Property Ratings at Timber Creek Village
I'd like to start off by saying that the property manager Misty is like a breath of fresh air compared to others I have come into contact within the past month searching for a place to live. As soon as I arrived at Timber Creek, Misty greeted me with such admiration for her property. The tour she took me on offered me with such information that nobody else would have offered me anywhere else. Misty was very knowledgeable with all the questions I had and eased my anxiety of moving to a new place. Timber Creek is such a beautiful neighborhood, and the tenants all were happy and welcoming as we walked around. If you want to live at a place where the manager personally helps each individual as they walk through the door with such pride, then Timber Creek is the place to be. Thank you so much Misty for all your help.
I wanted to start off with saying I moved in when there was a completely different property manager who was amazing I moved in June 2020. Our new property manager has not been so much the best, I feel that she is extremely rude she’s also only working to make the outside look a lot better than the inside they do not complete any maintenance repairs that you put in if they do it takes them several weeks it is also been brought to our attention that if you need an emergency maintenance it will cost an extra $50-$75. Not to mention the tenants that have recently moved in our dirty and very rude they also do not care to slam their car door open hitting other persons vehicles. They have not renovated a single unit since I have moved in. They recently up charged their prices but have not done anything to make them worth the new money asking price. There is an entire list of problems I have had with this place. I would NOT recommend to anyone. It’s sad because it’s a great neighborhood
Property Manager at Timber Creek Village, Responded To This Review
We apologize that you are unhappy with the community. We are actively working to improve the grounds and the community, after most homes were upgraded last year. The increases being assessed are due to the rehabs from the previous year, as due to COVID-19 the increases were put on hold. Emergency maintenance is typically no cost unless it is for a lock out, in which case it is $75 to replace the lock. We would be happy to speak with you further and gain additional input from you regarding things you might like to see improved as we continue with our community upgrades. Hope to speak soon
Jamie was very friendly and makes you feel right at home! Its quiet and I love the area.. I would recommend these Apartments to anybody! I would love to thank Jamie for helping me and making me feel very comfortable here even before I lived here!
Just moved in the leasing office ...Jamie and heather were so helpful and pleasant was the best experience I ever had renting an apt...moved in the apt was immaculate...the maintenance men were a pleasure to deal with ...the grounds well kept I'm so happy and see myself living here for years to come...thank you for the best experience I've ever had renting an apt...a ....I recommend this complex highly. :)
WORST PLACE EVER!!! Do not rent here!!! Worst place to live! No one ever is in the office. They have let nasty dirty people move in and now there is a HUGE roach problem that they will not address. Called left over 5 message in a week and still no response or a return call nothing! I would not recommend this place to my worst enemy!
Read the google reviews! DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!!!!!! *ant infestation during summer months that the office refuses to exterminate they just put ant traps from the dollar store that does not kill them. *no one is EVER in the office or answers the office phone *if you have a maintainer problem they will take months to fix if they ever decide to even answer the office phone *last week half the residence received a notice to leave the premises because the office changed websites that residence pay their rent and DID NOT notify us! Now we are being asked to provide bank statements and proof that we paid. Wasting our time because of their mistakes! I repeat you will regret it if you move here! Go else where!!
When we moved in the place was great, considering the space, amenities and neighborhood, for the price. When problems came up maintenance issues would be addressed promptly and the staff was honest and helpful. The new mangers are not we have tried numerous times over almost 2 months to get our dishwasher fixed and in that time our garbage disposal has broken and upstairs A/C has blown out. They keep telling us that somebody will be out tomorrow to fix whatever is broken but it never happens. Fortunately our lease is up in October and we will most definitely be gone.
