Overall a great experience living at Timberhill Meadows. The ventilation is great and the apartment is super dry in spite of how damp it is outside for half the year. Granite countertops and lots of space also make the apartment worth the higher price.

It's okay. Maintenance is great, and the office are usually helpful. Apartments are nice. Landscaping maintenance is obnoxiously frequent and loud.

Timberhill Meadows is a lovely place to live, especially if your apartment looks out on to the wetlands. Coming from the country, I still have a hard time parking straight. And, I fear we are louder than we should be, but our neighbors are very nice and haven't asked us to pipe down ... yet.

My expieremce with the office staff has been wonderful, Brooke and I always chat and laigh about things happening in my life while she is answering my questions etc. I am pleased with the upkeep of landscape, quiet and safe. I highly recommend Timberhill Meadows apartments. I've been living here six years and have no plans to move in the foreseeable future. Simply put, it's a 5-star community with quiet/friendly neighbors, quality construction/appliances, professional onsite management/maintenance personnel, great parking, large storage units, and beautiful landscaping that is well-maintained. Timberhill Meadows also has a great location near shopping, schools, hospital, tennis/athletic clubs, and miles of hiking/biking/running trails. You'll love it here!

The staff at Timberhill Meadows were so great to work with over the phone. We had great communication and they are great about keeping us informed. The apartments are so quiet, it is hard to believe it is pet friendly because I rarely hear a dog bark. The grounds are beautiful and this is a great place for a dog to live. Strangely for a town that prides itself on the outdoors and dog-friendliness, it is rare to find a "nice apartment" that allows pets in Corvallis. This is what first brought us to Timberhill Meadows and we have stayed because the community impressed us in so many ways. It is upscale without being pretentious, and is therefore ideal for people seeking a quiet life. There are excellent floor plans, a neighborhood feel, and nearby greenspace. My son and I have lived here for years and the staff has watched my family grow up. We have never had an issue that was not resolved quickly and courteously. The staff at Timberhill Meadows, in fact, is proactive about finding ways to improve the amenities and sense of community here. I would consider my "last initial" to be "dS"

Timberhill was the best decision for me. 2 miles from campus and with a beautiful view, this apartment complex is worth every penny. Be sure to apply 6-7 months in advance so you're ensured you'll get a place. 10/10 recommend to anyone.

The staff has been extremely helpful and efficient in this whole process. The rent isnt cheap but the community is safe and homey.

This is as close to living in a private home as possible in an apartment. The staff are incredibly friendly and professional. The residents are respectful and quiet. The property backs up to beautiful trails, and many apartments have great views looking upon the trails and Chip Ross Park. We've been here for 2 years and have been extremely satisfied with our experience!
