Property Ratings at Timber Ridge Apartments
I've been living here in a 2 bed 1.5 ba for over a year and a half. It's a quaint, quiet community. Any problems that I have had and alerted the landlord to have been handled extremely quickly. Maintenance is excellent and the company Property Manager is skilled, helpful, and kind. I love the location. Not the type of property where you have amenities like a gym or off-leash dog area, but those were things I was willing to sacrifice for location, balcony, small complex, updated kitchen, and property management.
Timber Ridge Apartments is an easy place to call home. Between the amazing property manager, Jenny, the wonderful handyman, Sulejman, and the awesome neighbors.. it’s an easy place to curl up and feel cozy. The location was a huge bonus - morning walks to Starbucks or easy grocery runs to Met Market. Close to the beach and all around great neighborhoods for walking the dogs or running if that’s your thing. Close to lots of awesome restaurants and night life with the safe distance of peace and quiet when you want to stay in and watch a movie. Highly recommend!
I lived here for 3 years and loved it. Jenny, the property manager, is a gem of a human. Very helpful and responsive. The location is great too. Never had any issues! You won't regret living here.
