Its been 2months since I reported the leak in our ceiling in the living room and bathroom, until now NO ACTIONS HAPPENED. if I only have a chance to terminate the lease without paying penalty, I Will! since their slow actions and poor service is the problem. its really stressful to live here, im tired of telling them to fix it!!! hoepfully they can read this and make an ACTION!

From the moment I arrived, they were friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive to my needs. I was booked for a tour to check the unit I am interested with. I arrived and l Dominic the staff said it's raining so he cannot show me the unit. He even said that whenever you will book a tour and it is raining they cannot show them to you. He was planning on giving me a tour at first but when it atarted raining he cancelled it and decided to tell me to book another day. And if it ia raining he cannot show it to me.

Do not believe what the advertisement states, there is no clubhouse, the pool has been closed for months, the laundry rooms are filthy and dirty and the community as a whole is a joke. If you like drama, police in the community practically daily, U-haul trucks in and out of this complex, but save yourself all the heartache, headaches and unnecessary suffering and move somewhere where the people are respectful, mature, considerate and the Management actually care about the community, not just about making money. I wouldn't tell you any lies, heed all warnings. Don't be tricked.
It's Unfortunate, but these Apartments at the time of this review are considered a nuisance property; for those living there and to the surrounding neighborhood. Over the past 2 months, the amount of vehicle's with loud bass reverberating 7 days a week, 24 hours a day has increased 10 fold. Dirt bikes, ATV's and motorized bicycles travel in and out and through the property at all times of the day. Big group domestic disturbances that spillout over into the parking lot in broad daylight with no consideration for their neighbors.
I’m a Timberfalls former resident. Let’s start by saying the good. The apartment are fairly updated, they are a good size and they are in a great location. On the other hand management don’t attend maintenance request, nothing gets fix. The common areas are always dirty. My apartment faced the pool and I saw how it only gets clean around May and the rest of the year the water is GREEN! The laundry room is nasty; is always dirty and people use it to smoke weed in there. There’s trash everywhere in the parking lot and the gates don’t work. There’s ashtray’s at the managers office so they clearly smoke cigarettes in there. Management don’t attend noise complaints. They don’t seem to care about anything. Watch out for your security deposit because they will do anything for not give you the security back even when you left the apartment in better condition than they way you received it.
