Property Ratings at Terrasol
I have lived in Tides at Papago for almost a year, and have genuinely enjoyed my apartment. I moved here as a single mom with my 4-year-old son, and was getting out of a stressful living experience. The assistant manager, Breanna, was so kind, warm and supportive - she has continued to be radiant. If I ever needed additional support, the community manager, Xavier, was also calm, thoughtful, and trustworthy. These spaces are reasonably priced, centrally located, and safe. Living anywhere in the valley in the summer has its challenges, and it's been a comfort to know that this team is loyal, sensible, and cares about their community. Also, maintenance has always been quick and kind. Lastly, my son and I have especially loved the pools, which are also maintained well.

We are very happy to have provided you with such a positive experience! It brings a smile to our face to know your family is truly satisfied with our team and community. Thank you for choosing Tides at Papago as your home. Have a great day!
Do not move here if you have kids!!! There is an infestation on roaches! We had spent our own money 3 times to bomb our house and they were still there! We called to have our house sprayed and they only sprayed in the bathroom???? There were even roaches CRAWLING ON MY BABY AND 15 YEAR OLD!!! Disgusting. Hopefully the new managers take care of this. And its very hard to get a hold of them hardly ever answer the phone . I will say the maintenance was very good about fixing issues that needed to be done, but apparently the new owners have gotten rid of them! And replaced them!
Living here has been hell. Since the very first day, my roommate and I got our keys late. When I walked in, the fridge was pulled away from the wall, sitting in the middle of the room. The floor moulding was missing, exposing holes and wires in the walls. Dirt and leaves everywhere. It was cleaned the next day, whatever. The two bedroom windows were broken so bad they couldn't be opened. I was told the whole window had to be replaced and wasnt worth it. I had to take a knife to the living room window in order to open it because it had been painted over. The accent wall looked like my 5 year old nephew did it. Whoever painted the door didnt wait for it to dry before closing it, so the old paint color is around the edges. We couldn't operate the washer the first two weeks. The waterline to the toilet leaked and it took 3 maintenance visits and two different "professional" plumbers to finally fix it after days of contacting the office multiple times. We lived in the first unit for 3 months. During that time, the upstairs neighbor flooded her tub and it came flooding down into our bathroom THREE TIMES. Plus, she flooded the dishwasher and it flooded our kitchen. I had to clean up the brown-yellow water myself each time. Maintenance would come and cut giant holes in the ceiling and leave it for weeks. Out of 3 months, we collectively had a hole in the ceiling for 4 weeks. Management did not care that we were being rained on in our own home. Eventually, the office manager Lisa finally offered us a new unit. She described it as a huge upgrade and played it as a huge favor that we would have the same rent. The new unit had different colored cabinets. That is literally it. We decided to take the new unit, because at this point I was worried about mold and tired of cleaning up brown water. She gave us THREE days to move. I asked for more and she refused. Lisa was unaccomodating, condescending, and even sometimes downright rude. We were given two sets of keys, one of which didnt even work. I have a more full review written out, but I've reached the character limit. Do NOT live here. The location is great, the rent is on the cheaper side when considering that you have washer/dryer in unit. It is NOT worth it. The staff, especially Lisa, does not care. The buildings are falling apart. Honestly it's a safety hazard and I am beyond happy to be finally moving out.

It is discouraging to learn of your experience with us. Your feedback helps us improve and we would like to learn more about how we can make this better.
I wont say anything more than don't move here. People are unnecessarily loud and its not worth the price.

Hi, we can assure you that we do not find this type of behavior acceptable and we would like to address the situation you have described. No one has notified us of these issues in the office and we do have courtesy patrol available after hours to control these type of situations. Please call or stop by the office so we can address these concerns immediately.
This is by far the most terrible place I've ever lived. The apartment that they show is nothing like the apartment you actually move in. This place has tones of roaches which they try to bring someone to spray every Tuesday and that doesn't stop the issue. The front desk people have really rude attitudes in the office however when you first come to apply they're the most wonderful people ever. When you turn on the shower the pipes make so much noise and you can hear he neighbors as well. It's cheap but again you get what you pay for.

I found this place while looking for the cheapest 2 bedroom I could find. At first I was sketched out by the location. It isn't in a nice neighborhood. It's half surrounded by a VERY "unfortunate" looking trailer park. The apartment buildings themselves aren't beautiful. They look average from 40 feet. The insides aren't nice. Be prepared to shop for rugs to cover the carpet. Our cupboards look and feel like a 12 year old made them. The A/C unit is like a motel-in the wall. Separate units for the living room and bedrooms. The living room was too small for a regular couch so we downsized to a futon. Only found one baby roach, HOWEVER, if you request they will spray every Monday and relieve the issue. Now for the positive. This place is very, very cheap. We pay just over $600 a month for a two bedroom, one bath. They do not have units with 2 bathrooms. The fact that it's under 700 square feet really helps with electricity in the summer. I paid $100 in July with the A/C on constantly. The neighborhood may look bad, but we've had zero issues whatsoever. Everyone seems to keep to themselves. Haven't had any loud neighbors either. They offer covered parking for only $10/month which is great. Two pools, laundry rooms etc are okay, nothing to write home about but they are there and functional. Uncovered parking is first come first serve which is good and bad, but there is plenty of it regardless. Overall, if you're looking for an unimpressive but practical place to live and save money, this is it. Also, you're just 3 miles from Mill Ave and ASU's Tempe campus. You're basically in Tempe without the cost. I hope this review helps :)
