Expansive community parks and a golf course are located within the neighborhood’s limits as well. Parks and trails along Clear Fork Trinity River and Walnut Creek provide residents with additional outdoor recreational opportunities. Renters have a variety of rental options in affordable to moderate price ranges. Outside of Western Hills/Ridglea, residents have access to all of the excitement offered by Fort Worth, including places like Kimbell Art Museum and the Fort Worth Botanic Garden.

Property Ratings at Tides on Avril
I came today for a tour that I SCHEDULED and had an APPOINTMENT for. I’m waiting for 30 minutes as the agent is yapping to a WALK-IN! She basically said my appointment didn’t matter and that she was going to continue her conversation. Also the pool is VERY dirty. It’s nearly June and it’s not safe to swim in AT ALL.
I have lived here for a couple of years, and it seems to have really gone down hill over the past year or so. Pest control wasn’t good, but at least seems to have gotten under control recently, but I’ve thought that before. Hard to get ahold of staff at times, and I’ve gotten to where I just walk to the office if I have problems. We have a gate, but seems to be broken or stuck open a lot. I’ve seen several dumpster divers during my time here as well. Also seems over priced due to the conditions. My rent has gone up over $200 since I’ve moved in. I’ve also had my car towed due to the parking situation, despite never receiving any notice that I needed a sticker to park inside the apartment complex.
Apartment unfairly charges you, I’ve had my car towed due to their own fault and negligence. There are cockroaches, the renovations were poorly done. The management has gone downhill since moving in. No one ever answers the phones.
This property advertises a pool but I lived there for 13 months and the pool was open for about 1 month. The pest control was also poor.
I submitted an application in May, was in contact with Irma and Cassandra. They switched management and now no one will call me back or answer emails. It has been almost a month now, and I have yet to receive my money back. If this is what it’s like trying to get into this complex, I can only imagine what actual tenants go through to get in contact with someone.
Just submitted my application. I couldn't resist. Staff is amazing. They will go above and beyond to help you. The community speaks for itself. Every time I have been by there it is so quiet and peaceful and the residents are so friendly and welcoming. Especially Mr. Harris. I can't wait to become a part of this wonderful community
Great tour. The staff Alicia was very helpful with the service that she provided. I was satisfied with the apartment. I knew from the time I decided to rent it was a good place for me.
Mice, roaches, bed bugs and crime. Office will unfairly charge you too and refuse to correct the error. Had my car broken into twice. Meth heads always digging through the dumpster. Drug dealers and prostitutes are welcomed here. They allow 8 people to live in a 2 bedroom apartment.
This place actually deserves a negative rating. During my 12-month residency here, which ended June 2018, the following occurred: - a man going door to door trying to break in (the complex did not hire security to deal with this, they only sent an email to give residents a head's up) - a mugging that occurred on the street in front of my apartment unit - a shooting (earlier this month, actually) that had the complex entrance/exits shut down (at least 12 FWPD SUVs/cars present, along with the SWAT team and crime lab) while I was trying to move out.. later learned this was due to a drug deal gone bad - both of the tenants under me openly smoked illegal substances outside the building, in plain site, but no one would address this All of these safety issues are in addition to the fact that my shower did not work properly for the duration of my residency, and the apartment complex refused to fix it. Furthermore, the complex is continuing to refuse to give me my deposit back, despite being told that there were no issues with my apartment when I left and stating that I would, in fact, get this deposit back. I would heed warning to anyone looking at this complex.
Probably the best or one of the best you can expect on the far west side of fort worth. It's not an amazing place, but the prices have been reasonable for my stay. The maintenance work is slightly above average. It has a pool and, typically, decent parking.
