Just 20 minutes northeast of Downtown Dallas, Lake Highlands is filled with sizable homes and affordable apartments for rent. No communication from management ever, hot water consistently goes out on a monthly basis, and you will get a previously damaged unit. Move-Out fees have been reported to be false by previous tenants so I fear what mine will look like upon moving out.
