Gated community with gates that are usually open with code that is not hard to figure out cameras don’t work but they don’t tell you that till after you give them the police report that they tell you is required for them to share the footage Pool hasn’t opened in 2 years tiny gym is only open during office hours and office is locked at 12:30 pm phones rarely answered when called. Apartments rushed to look presentable before move ins
Worst apartments I've ever lived in. It is NOT a gated community. They have gates but they have been broken for years so they just stay open. Appliances don't work, had leaks the whole time living there they never fixed, bug problems, nobody cleans up after their dogs, constantly had to ask kids not to play on my car, trash every where, no pool access, no gym access when office is closed, they got rid of the night security, mailboxes always broken and broken into. Can never reach anyone in the office. They dont respond to emails or answer the phone. In the rare case they do answer the phone, they claim to have not gotten any of your messages. Horrible all the way around.
I like the area because it is very quiet and I like the apartments

I have been here for 3 years and I can't find a negative thing to say about these apartments. The staff in the office the maintenance people are awesome! Everyone is friendly and the service is very efficient. They have a lot of enrichment programs for the residents. They make living there fun.

The appliances in our apartment are old and crappy. There are no screens. The fridge broke down the 1st and third month. They are dishonest about all the utilities and fees you will pay living here. I hate that we were lied to and deceived into signing the lease agreement. I am seeking legal counsel.

Management is a joke!!!So unprofessional and rude!!! ROACHES everywhere!!!! Only was here a month and moved so so so nasty there in bathroom kitchen everywhere and when u take a shower they all come out for the water! Every size roach too!!!The model is NOTHING how the actual apartments looks mine smelled of cat pee! Moved the next month roaches aren't for me!!!!Ewww!!!

Just moved into these apartments and was extremely disappointed, I was shocked at the outcome of these because they are so nice on the outside. They are somewhat like the model but have much older appliances and definitely not as clean as the model. The paint is peeling in bathtubs and one of the doors in my apartment door came broken. Washer and dryer was missing, they said they would bring the following Tuesday after moving in on Thursday. Not only that but my apartment was infested with roaches. I tried to talk to manager about moving out she had a slight attitude like I was an annoyance, and she said I can turn in my keys but I won't be getting my money back. Other receptionist are very polite, but I am looking for lawyers now.
I lived at Maravilla Apartments for over 5 years and the only reason I left was because I bought a house. If it wasn't for that I would have never moved out! Leyanne and Lucia in the office were always so helpful and attentive. Every time I needed maintenance (not often), they were quick to come to my apartment. The neighbors are all nice as well and the overall complex is quiet and safe. I would definitely recommend anyone to live here!
I love my apartment, ive been living here for two years now. I've never had a problem and I would love to stay here as long as I can.
Save your money and don't move in here. Homeless people digging in the trash everyday. Black mold thru out my apartment. Appliances are outdate washer and dryer leaks. The model unit that they show you don't look nothing like the original apartment. This people don't care
If you need any maintenance done in your apartment, and you let the front desk know, they give you attitude especially Ingrid. I ask Ingrid for some information she did not want to give me the information. When the next day I ask Jose for the same information and he gave it to me. You have to keep on bothering them to come and fix any maintenance done. I forgot they just change management too, her name is Leanne and she is not very helpful as well..
My husband and I currently stay in the neighborhood. It was one of our choices we mad moving from NC. It is in an okay area but the apartment complex have a gate that is currently being worked on that is closed off from the outside of the neighborhood. The overall apartment complex is nice lots of grass and trees and well maintance. There is a set of rules residents must follow in order to keep the lawn up. They have a nice pool area and grills that you can cookout on. The overall apartment is nice of course you will have to add character but it is nice. My husband and I live in a two bedroom it is spacious and you can paint as long as you do a good job they won't ask you to paint it back. The neighbors don't communicate much its kinda like if you don't say much to me I won't say much. However the noise level can be kept to a minuinm sometimes kids play outside and you can hear due to the thin walls and if you live downstairs you can hear alot of movement. They layout of the apartment is exactly as shown. However it is not white they may have remodel since then. The staff is very nice and do whatever they can to solve an issue you may have as quickly as possible. We had a couple minor issues before we came like a leak in the sink but as soon as we told the office staff they got right on it the same day. They do have a 24 emergency fix as well as a security guard that walks around the neighborhood due to the broken gate. come see for yourself.... I look forward to calling you my neighbor.
