Nestled just north of I-30, North Arlington is an idyllic neighborhood with a distinct suburban atmosphere. Wide roads are lined with lush trees and modern homes throughout North Arlington, while North Collins Street touts plenty of familiar commercial offerings, from chain restaurants to national retailers.
North Arlington’s sprawling parks and scenic golf courses stand in stark contrast to the bustling environment on the southern side of I-30, which is where you’ll find popular destinations like Six Flags Over Texas, Globe Life Park (home of the Texas Rangers), and AT&T Stadium (home of the Dallas Cowboys). North Arlington residents enjoy a quiet place to come home to as well as convenience to some of the Metroplex’s most exciting amenities.

Property Ratings at Tides at North Arlington
I’ve lived here for the last 6 months, and I have had nothing but exceptional experiences with the staff. Both Priscilla and Jenny go above and beyond to provide the best living experience for their residents. Every time I come to the office Priscilla always has a smile on her face and is always so welcoming she is amazing! I can't say enough good stuff about the management team.

Hi there! Thanks for your kind five-star review! We're so glad our team members have ensured you receive the best possible service from us. Please don't hesitate to reach out if there's anything we can do to assist you in the future. Have a nice day!
The office staff changes every couple of months along with the ownership. So, I understand there is no incentive to ensure tenant's are happy. I just paid rent so that I can live in an apartment with no working microwave, no working FRIDGE, standing water in the sink, broken smoke detectors and an infestation. Andrea in the office promises someone will come today, then tomorrow then Monday. How do they expect you to go without a fridge for days!! I have a baby. This place is offering two free months to live in these conditions. Don't put yourself in this position. Look elsewhere.

Since the day I moved in, I have seen roaches and lizards, the doors are poorly sealed. The AC units go out, the water doesn’t get hot. Everything is outdated and painted over. There have been two major shootings in the past month. Maintenance is horrible and parking is not available and you will get towed apartment from hell. Please stay away!!! They make it seem nice because, the model unit, then you actually get an outdated roach-infested apartment.

This place is poor because first off my car is registered and they still towed my car that’s costing me $322 because they dnt have enough parking by my unit so I parked in the reserved visitor parking and after it was towed the apartment office told me that it is first come first served on parking so I could park anywhere else on the complex property like around the corner or in another area that is out of sight of my unit . That’s crazy why the hell do we register our vehicles if it’s first come first served. Just another money pit they have in place. If you have a maintenance request then you might as well fix it yourself then to wait on them because your lease will be over before they fix anything. I’m just trying to make it to the end of my lease and then I’m out.
I am a really patient person and try not to put things that could hurt a business. I was shown a different apartment and ended up getting something different, I was okay with it since I was in a rush and it didn't look too bad. I have moved into this apartment for 3 months now and have requested few things to get repaired, it took the guest bathroom ceiling to start leaking for 2 weeks for them to come fix this, and they ended up messing up the ceiling while fixing this and haven't bothered to come fix that. I have requested to have the doors fixed for 2 months now and the maintenance guy came with a single screw driver and told me he doesn't have the right equipment to do the job and he could come back, it's been 2 months. Absolutely ridiculous. The advertisements with the nice pools and photos lured me in but I have not been able to use any of the amenities since they never fix it. Can not wait for my lease to expire so I can get out.
Roaches everywhere. In the walls. In my restroom. Kitchen. Room. They handed me the keys while there is a roach infestation. I’ve only lived in here two days and don’t know what to do. I need help. How do I get out of this situation
These apartments have bad communication, it will be a month that I have been here on the 30th. My unit runs off a boiler the hot water goes off every week. The staff in the front office is no help to the residents. They fixed the gates that were broken but didn’t give the residents the gate code. My second night in the unit I discovered my guest bathroom toilet was broken. Horrible place to move don’t waste your money.
It literally took one day for them to call me to tell me I was approved ! Really impressed on how fast & convenient it was ! Can’t wait until move in !

I was looking an apartment near UT Arlington .Luckily ,I found this place ,I can’t believe they are offering 500 move in special for new residents. The location is perfect with lot of trees around the property and the apartment are clean and nice.Cant beat this price in this area .

The worst decision I’ve ever made was moving here. I would advise anyone that is looking to move here to reconsider. You will never have water, they cut the water off with no notice sometimes for days . Also people vehicles have been stolen. Don’t believe them when they say they are working on getting the gates fixed it has been that way since November 2018 and I’m sure before that gates are open 24/7 for anyone to come in. Management at this property is not helpful and you will constantly have to put in request to get things fixed.

