Property Ratings at Timber Point Apartments
Brehana was very patient with me even though I did not follow her clear instructions. She kept me updated while I gave her the cold shoulder.
Overall quiet, but I have notice that some residents don’t pick up after they pets if they have an accident in the hallway.. and stead of putting the trash in the dumpster it sits on the side
I was given satisfactory assistance in the move in process. The online portal has a few issues that have not been worked out yet. Residents are wrongly charged and then charged late fees. The leasing office has no response, just a number to call. This is very inconvenient.
We have been here for about 2 months now and everything has been good they fix anything that breaks they have been really understanding. They seem to be fixing the complex up to make it look nicer
The area is beautiful but the maintenance and office could be better. A lot remodeling and repairs need to be done and there’s no play area for kids
I love living here and they will always work with you if you need help , living here has been the best experience ever im also going to renew my lease more and more
Timber Point is by far one of the best places I've lived. Property staff and maintenance are AMAZING! I have had 0 issues with them and look forward to continuing my residency with them.
I love it it’s quite and everyone is friendly. I love the space the kitchen and dining room so much open space. Love the views I have from the patio.
It’s been pretty good since I been there, there’s nothing to complain about, good management good neighborhood, it’s almost a year now I don’t think I’ll leave soon
Nice decent environment. Kids like to touch stuff on patios, there has been a lil police activity. My main problem is the office, they never answer the phone and always acting like they got attitudes.
Peaceful place ! Feels nice coming to a warm home to see my husband , decorated nice , roomie , fresh , amazing , would recommend to anyone looking for a place to live
They answered all my questions and I had a Maintenance request they said they would get that fixed right away. I would recommend anyone to live here.
I have only had a couple issues but overall love my apartment!! When we moved in we had some issues with maintenance not trying to fix our door that seemed to be busted in but the leasing office made sure that they fixed it!
Constantly turning off the water w little or no notice. I find it aggravating. I find that if I really anything to be done in a timely matter, I have to call the Headquarters of Eighteen Capital Group because my facility works slowly like a sloth on every issue. It took almost 9 months for a broken dishwasher to be replaced; 4 years for the ceiling in the Master Bedroom to be resurfaced; however, it was not detailed so you still see where the repairs were made; in the Living Room, I had a leak over the fireplace surround and 18 months ago it was fixed but you can see the shoddy workmanship because the ceiling wasn't properly detailed. Still need grouting around tub in hall bathroom and it hasn't happened. My Apt has never been updated or carpets cleaned in 15 years.
It's been great living here. Love being 15 minutes from just about everything. My family really enjoys the nature view we have from our balcony. And we love all of our neighbors they are friendly and nice.
Maintenance is great but I just dislike the wildlife’s I asked for the office to come and clean the smell that the wildlife did and I cannot turn my heat on because of the bad smell and it’s getting cold outside
Everything was nice and smooth upon the move in. The only issue I had was my bathtub knob. The staff are nice and the apartment landscaping is pretty.
Major disappointment. I can't wait to move out at the end of my lease. Don't move here! The pool and volleyball court are not in working condition. There's is garbage everywhere. The building stink of Marijuana and cigarettes. There are roaches and Nats all the time. I get irritated everyday when I come home because this place sucks.
Rent is reasonable. Community is pretty quiet most of the time. Maintenance is decent about responding. Your only option to pay rent is ONLY through the app (with a $3 "convenience fee"). Seems more convenient for the property.
Our experience is new and very quiet connected with nature a very green and natural environment in Very comfortable space that complements the silence next to the forest
Terrible customer service from the office to the corporate office. No amenities that they promise. Been here 3 years and not 1 summer was the pool open. And a slab of concrete is not a basketball court.
I like the area it is really quiet and secluded. Everyone keeps to themselves for the most part. Wish they had a playground or something for the kids
It’s been pretty great living at Timber Point! I got heated floors so I can’t complain ! Maintenance will close tickets though without making sure it is complete. You just have to stay on them .
