Excellent place to live

I relocated to spring in September 2020. The office staff made a long-distance move very easy. My experience living at Timber Run has made me happy to call it home. The maintenance man is always on site early every morning keeping the property nice and clean. It’s not many places you can move that has great office staff and great maintenance. Another bonus to Timber Run the apartments in the inside update also large. If you’re looking for a safe and comfortable place for you and your family Timber Run is the best choice!

New Tenant

From the moment I called this property the office staff has been nothing but amazing especially Shantel. Through my application process she has been there helping the entire way through also the other staff members are very nice and professional. I know I’m going to feel right at home as I already do here at Timber Run.

Lies

The Apartments is not under new management. They seems to have a nasty attitude. I came in letting them know both of my toilets are not working , they proceeded to tell me that’s it’s not an emergency and waved me off . I will be looking for a new apartment to move into when my lease is up. This is ridiculous.

Overall Amazing!

Everything about these apartments is amazing! The office staff, the maintenance crew, the living environment, even the layouts themselves are just amazing! I’ve never dealt with such a caring office staff like I have with Yvonne and Virginia! They truly do care about their residents and I’m very grateful to have come across this complex! The main thing I absolutely love is that our kids are able to go outside and play without fear of something happening to them because all the residents are very courteous about everyone else. And the cleanliness of the complex is something I’ve NEVER seen anywhere else!! 10/10 Definitely Recommend!!

Great service

Went in search of a one bedroom apt which they do not have, walked in the office and it smelled nice, my presence was quickly acknowledged and was greeted promptly. The staff is amazing and the property is very clean, would highly recommend.

Amazing apartment complex!

I toured this property 2months ago. As soon as I walked in to the leasing office I was greeted by one of the staff members. The agent that I spoke with was very professional very informative and you could tell she liked her job & was happy. This property was very NICEEE & Clean. They are a tax credit property so they’re able to offer spacious 2 & 3 bedrooms at lower rates. My experience at Timber Run Apartments was amazing. I highly recommend this property to everyone, as soon as my lease is up. I will definitely be leasing at Timber Run Apartments.

Very nice apartments

Moved in 2 months ago. Very clean nice apartment. Great staff. I go out of town for work a lot and if I know a package might be delivered while I am gone, I can let them know and they will grab and hold at the office for me so it doesn't sit by my door all week. Very helpful! Also a very quiet complex. I havent had any issues since moving in and looking forward to the future!

Timber Run is a great place to live I love the way they help you they check on you they they do great things for the kids and after school programs they do Christmas for the kids and I live here great staff

Time Run

My family and I have lived here for going on 3 years now. We are very happy with the way it is run. Yes they have inspections to check the fire safety and over all care of the place. Along with that they offer pest control every week but recommend once a month. The office staff, management and maintenance are excellent and pride on their reputation. If you have a leak they are on it that day.. of it is minor it is dealt with that day or the next.. they also let you know when they can/will come out and if it is okay. Overall my family and I are happy with the community and staff. The apartment complex always makes sure your happy.

Spacious Apartment

Great Spacious Apartment, Two Big Bedrooms And Two Full Bathroom with a good size living room perfect for my family. Carpet perfect for my two little girls.

Management rude and unreasonable

I have black mold on both of my bathrooms ceilings. I have ask for management to get professionals to take care of it, but instead they continue to paint over it. There is also a roach infestation in all of the apartments. Timber Run refuses to pay for professional pest control. There is new management every two months and they are usual worst than the ones before. I have never seen a male manager, maybe that is what Timber Run needs.
