Property Ratings at Tiffany Square
Tiffany Square is the perfect apartment complex to live in. Can’t beat the rent prices here, especially for a West Knoxville apartment. This place has everything you want in apartment living. Laundry, pool, workout area and close to everything! And PET friendly! The staff is helpful and friendly and always kind. The current office manager is just wonderful. She has added flowers and landscaping and made the outside just lovely . I love it here.
I just wanted everyone to know how great the new management is here. She seems to genuinely care about the people that live here. A breath of fresh air.
Well, I'm not going to let a few bad apples (prior tenant reviews) spoiled the whole bunch (present tenants /Tiffany square). I have lived here for 9 years and will try to make it 99! The residents are all friendly. They have timely maintenance, the residents and staff are nice, the grounds are kept well, and it's always clean and quiet. The rent is very low in comparison to other properties. Last week they had a fun pool party - plenty of food, DJ, laughter, erc. What seems to be the problem people have? No, I do not work here nor have a relative that does.
This is a great place to live and the office staff is amazing and on top of things if there is any issues there on top of it right away I couldn’t think of a greater place to live
The apartment was infested with cockroaches. They had the exterminator come at least 7 times and they did not get rid of the roaches. They roaches fell off my daughters clothes when she went to different places!! They would not let her out of her lease. It was disgusting.
I have lived here for over 2 years. I love the location, it is close to everything I need. I think maintenance does a good job. I have had a few problems and they fixed them right away. I enjoy the pool in the summer, they keep it clean at all times. I read a review that said the kids are rowdy and running in the streets. This is true but all apartments that have kids living there are going to have this problem when school is out. I like that the water is paid for and my electric bill is low in the summer and winter. Tiffany Square is a nice place to live.
First off, NEVER rent a lower floor apartment at Tiffany Square. List of things that have gone wrong in the 10 months I've lived here, due to maintenance (or lack thereof): 1. Backwash from upstairs neighbors in our kitchen sink. (Soil, egg shells, coffee grounds; rotten, swamp-like odor) This persisted even after maintenance came out to "fix" it twice. 2. Backwash from upstairs neighbors in our bathroom sink. (Hair shavings, mucus w/ blood; again, rotten & swamp-like odor) 3. Bedroom door's lock did not line up with the corresponding part in the door frame; maintenance had to fix it just so the bedroom door could be closed and locked. 4. Bedroom window did not line up properly, could not be locked, could easily have been lifted up and broken into from the outside; maintenance had to come and fix it. 5. Only half of the laundry machines "work" at any given time, and by "work," I mean they operate. They don't do a good job of cleaning even small loads with minimal soiling. The dryers also can't even fully dry a small to medium load. 6. Cockroaches are rampant outdoors year-round due to poor management of the community garbage dumpsters, and even if you take the best care to keep your apartment clean, you WILL encounter them inside your dwelling at Tiffany Square at least once every few months. "Pest control" is a joke around these parts. 7. If you don't want to smell your neighbor's cooking or even occasional "bathroom odors" coming from your own heating/ air conditioning vents, then don't live here; it will happen. Also, on a note unrelated to maintenance, if you don't like to hear rowdy children running around yelling outside and even occasionally banging on your door before running off, then this isn't the place for you. They're also almost always playing on the street in the warmer months, and this is where I find another fault in Tiffany Square's priorities: Their monthly newsletter will sometimes mention this, but tell residents to drive slower because of it; they never, EVER tell parents to take responsibility and teach their kids not to run out into the street after, say, a ball. All in all, if I could rate Tiffany Square a negative number, I would, but the lowest available number is 1/5, so here we go. I want to say "you get what you pay for," but you really don't. Faulty laundry machines are not in the fine print. Other residents' food waste and even bodily fluids washing up in your own sink is also not in the fine print. In a word: Shameful.
My apartment works because I work. Its affordable, quite, and the driving distance isn't vary far. I have a pool to swim in and a gym that I use regularly. Never have I felt unsafe or like I was being watched. Everything about this place is perfect. I hope you come and enjoy it too one day.