Moving in was ok, upon arrival to my new apartment there were a lot of stuff that had to be fixed. Microwave had a hole in the wall and not plugged, dishwasher leaked into my kitchen, toilet was clogged, bulbs were broken and some exterior decor was off. Took them about 2 weeks to fix everything. Office ladies are nice but take FOREVER to help you with ANYTHING. You always have to be the one to call them and they always say they will call you but never do. I moved out in October and still haven't received my deposit refund back. They are the worst. I will write a bad review EVERYWHERE possible.

Horrible experience living here. The management is pretty much useless. I have been having problems with my maintenance man who walks into my apartment with no notice and leaves without leaving a notice. There has been a water problem for months that they haven’t fixed and the maintenance harasses me late at night/early morning. Sometimes I fear for my safety living here! They even tried to teach me how to take a shower instead of finding wherever the leak is coming from... PLEASE! It’s very disconcerting when you have a man banging on your door on holidays or late at night. He doesn’t stop until I open and yells at me. I have two months left and I may have to get the police involved it is so bad. When I try to call the management company they don’t help you at all and tell you they don’t have any way for you to speak to anyone and I have to deal with it locally in the office which doesn’t answer the phone, they leave the blinds shut all the time, and they leave the doors locked most of the time. They’re useless... I will not be moving back. Living here is a safety hazard and a mess. DO NOT LEASE HERE!

I wish I could have super positive things to say. The fact is, the response time to maintenance, the mixed up documents and hoops I’ve had to jump through to clear up issues that were not my fault, the fact that I did not receive the apartment that I was told would be mine and that I walked through prior to leasing, the smells from neighbors smoking God knows what, the lost packages, etc... I will be finding another place to lease. What I will say is that while things can be disagreed upon between myself and staff, the women have been professional and have tried to remedy the situations within their means. It’s not personal. It’s just no longer the place for me.

Keep looking do not stop a waste of your money they don't have Cameras so people hit your cars on the lot and they don't care nothing about it. Office staff is RUDE. OAN Office staff STEAL packages that's left in the office from delivery.Manger gives tenant no privacy. If she comes to your house and you don't answer the door she uses her key and come right in . Roaches wait till you move in and start coming out the refrigerator and Stove. DO NOT waste your money at this place. Its a waste.

I have been living here for a few months now while going to school at UTA and I honestly love it. The staff is very friendly and helpful, there is always available parking even late at night, and the surrounding area is very pretty and fun to walk around.

Thank you so much for the time to review our property!
Me and my husband loved these apartments! The price was good, and the neighborhood was pretty quite! UNTIL we had a recent break in...they broke into our house by going through our back patio door(which we have asked them to fix numerous times because the lock was broken for 6 months). We called the police, and made a report, and also called our renters insurance to make a claim. We went to the office to inform them about what happened, and all they could say was we can give you a stick to put on your door until someone can come and fix it. And the manager started telling us how she had a break in and XYZ...We had just renewed our lease for another 6 months, and I asked her is there anything that they can do to help us because I cant stay there anymore, and they basically told us there was nothing that they can do! So i asked them about the reletting fee and she said we can pay $670 2 months rent to break our lease! So I def will be talking to my attorney because I dont mind paying, but I dont think its fair! Im about to have my daughter in about a month, and I just need to leave for our safety!

Please, Please, Please do not move here!!! These apartments are horrible. They will fool you with the pictures online. I've been living here for almost 4 months and I'm ready to move! Thank God I only signed a 6 month lease. I can't wait until my lease is up! When I first moved here the name of the apartments was The Dakota but since then they have changed the name to Residence At Arlington. The apartment they moved me in is infested with roaches and has previous water damage. Since I've been living here the Pest Control guy has been to my apartment 3 times to spray for roaches. Plus I have purchased 2 cans of roach spray and that still didn't help, because I still see roaches in my apartment. I have never experienced anything like this before in my life! I am a very clean person and I have never had roaches! Roaches are so disgusting!!!! Also I noticed that the cabinet below the sink in the bathroom had been damaged by water. Instead of them replacing the damaged cabinet the maintenance guys just put some new wood over the damaged wood and painted it black! I also have a mildew scent in my apartment that I can't get rid of. Not matter how much I clean and sanitize my apartment that scent is there. If I had known about these issues before I singed that lease I would've never moved here. I don't recommend anyone to move here. Please don't do it, you will regret it if you do!!!!

