I moved in last year they didnt show me the unit and told me that it was like the office apartment. When i got into my unit it was nothing like what their office look like and there was only hot water in the guest bathroom that they refuse to fix still, my carpet is lifting, the blinds were filthe, the doors are all different colors and one to the master bedroom is too small, under the sink is super nasty I mean the list goes on and on I have made so many work orders and nothing got corrected still and its been a year now. I just put in a thirty day to move and was diagnosed with covid 19 the next day tried to stop the 30 day for the 2 weeks i had to still home they never responded then when they finally did they told me they rented my unit so now im currently seeking legal help to stop it because im having a little difficulty finding a place. if you can avoid this place please do its not worth you money at all. Also to add its not a good community to live in

Pool is always closed , laundry room never works and all the apartments are mold ridden !!!! The management is negligent and rude , I definitely would recommend looking somewhere else cheaper . It’s not worth the price ! Trash everywhere and cars get broken into
Kids throwing rocks, dope fiends smoking in the laundry rooms. They need to get alot of these people outta here. Theives etc etc. They don't fix things??

It's not a gated complex, so people can come in and out. There's no security so there's tons of solicitor and reason why myself and other tenants property has been stolen. No assigned parking, so there is never parking for actually tenants. The laundry room is disgusting and doesn't function correctly. The apartment is getting worst because they are allowing anyone to move in. The only good thing about this apartment complex is it near the I-95 freeway.
