Their building uses boiler heating systems. So they wont turn the heat on until their corporate office decides that the temperatures drop consistently. The temperatures are going down to 35F and one wont still have the control to heat their units. They suggest to get your own space heater and their cost huge bills.

I’ve been living here for over 2 years & this is my third unit and every single one i’ve been in is constant maintenance issues and something is always broken, they don’t clean out apartments when you first move in and if there’s an issue they put a temporary fix just for the problem to come back, The price for rent is NOT worth it considering the amount of issues / dirtiness in these apartments.

My apartment flooded yesterday and they told me they fixed the problem but flooded again today so they didn’t!! They didn’t offer to clean up my apartment I had to do it on my own they won’t get me new carpet when it’s growing mold. They didn’t seem to care my apartment had flowing water coming in as maintenance came 2 hours later. I can’t wait to move out!

DONT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE! I lived here in two different apartments for over 4 years, save your self the time and headache and find somewhere else to live. The apartment was consistently over 85 degrees in the summer. After asking them to fix it countless times they gave us an AC unit which worked for cooling half of a room, then the next year the would not even lend us another one to use. The office does not pick up the phone EVER and when confronted they said it was not true until I showed them the call log. AND WAIT THERE IS MORE! On our way out of the apartment they require 30 days notice so I had been calling them every other day trying to let them know (for over 4 weeks!) with call logs as proof. they then told me it was only accepted in writing.. wow sure would of been nice to know that OVE THE PHONE. I could write a book about this place but honestly it was my fault for staying at such a horrible place for so long.

Never again will I live her. Maintenance walked into my apartment without my knowledge when I said they can’t. My apartment kitchen flooded said it would be fixed and didn’t until the next day. Leasing office was closed way before 5 which is on their sign that they close at 5. Leasing never answers the phone ever. Loses your important papers. It was the worst decision to live here.
This place is horrid. I won’t even bore you with details. Maintenance people never showing up when they say they will, zero to no notice of entering your apartment when they do have to reschedule, no one answers the office, people constantly breaking into cars, parking lot lights never get replaced when they go out, dumpsters constantly overflowing into the parking lot. It’s the management and BRG as a whole, not the residents who have to suffer living in this dump.

Have lived here for less than a week and already regret it. The carpet in the living room was not cleaned and smelled like marijuana. We vacuumed the carpet and pulled dirt out of the carpet. Multiple lightbulbs were missing on move in, including the refrigerator lightbulb that was broken and not even taken out. 2 out of the 3 closets have issues with the doors including one where the track is bent so the door will not close fully and another where the entire door came off the first time we pulled it. The fridge also had a shelf than had obviously broken before and instead of being replaced was just caulked over which immediately broke when a ketchup bottle leaned against it. Lastly, they lost our co signed notarized paper which had his social security number, current address, drivers license number, and date of birth. The management office refuses to admit they lost the paper and instead is trying to pass it off as a new paper we need to sign even though we have pictures of the first paper with the exact same questions on it. Only stay here if you want to have a dirty apartment with multiple broken items and a management office that doesn’t care about your personal information.