I've lived here about a year and can't wait to move out. In the beginning I had to constantly call to get pest control out because of roaches, I had a huge water leak and my phone calls were always ignored until it was so bad I got a lawyer involved and had to move out for three days, the security/gates are broken and always open, and the customer service is lacking. I'm constantly putting in work orders that never get fixed and now they charge a fee (up to $23) to pay rent. Definitely would not recommend.

Currently living here but its been getting worse by the day it was great when we came in to see them staff was cery nice but changed about a month in to our lease gates stopped working and they refuse to get it fixed trash all around maintenance never gets here when they say they will its always 3-5 days later for something as easy as a lightbulb and now from one day to another no longer accept payments online the office will not accept any packages all that makes it hard for a couple that works durring bussines hrs so we dont have time to go get a money order or cashiers check and to make it worse we never get our utilities bill untill a day before the due date so that means we have to guess what our payment will be? Horrible experience would never recomend to any one because this is just the short version the list goes on and on....

I've lived here for 9 months so far and I cant really complain, you can tell they are trying to keep the property clean and the tenants happy. Office staff is always friendly and nice. My apt is small and a bit overpriced but its also cozy and the all the neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves. I've only had two issues that I had to call maintenance for and they fixed the issue right away. The only downside and one of the main reasons I most likely wont be renewing my lease, aside from my rent going up (which I feel is way to much for 508 sq ft, even with upgrades) of course is the parking, there is absolutely NO PARKING for tenants. When I get off work at 7p I am crossing my fingers hoping there is somewhere for me to park, & good luck inviting friends over because visitor parking is most likely full, luckily my mom stays close so when parking is filled up I can go sleep at her place. Overall I really like the apartments and I would recommend it as a great place to stay, I give it 4/5 stars.
Carlos is the worse worker in the office, he's giving me the wrong information for a whole week. I was told my application was accepted and Jackie turned around and said it was denied.
I live here. The place is great very safe, buuuut one of the ladies that works on the office is extremely rude. I "had" a lease violation and when one of the office ladies came to give it to me she was banging in the door like there was no tomorrow waking up my baby. When she handed it to me she was extremely cocky very very rude. I went to see the manager and they fixed it, there was a confusion with the security guard. Love the manager and the other ladies in the office with exception of the one that wanted to throw my door off.
Better watch out bad costumer service she assumed before finding the fact. And everyone make sure yall record your apt before leaving because they will try to take your money.i wish you the best in life littleone.
I just want to thank the new ladies in the office for taking care of my maintenance request. I had previously complained about a leak and with the new management it finally got resolved. They are a bit stricter with the rules but that doesn't bother me because it keeps the bad tenants out. My neighbors and I are talking about how good the place is looking now. I am glad that they actually care now.
Their new management is the worst. Every single person in that office is extremely rude and they will tell you one thing one day and another the next. Make copies of everything they give you, and read every single word in the contract! They'll ruin your rental history, so please don't take a chance with them. Their pool is never open it is just there to attract people. The gates are never closed, nor will they ever be. Don't let their prices fool you, you'd be way better off with an apartment complex that charges 50$ more than they do if their management is better. For your safety & the safety of your wallet, DONT LIVE HERE.
Very rude and tacky. I could not stand the attitude of this particular office worker. She should really stop trying to flirt with men on the maintenance team as well...so disrespectful. I mean, doesn't she think her job is more professional than that?
The new management company has been all over the place. They have misplaced my package and blamed UPS for not delivering it to the office when in fact they did. I have to put in multiple request to have my A/C repaired. I had to go without A/C for three weeks. It was repaired once I spoke with the assistant manager and threaten I would call corporate and report their negligent behavior.
I am currently a resident here and let me just tell you that any problems you need fixing, maintenance takes about a month to come. So far I have been waiting a month for any one thing to be fixed. The front office is useless and filling out a work order online as directed on their site does not work either. So unless you don't care about the wait, don't live here.
These Are The Worst Apartments!..I Still Haven't Lived In My Apartment Because Of Roaches!
I went to the website, and I really liked what I saw there. I called the office, and Heather was an absolute doll!! I am definitely applying for an apartment. Great customer service!!!