Apartment is very big and spacious..The outside is very clean even though I don’t have a dog I love the fact they have a dog park for your fur babies
My experience here for the 4 years have been okay and I love the room space and the closet space. My neighbors they are very nice and it’s quite in my building
Theres pot holes everywhere. The leak in our ceiling still isn't fixed. It's been there since January and growing bigger. I've given up on opening more tickets since they get closed without anyone attempting to contact us or come to fix it. There's this really loud grinding noise that keeps me awake at all hours. I've submitted a ticket but it seems like noone knows what's causing it so I'm just stuck with it. If there was anywhere else I could afford to live, I'd be there in a heartbeat. Can emphasize that enough. The staff are hard to get on the phone. But if you go down to the office in person, everyone is really nice and down to earth. In the end, you get what you pay for. There aren't any amenities. The closest you get is AC/Heat and washer/dryer hookups. There aren't community activities and if there were you'd have to offer me a discount on rent for me to be interested. For the most part neighbors keep to themselves. The walls are thin though so you hear everything
Manny things in the apartment still have not been fixed because as I was told, "priority first." I was told that I need to make a new list and put in a work order, since we have new management again. Shouldn't have to do this since the list was given as asked the first two weeks of move in.
It’s okay living here so far. Maintenance is a little slow but everything else is fine. Wish the pool was open. I also wish I knew they didn’t have a playground before I moved it, would have been nice to have one, or maybe it’s hidden?
So far so good. Have had a few maintenance issues that I’m still waiting for a response to, but altogether not a bad place to be. Office staff are friendly enough.
Nice neighborhood, could use some help with the maintenance team so that they aren't so overwhelmed. I love the school system as well. I also believe there are some good kids in the neighborhood
I recently had the opportunity to stay at Timber Point Apartments, and overall, it was a positive experience. The complex boasts a well-maintained and aesthetically pleasing environment with ample green spaces and a welcoming atmosphere. The units themselves are spacious and feature modern finishes that enhance comfort and functionality.
Office does not answer their phone. Maintenance is getting a little better still needs work. Pool is never open and we pay to much in rent if we can’t have a pool to swim in..
A lot of traffic, nice location close to town but tucked away. Older builds so a lot of minor issues like stuck/squeaky doors and outdated faucets/outlets rust etc but the price reflects that well.
Lots of Roaches!!!!!! Office never answers the phone. Random fees on the rent. I only been here a fee months and I wanna leave! Very disappointed in what they advertised but dont have, like the pool! Its closed but of course they dont tell you that!
So far so good! Had some minor problems with the unit but they fixed them no problem. The neighbors all seem nice. It’s quite for the most part.
Some issues with late maintenance but they’re getting on the feet’s, overall is a good place to live the apartments are bigger than what you can find out there.
Move in date was pushed back nearly a month with no communication on apartment’s end. Everything else was average once navigating the confusion.
Have had some maintenance issues in the past and they have taken to long to come out and repair or have not addressed at all. Had to fix a few things myself.
Office never answers the phone. You literally have to go down to the office and hope they are there. The maintenance department takes weeks to months to complete repairs , if actually done. They also don’t pay attention to directions about time and access to the apartment.
Good place :) spacing and roomy , there always parking , got the park besides me which is awesome , I see kids running around happily , non of my neighbor get involved , and quiet place :)
I feel comfortable over here so it’s one of the best apartments I’ve ever lived in Indianapolis, people be saying stuff in the internet because in general some people nerd satisfy that’s their own problem
Shower water in bathroom don’t even come on … water pressure low in kitchen . Bathtub do not drain in other bathroom . Paint splats all over kitchen floor . Air vents dirty and clogged . Maintenance told me I need to run water for 30 mins before getting hot . Absolutely not that’s insane!!!! No parking guest taking all the spots
Nothing ever gets fixed by maintenance; you can put in your order 100 times & conviently it is always lost before anything happens. I reported my dishwasher at least 6 months ago and it is still full of stagnant water. Does it need to be reported to the health dept to get results. I had an animal try to come through ceiling years ago & although it was fixed, there is still a piece of ceiling extruding from the ceiling. Definitely not wanting to renew lease.
I put in maintenance request and never get the issues solved. I’ve tried multiple times about the same issues but it seems as if I’ll never get it resolved. Theirs also a real bad roach problem that I’ve been dealing with.
Nice apartments to live in. I feel they’re slow at responding and fixing things. For the most part it’s very quiet and everyone stays to themselves.
It’s a great apartment I just don’t like the fact there’s animals living in my home with me I’ve had a bad smell since I moved in from the beavers nd raccoons
I love my neighbor's in my building . I like the area as well. The bus stop is not far from the building and all of the kids walk with each other too and from the bus stop
I like my neighbors apartment is big maintenance can use some help. Need screens that fit patio. Trash pick up comes on time. The. Staff is friendly nd helpful.
The apartments are horrible needs better workers in the office the staff are rude& disrespectful at this point we need to call the health department on y’all
Good place to live sometimes a little backed up with maintenance but good otherwise. Apartments are big compared to other apartments I have lived in.
