I've lived here for almost a year and it's so nice how friendly everyone is, apartment is spacious and clean with a great view. Nice for riding bikes and enjoying nature. Parks are all around and walmart and meijer are within walking distance.

I have been here for 11 years and love it!! They are friendly and efficient. My granddaughter and I love the pool year round!! It’s a wonderful place to live.

We love Tiffany Woods! Our apartment is spacious and everything works great. The staff is awesome and are very responsive with any issues that come up. We have enjoyed the pool and workout room as well.

The staff have been wonderful with anything you may need to discuss or have issue with. You treat the community right here they treat you right.

We are long time residents of Tiffany Woods Apartments. We love it here. The staff are friendly and a great bunch! We get out work done and any time we need help they are here for us. Landscaping needs some attention but overall this place is a great place to be! The pool ad sauna are great fun for the grandkids too.

I have lived at Tiffany woods apartments for close to five years now and love EVERYTHING that there is to love about it. I shop amazon alot and my packages are always delivered safely. I am an animal lover and so are all of the people around. The walls are able to be painted and the apartment is HUGE. The swimming pool has made me lose almost forty pounds and the exercise room is available at all hours. The patio has lights all over and a very expensive grill with utensils included. They have a fire pit with nice chairs. There is always people walking around cleaning up after the cigarette butts and garbage. they take good care of the lawn. Everyone that owns a pet here cleans up after themselves. Very friendly and just about a mile to the stores. Slow drivers and I have even left my car door unlocked several nights by accident and nothing has ever happened. I feel very safe and welcome here. Thank you to the kind staff and I will always recommend these apartments to anyone.

For starters the staff in the office is amazing! The ladies there try their best to make sure that your concerns are heard and taken care of to the best of the abilities. The extra amenities are just an added bonus. Maintenance is always very respectful and considerate when entering your apartment.

I absolutely love living at Tiffany woods. They are respectful, kind, and really helpful when any/every need.

Tiffany woods is a great place to live! Utilities are included, well kept property, a pool and commune area to use! Friendly neighbors and staff. If I ever had a problem, all I needed to do was communicate and it was resolved! Perfect area for my children’s life!

The staff are very friendly, the manager went out of her way for us. The apartment we seen was beautiful! Indoor pool and hot tub! Very family friendly and great location! So excited my friend told me about this place.

I moved here from out of state and love it! So close to everything! The gym is open 24 hours which is ideal for my work schedule! The staff is amazing! Thank you all for making this a great place to be!

Move out with caution !!! Firstly i must say that Bobbi in the office has been great...but I recently moved out and discussed in detail what the move out plan was with the Manager. All was clear and understood. After following her direction it turns out and has now been confirmed by Monarch Investments the management company that any agreement is null and void and they have no power. I am now over $750 out of pocket due to this, absolutely disgusted, do no trust anything, so much to say but I will keep it professional....use them with caution

I have lived at Tiffany Woods for more than 10 years. I have seen different management companies come and go. Monarch has been the new company here for 3 years now. Great improvement!! Love the new patio area! Great resident events!

Tiffany Woods is one of the best places to live in this area. The staff is very cooperative and they have an excellent maintenance team. Once I had some issues with my refrigerator and maintenance team was prompt to solve the issue, when the issue reoccurred they replaced my old refrigerator with a brand new one immediately. The place is very clean, and they are making many improvements which add even more beauty. They have excellent amenities such as club house, indoor swimming pool, hot bath, a gym which is worth for money. They are constantly improving and making it even better.

Location is perfect and the office girls are wonderful and friendly BUT response to maintenance problems is usually lip service and crocodile tears from management. "I'm so sorry you can't see through your slider window or bedroom window but that sort of clouding happens all the time. No we won't replace them." "You're right the carpet is really worn but it's old so that's to be expected. We'll replace it when you leave." "Those faucets don't seem to be leaking at the moment. Try really reefing on the handles." "You're right. The apartment really needs new paint because it's been nine or ten years but we will take care of it when you move out. No we can't supply you with paint so you can do it yourself." "Your windows are so hard to open because the building has settled. Try using a screwdriver." Furnace kept breaking down. Complained every year. Nothing done until city checked the entire facility for carbon monoxide and found dangerous levels. Only then was furnace replaced. Management makes all sorts of promises but it's bull. Head of maintenance is the same. Only reason I've been here so long is because of location but the rents go up every year and they're pretty much pricing me out. Asked all the time by co-workers what it's like at Tiffany Woods. Guess what I tell them.

My wife and I and our two small children lived here for the past year. While we believe that nothing is perfect, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I can say that everything they "sold" is ok when we did the walk through actually came to past. From the upgrades to the quick responses to the maintenance to all of the community gatherings it was just great. Thanks guys for a great year! We just need a bigger space, that's why we are moving on ??

Love this place! Timely maintenance,friendly service, awesome neighbors! I couldn't ask for more from this place! My kids love the pool mostly! Nice neighborhood!

Love the area but the maintenance is very bad, they take to long to fix anything my hall light has been out for over 2 months. That is not secure . Will be moving when my lease is up..

The area of town is very convenient to almost everything, however the people that run the complex their attitudes really make it a bad place to live and raise a family. The only shed of light from anyone is the girls working the front office, they always try to make thing right and or better. The biggest complaint is the maintenance, they don't know how to fix anything right the first time and the craftsmanship is mediocre at best.
