Property Ratings at Tides on 71st
Pierre showed up and fixed everything and didn't have to wait forever. I'm happy with the service. Overall, I love my apartment and the apartment building.
Property Manager at Tides on 71st, Responded To This Review

I don't know which company is managing this complex but they have forgotten to service the pools, letting them dry. Poor property management. People who was managing this complex before they bought it they kept the buildings in very great condition.
When I first moved in I had spoken with a wonderful woman who helped out greatly. The place was nice. Never had a bug issue. HOWEVER, the staff is one of the worst. I never saw the helpful lady again and the people I’ve been seeing have just been awful. Never answer the phone, never want to put in a maintenance request. Then when the lease renewal came up, they left a notice at my door stating I had my options and I wanted a 6 month option that was listed only to have the lady at the front say “we don’t offer that. If you read the paper, it tells you what we offer.” Even though the paper had 6 months on it. Everything else is fine it’s just the staff that’s the worst.
3 months to get a hold of someone to get information that could have easily been posted online...thanks for wasting my time. Based on reviews we'll be looking elsewhere.
Worst place to ever get all the ladies and manager have to be the worst . They dnt care about anything or try to work with u .Roaches everywhere Everything inside the apartments is messed up broken etc
This is not the place you would want to live. The apartments have roaches coming out of the sink and outlets in the walls. When we first moved in they did not clean from previous tenants there were still someone’s prescription drugs in the cabinets. The carpets were not cleaned there were dead/alive roaches in the carpet. There is not a lot of hot water to take a bath/shower even though you have to pay for water. Management also will not do anything if your car has been damaged by soccer players many of cars have smashed windshields if you have to park your car by the field.
The manager is rude, she do not care about residents. The leasing agents are rude and unprofessional ALL OF THEM including the manager. I can't believe how this people are hired for a job. I would never recommend this place! Even worst, they will give you application free if you write a good review about them. REALLY, that's how you get good reviews!!!!!!!! Worst place ever!!!!!!!!!!
I am apply for an apartment, and the service i got while applying was amazing! staff is suuuper friendly :)
This place is not a place to call home . ever since I've been here I've gotten rude an unprofessional help from the front . My maintenance request are never put in , so whoever is on the other line never fills them out . you call a week later they say they never had it in computer . it took a month an half to full fill my request w I have proof of . I thought about calling 3 on your side because it's just extremely sad how much they do not care . especially if you have a leak . The appliances are cheap.an out dated . The rent is alot more expensive, water is at 40 one month an then before you know it , it's 100$ more . If you live down stairs prepare your self for the rudest neighbors ever . security is a joke , the maintenance team is lazy . your parking is always occupied by someone else w forces you to park all the way near street in back . there's bums that pick out the trash at night . random people knocking on your door looking for other people trying to look into house . I had a bum sleeping outside my kids window one night an it absolutely scared me cause I was on my way home from work an saw him there an right beside him was a gun . people let there kids run everywhere with out supervision. you have people smoking marijuana outside in front . not a kid friendly environment. nor dog . there's bird droppings everywhere w carry diseases , cats that spray your patio . carpets that are extremely dirty upon move in . staff that never answers phone an can care less about your situation. it's sad . I've reached out to corporate but no response. I think I might just have to take it a step further if it continues. if you are thinking about renting here just think again . get you something worth every dollar .
This apartments are nice, and the ladys from the office are nice too.. I love the prices! I really recommend this apartments!
Their management is rude, inconsiderate, and careless. They do not care about residents. They are rude in both, english and Spanish. I can't believe how this people are hired for a job that requires overall great customer service skills. Forget the roaches, or trouble finding parking spaces, the office administrators are the worst of all.I would never come back to this place!
Note that I Did not find this apartment on the website and maybe that is why I am giving it 3 stars.
apartment is like a good place to live in and specially if you have family and there is nothing wrong with apartments and its the best apartment ever I had no complain no problem I give it a 100 best ever
I moved into Del Mar Terrace this past april with my grandmother. These apartments are by far the worst I have ever lived in. While the apartments themselves are fairly priced and somewhat charming, there are numerous issues. The first thing we noticed were the roaches! At first there were only a few but of course where there is one there is more. We contacted the office about this issue and at first they told us that WE were the cause of the roaches! I had never seen a roach my whole five years at our previous apartment. Then they sent out one of the laziest exterminators I have ever met. He sprayed the kitchen and the master bathroom which was more of a problem than a solution because this only caused the roaches to move to other rooms in the house. The pest control, who the management sends out, came to us atleast two other times and we are still living with our roach roommates. Along with the roaches, several of our kitchen drawers were moldy! We put in an order for this right away and did not have them replaced for a few weeks. There were other issues in the house including broken toilet seats, busted towel racks, a storage door that does not properly close or lock, noticeable patched holes in the walls, etc. The problems do not end there! If you have more than one car parking will be a huge issue for you. There are nights that I come home and I will have to drive around the complex a total of four to fives times before I can find an empty spot- or park on the street. Also, when it rains there are massive puddles that collect all through out the drains in the complex. These puddles are so deep that I hesistate to drive my car through them! This would not be a problem if they were not there for several days at a time. Another disgusting problem I've faced was all the bird droppings directly outside my apartment. The sidewalk to our apartment is covered in it due to the large pines right outside. While the management sees this as merely an "eyesore" it is a health hazard. Not only do the roaches in our apartment carry germs, disease, etc. but the droppings I walk through to get to my apartment are dragging in even more. These sidewalks get powerwashed maybe once a month? Nice. While I thought our situation was bad, I recently got the chance to talk to one of our neighbors. Her apartment was supposed to be remodeled like our apartment (laminated floors, new carpet, updated appliances, etc etc) which she is paying MORE for. It has dirty carpets, bubbled t
At first, I wasn't sure I wanted to move in here because of the neighborhood. My husband talked me into it because he had lived here before we got married and said he'd had no problems here. Once I saw the complex and the area, I felt better about moving in. There's a Fry's, a CVS and several restaurants within walking distance, along with easy bus access. The grounds are decently maintained, the staff is easy to work with, and maintenance is thorough. I'm grateful for the in-unit washers and dryers, especially in the summer! :) They used to have basic cable included in the rent, but decided to drop that last year. They also used to have Phoenix PD patrolling through the complex at night. Things didn't go nuts here when they stopped, so I'm okay with that. My husband and I are weighing our options once our current lease is up, and one of them is to upgrade to a two-bedroom here. That's how satisfied we are here.
The women that work in the office are disrespectful and are unprofessional. If you have a problem they never actually help you they love giving the run around on the situation. The apartments are very nice but definitely could use new staff members that have respect for the tendance and who will actually be willing to help.
The complex was very large but seemed very quite and clean. Had nice amenities will consider moving here once my lease is up.
The worst place to ever live. Manager and office staff are rude. Issues were never resolved. My calls were never returned. The one time I got the manager on the phone to make a complaint she accually hung up on me. They have a 72 hour maintance pollicy and the repairs I reported took 6 weeks.
The management allows a wrecker to tow your car for all kind of trivial reasons, Registration expired, car backed into a parking spot, ect... I would not consider living here if you have other options!!!!
i do not recommend this place to no one this not a joke this is the worlds most ugly place to live in. really bad customer service they never pick up phones and when you have an issue they just don't care. if you are reading this be smart don't rent here !!! look at all the reviews they have Google them and you will see how bad of a place this is.
