I cannot recommend this property. The staff have issues with other nearby business with tenants throwing garbage over the property lines. When brought to the attention of management - they said they couldn't do anything. Cars have been stolen at this property. Scorpion infestations have been reported on the property. Someone was shot and killed at this property. Cannot recommend at all.

So My fridge broke yesterday afternoon, I spoke with the office and they said that they’d replace it. I was given a replacement from another apartment. When I received the replacement it was dirty on the inside,(I spent almost two hours cleaning the fridge and going through all my food) there was a BUG in the vegetable drawer. The inside of the freezer door was also missing one of the railings/shelf to keep the frozen items from falling. My leasing office called me back and said they WON’T reimburse me for the $100 I lost in food and said it was my fault for not calling it in sooner (when I called as soon as I saw the issue arise). They won’t even give me a discount on rent or do anything at all for the inconvenience. They also said they would send maintenance over to look at the fridge/freezer to replace the railing and/or give me the correct fridge since I was given the wrong kind and they haven’t came back at all and it’s been over 4 hours. This is so upsetting, I had to pull money out of savings just to pay for the groceries I had bought on Monday and I lost half of them. This is RIDICULOUS!!
Since I've received an email every day for the last month about sharing my experience HEAR YA GO. The day I renewed my lease my apartment was broken into. My already dented and crooked door was kicked in, the place was trashed and tons of my property was stolen. The office and leasing agents have nothing in place to help. Want to move apartments? The fee will be ridiculous. Want to get out of the lease? Hope you have a small fortune ready. Like to get your door fixed? Too bad. They slapped a peice of wood over the missing chunk of drywall and called it good. The residents are either friendly or awful. Screaming, unsupervised kids, bumping music from apartments or cars. The gates are a joke. They only keep people who live here out because the code box sucks. Homeless just walk right thru the opening and dig through trash almost every night. "Security" is a guy in a Prius that doesn't ever get out of it and shows up about an hour later. All in all it's just as bad as these other apartments on E. Trop but they charge ALOT more. Avoid this place.

I recently visited the Avenue apartments to see what they had to offer. What a beautiful property this place is! I walked up to the leasing office and saw the spacious pool which was also very clean inside and around (looks as though they maintain it very well). I entered the office and immediately was impressed with the structure of the inside including the hangout spot with the couches and tv/computer area. I was attended to by Ms. Rachel and I can say that from all the places I’ve checked out around town, she is the only one who made me feel right at home with her welcoming demeanor and knowledgeable information on the property and its units! Seriously. I was very pleased by the treatment and respect from her. Been to many places and walked right out after being given negative attitudes but not here. She gave me a tour of the gym and game room facility which was very professional and looked like lots of fun . Then she took me to the model apartments and I really liked the setup and space in each of the rooms. Very spacious and appealing! Then we checked out an empty unit and it was nice clean and very much to my liking (which with this particular unit had a great view of the pool). She gave me all the details and everything I needed to have ready for move in and made it extremely easy for me to understand it all. I can’t wait to call the Avenue my new home! Thank you, Rachel!!

Don’t be Fooled by the Pool My fiancé and I moved to the Avenue apartments a year ago because we liked the amenities that they offered and we thought the pool was the nicest that we’d seen in comparable complexes. Our year started off well enough, but then the management company changed to Pinnacle and the complex got worse and worse. Here’s what they did (I had to edit this down to fit): • They stopped pesticide services. • Our refrigerator began leaking from the freezer on top into the refrigerator down below. We submitted a service call and they came in during the day, tracked dirt throughout our kitchen (which was the only way we knew they had shown up at all), and “fixed” it. Except it never got fixed. We kept emailing them about it and they kept showing up at mysterious times to fix it except it never got fixed. We had to keep a bowl inside to catch all the leaking water. This was the case for months. It was still leaking when we moved out. • At one point my fiancé got attacked by a dog in our complex. When we complained to the front office they asked for the dog’s information. We gave a description of the dog but they said that didn’t help because they kept no records of who had dogs and what they looked liked. When we moved in, we had to submit a picture, description, and pay a $250 pet deposit for our dog, yet apparently they didn’t have any of those records for any other dog on the property. This dog that attacked my fiancé was not on a leash and untrained. They said they would write an email blast about enforcing leash laws in the complex but they never did. Half the dog owners don’t walk around with leashes… • There is no security and frequent dumpster divers. • The beautiful pool that you see as you walk in and out of the front office was NEVER clean. At times it was borderline disgusting, filled with bugs and bird feathers. The pool rake was broken so it’s not even like the tenants could rake the pool themselves. And the spa was never operational. Never. We stayed there a full year and at no point was the spa ever operational. • The front desk associates/management is useless. • And don’t expect your security deposit back. This place started out okay enough but once it switched to Pinnacle Management it was a disaster. I wouldn’t recommend this complex to my worst enemy. I have never been treated with such disrespect while at the same time paying so much for it. Absolute garbage.
the apartments are big , no problem with the parking lot and quiet ,you have to pay 96 dollar internet and 10 dollar insurance ,the apartments are infested with many scorpions and the main door never close is open 24/7 ,so if you have kids this is not the right place

I recently just moved out of this complex 2 months ago. I exited my lease early, and paid a hefty fine to do so (understandably). I knew I would have to pay an early termination fee, but my issue is not with that, it is what happend after I moved out. On my last day at the apartment I went to the office to ask if we can inspect the apartment together so I do not get charged any ridiculous repair fees and I was told that they usually do the inspections within 4-5 days. I told them I was moving out of state and wouldn't be able to be there at that point and they told me it was ok and I did not need to be present for it. Well now I'm getting calls from a collection agency about replacing the whole carpet in the apartment. This was exactly why I wanted to be at the inspection, there is absolutely nothing wrong with the carpet.DO NOT rent here.

If i can give anyone looking for a new home some solid advice its dont rent here!! Drug trafficing, loud rude kids running around everywhere leaving trash all over the property and playing in dumpsters. The staff here does not care for their tenants! They would rather have drug dealers living at their property than nice quiet people who mind their own business!

If you want to rent out this Apartment ,Be aware of paying $96 more on top of rent for what they called Tech Package include Internet and cable.
Management always responded to any concerns that i had and the staff is very friendly which i love , and the best part is if you ever needed extra time to pay rent they work with you and make it happen. I couldnt think any where else to live honestly. This place it worth to live , you have a 24 hour gym , and a pool that is also 24 hr. Especially shout out to the maintence crew they are are always there when you need them and are very friendly . CHOOSE THE AVENUE APARTMENT AS YOUR PLACE TO LIVE
Great layout. High ceilings, huge tub. friendly staff and safe neighborhood. Nice pool,sauna,club house. only drawback SPEED BUMPS I have to drive over 7 on my way to my parking space, its excessive. All in all though love it
