I've actually lived at Timber Ridge two times. The first time was 1986 to 1990, the second time was September 1999 to present. I really wanted to come back to Timber Ridge the second time around because of the family atmosphere, the maintenance of the property, and an overall sense of community that is so important to me, and these days, so hard to find. You'll find the grounds well manicured in the warmer months with the smell of B-B-Q on most days, During the colder months, leaf, & snow removal happen immediately. The two, or three bedroom units are very spacious, and well maintained. Maintenance, and Office staff are well trained, friendly, and punctual with maintenance calls. There is ample "on site" parking, and a beautiful pool with lifeguard all summer long. If you're looking for a beautifully maintained two to three bedroom Town-home in a community setting in which to raise your children, let me be the first to say "Welcome to Timber Ridge".

I have moved around a lot over the past few years, but I am now contented with my new place. The townhouses at Timber Ridge have a lot of space (lots of closets for clothes-horses like me!). The layout is well thought out and the livable space within the units is great for entertaining and just everyday living. I have an upgraded unit and I LOVE the woodwork, tile work and fixtures. They make the units look like something right out of a magazine or furniture commercial. The grounds are well kept and the neighborhood Timber Ridge sits in is friendly and suburban. There is a great mix of residents, both human and dog (friends for my puppy). They allow small dogs and cats as well. The complex's personnel are great also. They really care about each resident and their experience in living here, unlike other places I have lived in in the nearby area. There's lots of shopping close by and recreational parks for both humans and dogs. The complex is also situated close to the train to Philly and right in between a few major highways, but far enough away that it still retains that suburban feel. If you are looking for a HOME and not just a place to store your stuff and sleep, come here!

This Townhome community is quaint and quiet. Townhomes are roomy with ample closet space. Kitchens are a big size which is awesome for those that love to cook with plenty of counter space. Having a washer/dryer in the home is a plus! Layout of the 2 levels is perfect for a family to fit comfortably and enjoy the peace and quiet in the area. Homes are well kept, grounds are well maintained and maintenance is always available. All positives for this community!

This is the perfect townhouse if you want a quick walk to the metro, great restaurants and outdoor space. The common areas are well maintained and staff incredibly helpful. Unlike other apartments in this area, it has a large courtyard with a pool, It’s like having a touch of country right in the middle of the city. I been live there 4 years

I've been in 2 homes and in the summer they've been infested with ants. And their biased with dogs I can't have a 35 pound pit Bull terrier but a man has a 70 pound dog and no one cares

This townhouse is great, it's spacious and affordable. The maintenance team is awesome..

ive been here for 31 years i would never move from here the grounds are kept clean nice pool area the maintence men do a great job and are fast doing it its like a big family everyone in the neighborhood is nice never had to complain about anyone.

i lived in timber ridge for 31 years with my 3 children.it is a wonderful place to live the townhouses are nice the grounds are kept well.the maintence staff gets there jobs done very fast,there nice people.everybody is very friendly.since i been here i had never had a problem. the schools are good i cant think of another place i would rather live and thats why im still here

I love it here at village arms apts the staff is great and so is the .maintained guys our manager is such a sweetheart I like her a lot our apt is the perfect size for us o have no complaints at all

Lived here for some time but recently moved out. Office is friendly, maintenance is horrible and you have to wait forever for anything to get done. Maintenance guy Mike is rude and never takes care of calls right away when they need to. Jose and Steve are the other maintenance guys there and they are great and very friendly and nice. Bills are high. Down stairs is very cold in winter. Windows in house are horrible and drafty. Neighbors are friendly to an extent. Some people don't pick up after there dogs. Very kid friendly environment but nothing for the kids to do if looking for a place that has a playground this place does not. Pool is OK but not much seating to sit back and enjoy the pool. be careful because there is a creepy guy that rides around on his bike and he follows little kids and says inappropriate things to you and the kids. Complex is os overall quiet. School district is horrible.

Great transitional housing for those who need to space and feel of a single-family/townhouse while enjoying the freedom of maintenance free living! Nice community with friendly neighbors.

This place is so beautiful so well kept and quiet . Whenever maintance is need they are here as soon as possible . I also have a service dog and they heard my dog in distress and knew something was wrong and came in and saw I was having a seizure . Maitance knows everyone that well and in tune with there residents that I feel very safe here too . I always tell anyone who is looking for a place to live that this is where to go

I love this townhouse rental community! Private entrance, 2-story townhouse has its own private entrance with parking in front of your door! It's a quite community where it's not unusual to find your neighbors barbequing on the patio. The maintenance crew is pleasant and always willing to lend a helping hand. It's the best of both worlds because we have the benefits that come with renting as well as the community feeling that often comes with owning your home. The landscaping is immaculate and I don't have to lift a finger to keep it that way. I'm loving it!

I've been living here for almost 2 years, the place is nice but be careful, the utilities bill is high (more than $300/month). So by the end of the day it's not worth it! Find a better town house in a better town with heat and water included..

I currently am living here with my family and we are all very happy. The pet policy is relatively new so there are some people who are openly hostile to dog owners. please if you cannot accept that a dog may wet on your grass, please do not move here!

We have been residents of Timber Ridge for 22 years, and have been very comfortable living here. This location has been good for us as we are close to family, work, shopping, hospital, and speed line, if needed. The staff are friendly and helpful. Maintenance problems are solved quickly and with no inconvenience. Trash pick-up is consistent and we feel safe here. The upkeep and the landscaping makes the community inviting.
