a lot of empty apartments because it doesn't feel good to live here. Look elsewhere
Traffic congestion, one way in & same way out. Another exit/entrance on to El Monte St at far end of complex would be very helpful.
Changes for the better are taking place. Maintenance and construction crews are awesome and very good. The property looks so much better
I have always loved the location and neighborhood. The rooms are such a nice size and the bathrooms as well.
The best part about this apartment community in my particular area is the neighbors. There's no drama or rowdy people as of yet. Also nothing has happened to my car. Although some kids were throwing rocks across the courtyard the other day, and my patio window was struck. In all fairness I have never experienced anything like that in the 3 years I've been here. Must be new tenants. I also used to enjoy using the gym at the office clubhouse, but it seems you guys have made more office room for yourselves and less gym room for the tenants. That was a huge disappointment when I discovered that. I used to work out there on a daily basis. Now I will probably never work out here again. All that being said, I like it here, and I would definitely recommend it. If it wasn't so expensive.
I currently live at 2101 Chandler and it is not an ideal place for anyone! Moving in I was told this place was quiet and there is not a lot of problems with others living in the complex!! This was very wrong! The air conditioner is so loud I can't hear anything over it at a normal level and same with the washer and dryer. The people above me have been loud since the day I moved in. I have gone and talked to the children several times about stop jumping and running and it stops for a couple weeks then Im up there again. Today I went to the office and complained about it just to find out it was the property managers kids and she said I have to deal with it. Seeing it starts at 7:30 and goes to 11-12 every night that is not a reasonable request. If you don't work here they don't care about you. When I turned in my list of things that needed to be fixed moving in only one of the several were fixed. I would not recommend this place to anyone!!!
I lived here for one year, and will never lease with this company again. My apartment flooded twice, and I never received concession for the items damaged. The damages from the 2nd flood were never fully repaired, and I'm assuming they were waiting for me to move out...which was 3 months later. I never received my final statement in the mail. I had to go to their office to get it. Come to find out I owed them a balance for carpet that was severely stained and needed to be re-dyed. Originally, I was supposed to be in a different unit, but that unit was in no condition for anyone to be living in, so they offered me a different unit. This unit was in better shape, but had not been cleaned or painted. The carpet was not in good condition to start out with and was very old. I noted this on the walk through paper, and gave it to the office. When I asked about this the very unpleasant office lady showed me my file, and it conveniently was not there. Don't trust these people they are awful.
I am enjoying my apartment. The location is great. I feel safe. The staff is great.
Would not. Very outdated kitchen and bathroom. It was probably nice in the 70's.
New ownership and management is taking proper steps to providing a safe and better community
It got a lot better then before and cleaner and most of all SAFE TO LIVE HERE. I WOULD RECOMMENDED TO ANYONE.
No apartment should make you declaw your pets. First off, if they already allow pets, it should be done and said. They shouldn't ask for more. Most to all pet owners know declawing your animals is not the best thing in the world and it's cruel. I rather look somewhere else that allows pets but doesn't ask me to do something I'm not okay with.
If you're going to pay dirt for an apartment - in a decent neighborhood - you're going to have to temper your expectations. The rooms aren't terrible for starters but like I said, you're not paying for gold so don't expect gold in return. There are problems with maintenance's punctuality but the job does get done eventually. The internet connection isn't terrible so if you're an avid gamer or require a good internet connection, the speed is pretty tolerable with minor, temporary bursts of lag here and there. These apartments are great for people with low standards of living; the necessities are here but there's nothing immaculate. Management is friendly so long as you are to them and will work with you accordingly to make sure that you're being taken care of. Night time noise is a common problem I find the most annoying. There's a commonly unpracticed 10 o-clock "quiet time" rule as people will sometimes blast music from their cars until three in the morning or later. Try a month's lease to see if you like it before signing up for a longer lease. These apartments are tolerable.
Between maintenance men not doing anything and the manager screwing us on rent, it's not going well here. I take care of my sick grandmother who can't move. Lone behold every year my rent gets higher and higher for a apartment that is almost to the point where it can't be lived in. They know we can't leave and she have been there for 15 years. Yet they won't fix anything in the apartment. The sink was leaking for a month before they fixed it even though we called every other day. It took them a month and a half to switch out a light by the front door. And it took them 5 days to fix our ac in summer. And last but not least, I have had 5 bikes stolen in this apartment complex (and yes they were chained up) over all I don't recommend this place.
Great for starting out however there are many problems. Bed bugs have been recently reported, the patio storage doors need replaced, management is slow about processing papers, and maintenance is also slow.
Rent is cheap but the management is not good. Lady manager is there she don't care of resident problems.I please advice don't put on lease , First go month by month and if you like go for lease.

We want to apologize for any problems that you have had while living here at Pheasant Run Apartments. I can assure you that we have a great staff who truly cares about our residents and our community. We strive to ensure that our residents are 100% satisfied and we are here seven days a week to listen and fix any issues that may arise.
We chose this community because it didn't fit in the typical Arizona cookie cutter mold of apartments. The vaulted ceilings in the upstairs units and the lowered floors in the lower level units were somewhat unique. This complex is older, but has some charming elements. Don't let the charm get the best of you. The maintenance here is a joke, at best. The units are horribly outdated and are in need of major repair. The staff has its work cut out, trying to piece everything back together. If you need assistance with a maintenance issue, plan on it taking at least 30 days. At least one of the pools are closed at all times. They can't seem to keep them clean and in working order. I've been here for 6 months and have only used the pool once. It was filthy.. never again. The residents are somewhat shady as well. They're loud, smoke a lot, lock pets on the patio all day (so the place smells like smoke and urine.) On top of the human residents, the complex is a giant litter box to a colony of feral cats. The disgusting vermin are all over your patio, under your air conditioner unit, and in the dumpsters. Security is a concern at this complex. I have seen the police on site many times. One thing they neglect to tell you when you sign a lease is that there is a group home on site. One whole building is occupied by a mental health provider. I'm looking forward to leaving this place as soon as my lease expires.
