I would like to Thank Dimension on 27th even though I didn't make enough to rent a studio apartment I'm still moving from Houston to Phoenix Arizona but the service of Vanessa and Robert give me was awesome they went out there way to help me anyway they can so I'm giving them a 5 star even though I don't live just effort they show really Appreciated Thank You God Bless

Went to get my package this morning, office hours listed at 8:30a-5:30p. Door was still locked at 8:33, 2 women were inside and one finally walked up to the door then continued to talk with the other woman. A few minutes later she finally let me in. WHOLE OFFICE SMELLED LIKE WEED. I told the younger woman that I had a package and keep in mind this same woman last week gave me a package without asking, perhaps she was more high that day, who knows. But either way. I went home, got my ID and came back. Keeping in mind that I work 9-6 so I am only able to pick up my package in the morning if I can get in and out of there quickly. I return and this same woman is talking to this guy, didn’t have my package out and ready. I asked if she could please get my package so I’m not late for work. She gives me attitude. Honestly this is unacceptable. Everyone in that office needs to be drug tested. This is the THIRD time when the office has not opened on time. Im a pretty reasonable guy but when its obvious that they were probably hitting a bong and that’s why the office isn’t opened on time I lose a little patience. The management transition is awful. Not to mention they doubled our water bill because they added all the landscaping and washer bills on to the residents rent. Really liked this place until they switched up the people in the office. Also If I could give this negative stars I would.

Formerly Desert Place Apartments has changed management for the better. My name is William and I am in my early '70's. I've lived here for over 6 years and there have been 3 different management companies running the complex. New owners and the current management company are working well together All 260 units now have new air conditioners which are working well. The staff and maintenance work well together. They are all personable and quick at resolving issues. They have cleaned up the residents and there are no longer drug dealers or other bad actors living in the complex but instead a respectable group of people that are friendly. This is a welcomed change. The complex has been completely repainted with a newly refurbished pool area. Currently, they are landscaping and cleaning up the entire area. They have also got well-qualified Security Guards 24/7. This is now a great place to live and it is nice knowing that the management, maintenance and Security are all here for us. Don't hesitate to check us out. You will be pleasantly surprised. Remember: Bad reviews are written by impatient people or by those who didn't obey the rules, or maybe things just didn't go the way they wanted them to.

The one good thing about this apartment is it's slightly cheaper than some others, and, they actually do fullfil maintenance requests and fix things. Apparently this is something that can't be expected of most complexes in Phoenix. Also apparent, is that for this luxury service of performing basic leasing office functions, the staff enjoys talking down to you, interrupting you on the phone, hanging up on your when you're trying to thank them, and then laughing at you in person when you are in tears because $1 caused a rent check to bounce and they didn't let you know until the 6th, causing a total of $120 in late fee's. That's right, they will charge you $50 for the check, $50 for the rent being late and $10 per day after that with apparently increasing daily charges. Because of course, being threatened with starvation will make you able to will yourself to be wealthier. News flash Dimensions 27- extortionism doesn't work. But hey at least you fixed the toilet that one time, right?

Wished I could give this place a half a star the don't deserve a whole star. The place is a dump the staff are lier They are money hungry and rude to the tenants. When I moved out they just took my deposit money said I owed 66.00 for water bill 10 for door knob being lose and 8 to remove the condiments I left on the fridge door by mistake. Took 115 out of the 150 deposit I paid on a move in special.. Now you do the math 66.10.8. dose not add up to 115 .... I called the office to inquire about the math the conversation got a little heated I was told they were going to call the police to advice I threatened the staff WOW!!!! I guess this is their tactic to scare you from demand an honest explanation. Monica was very rude and told lots of lies and has no customer service skill what so ever. They add your rent with a calculator and charge up to 250 for late fee. they slit the water with all the tenets in the building no matter how many people occupy the unit which is nuts. To top it all off they sent me a 35 dollar check that couldn't be cashed because they type out didn't leave forwarding address on the check itself. The office refuses to take my calls they put me on hold and never come back to the phone. the new owner are just as bad as the old because they let the office staff influence there judgment. Enter at your own risk you will not be treated right here RUN RUN RUN!!!! 4/10/2017 I have called every day for a week about the fake check this company sent me for my deposit. They sent me a $35.00 check that no one can cash, my Bank Fry's grocery Food City or PLS all said the checks un-cash due to it being to big to go thru their system's and it had extra writing on it that they have never seen on a Business check before... (resident left no forwarding address)printed under my name.... I called the Corp office on the matter and have been given the run around told to talk to this person or the next to this date I have still not got my deposit back for these money hungry people.They have my number on caller ID and hang up when I do get thru bout the Corporate Office and the Leasing Office its not right . They said its because I didn't leave a forwarding address so they sent me a bogus check for less then what I owed lol ..I Guess I'm taking Desert Place to small claims court per my Lawyer because they are not keeping my money. This place is to money hungry and untruth worthy for me..
An okay place to live , the staff is pretty unprofessional. If you have an issue expect to wait a week or two for a fix
Ni have been living in this appartfor at least a year now. In term of maintenance they are doing better. The late fee is not fair . 50 dollars plus 10 dollars even if you miss 1 day. Security remains a main issue. A lot of people who spend the whole night talking which is not good for workers who needed some rest.
