poor customer service. property is going down the drain.
when you call the office they never answer, the office is constantly closed, water is shut off at least 3 to 4 times out of the week, rent keeps going up and the service they provide keeps getting worse and worse by the day, when you at least get some one on the phone, they do not even let you talk, they talk over you, and the saying "the customers is always right" does not mean anything to them, I am not saying I want to be always right but they could at least let you speak and not talk over you. sad I have never experience such poor customer service ever. cars get stolen, the only nice area is the soccer area other then that, everything is dirty and trash is everywhere, dumpsters stay full and bags of trash all around it, you see maintenance walking around like nothing. they do not care about their place of employment. sad very sad

FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE TO LIVE
These apartments are horrible save your self and look elsewhere I had to break my lease and pay the fee I am getting out of this place! My car has been dented so many times! There is trash everywhere when I moved in my apartment did not have blinds, working ac, a working dishwasher, or lights in the rooms! Absolutely insane.

Do NOT move here!
Lived here for six months-six months to long, place is full of cockroaches, they charge you for pest control but they never fumigate, never any parking because they sell parking spots to the complex next door, management is horrible. They take forever to fix anything. Just a terrible place to live.

Pro- Updated Apartments is nice Cons- Management is very unorganized;Confused;Drama -The Apartment walls is very thin, you can hear everything -Getting things fix is a joke, its been a month, still haven't got my things i requested fix. - Its bad, If you use the Dropbox because its not secure. Anyone can walk in and pick up your money Overall, don't waste your time here, you'll regret it big time!!

You Get What You Pay For
Pros: The apartment itself is nice and big. All updated appliances, very spacious and great price. Cons: The property isn't very well kept, I walked in to an apartment infested with roaches. The surrounding apartments are also infested so as much as we try to exterminate, they somehow make a comeback. The neighbors play very loud music and the children that play outside are also very loud. Me having a newborn, i asked to be placed in a more quiet area and it wasn't possible. Also, no real security measures here. Someone broke into my car and stole all of my DIRTY laundry leaving me with barely anything to wear. As I said, you get what you pay for here.

It is our goal at Tierra Del Sol to ensure that all residents are satisfied with their stay here. We do offer bi weekly pest control services and customized treatment when needed by appointment. Furthermore, we do not tolerate loitering, loud music, or any disruptions by residents as per the lease agreement all residents are afforded the luxury to quiet enjoyment of their apartment home, please let me know who it is so I may have this issue addressed immediately. I also understand how terrible and unfortunate a car break is and what a burden it can put on you and your family but it is not a common occurrence here at Tierra Del Sol and I invite you to come speak with me if we were not able to resolve your complaint satisfactorily when you initially addressed it but our resident satisfaction does take precedence over all and we want your "Get what you paid for" experience to be a positive one. Thank you for your review and I hope to speak with you soon regarding all of your concerns.
