UNSAFE neighbors involving police. Many clothes have been stolen out of the washers. Roaches also appeared near the laundry room and came into the apartment from outside. My review is less than poor.

My daughter is in her first job and first apartment and she went with this place based on the location and decent reviews. From the get-go, her apt was not thoroughly cleaned before she moved in. It smelled like cat pee and they wouldn’t acknowledge that. Finally, after arguing with them, they basically did some scaled down “shampooing.” Now, after a heavy rain, water seeped into her bedroom and soaked the carpet and her mattress, which was not in a frame yet. They came in after another delayed assessment and treated with some microbial stuff. Basically, they said there’s a foundation issue that can’t be fixed right away. No communication, total indifference to issues that are their problem. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Its my first time here in peoria and I was in awe by the beauty of Timberlane apartment. Securing an apartment was a smooth transaction with the help of Ms. Briana. I am also grateful with the manager, she was considerate and understanding. It is a peaceful community. I enjoy listening to the chirping of the birds. The maintenance was also kind in answering my concerns. The place is clean. I hope i will have a great stay here together with my family. Keep it up Timberlane.

Unless you want to stay up until 3am every night because of creaky floors, have your water be shut off randomly for repairs with no notice until after, be able to listen to your neighbors whole conversations, no parking because the leasing office won’t enforce the limit per apartment (the one bedroom next to me has 4 people living in it with 4 cars), no snow removal, then this isn’t the place for you

I had left a review titled “This place sucks because of managing” and the Property Manager of Timberlane had left a message on my review asking me to contact the office “so [they] may talk in detail and determine opportunities to uplift [my] experience.” And that they looked forward to hearing from me. To be honest, this was irritating to me. I posted the review after they had told me that there was basically nothing they could or would do for me. I mean I wasn’t asking for much, just to not have hammering outside my window constantly and to not have my water shut off so much and without informing me. They said that I am free to make the review if I would like. They want to appear as though they are trying to cater to my every need though, so they made sure to publicly cover their butts instead of actually do right by me. I will say that if this review is still active, then they still have not done anything for me and are just trying to make themselves look good without doing anything good. So don’t be fooled by another “nice” comment from them on this review. They still suck. I have them a chance, so you don’t have to.

Where to begin with Timberlane.. I have lived here so far for 8 months and it has been made ever clear that they do not care about their residents. They had been doing construction outside my apartment, replacing paneling, for two months when they informed the people of my building it would only be two weeks. They continued to randomly go around hammering outside my window off and on since then. They came back around a few months later to do the exact same thing outside my window without notice. While other apartment complexes have been opening common areas like their gyms, Timberlane has opted to keep them closed, against the requests of their residents. I had inquired about this and the manager essentially told me to just deal with it and that I could take them to court if I wanted anything done. Furthermore, they are constantly shutting off the water to my building. They have warned us twice and not the other 8 times. I woke up and had to get ready for clinic and couldn’t shower because i had no water. Checked my phone to see if there was any notification from them, but no. They do what they want without care for resident comfort. A month before speaking with the manager, I had received a lease renewal letter from them and they offered my lease with an increase in rates. They don’t care about repeat residents, they know they can’t get someone to sign a lease and then just leave right after and they will make enough money. I strongly suggest not living here.

Timberlane is conveniently located, the staff is friendly, and the grounds are well kept. The apartments are affordable and there are many perks available. I’ve had an overall good experience during my time at Timberlane Apartments. I would recommend them if you’re looking for a nice place to live. horrible.... management is uneducated and UNprofessional .. not kid friendly at all. all they want is your money. THEY will fine you for things without notifying you or trying to ask you questions and when maintenance comes be home cause they will run to the office and tell them what's in ur house..... the rent is super high for nothing that is up dated... which was in the newer buildings... you can find better elsewhere . when I moved in they didnt background check me or ask for pay stubs and was automatically approved... and it's because they will take anybody and it shows.. couldnt wait for the day I moved out.

When you were approved for your apartment, you were fully approved based on your rental, income, credit, and criminal check - so we didn't need to probe any further by asking for paystubs for proof.
I have lived here for quite some time now and absolutely love it! The staff is really nice and my maintenance requests always get completed quickly. The pool is so much bigger than other apartment complexes that I've lived at and the patio area is huge! Seriously the best bang for your buck.

I have lived here for almost 11 years and I just love it! The office (Sandy, Briana, Tori, etc) and maintenance staff are awesome. They are attentive to my needs and always willingly help assist me with any requests. The maintenance staff will respond any time of the day or any day of the week to my request for resolution of maintenance issues. I love my neighbors! They are amazing. Our community is clean, quiet and peaceful. The scenery is beautiful. If you are looking for an amazing community to live in, TIMBERLANE APARTMENTS is that community.

I have had a great experience living at Timberlane. The maintenance staff is wonderful. Anytime I have submitted a work order the issue has been fixed in a matter of hours. There are a lot of units on the property but the spaciousness and upkeep of the grounds makes it feel like less. I enjoy the fitness room and the courtesy of the neighbors. I looked at least a dozen apartment complexes when I was moving to the area and nothing could beat what Timberlane offers for the price. I'm happy with my choice.

I have lived at Timberlane for 3 years. I love living here the staff at the front desk is really nice and helpfully. I love the pool it's always well kept and the access to the gym is very good cause of the 24 hrs. a day it's open. The grounds is always kept and groomed very well.

Timberlane is complete with woods, a pool, and a family of deer. Traffic flow from the complex is a convenient compute to Bradley University and pricing for one-bedroom apt is compatible with a student’s budget. Background checks on all residents make me feel safe. Office staff are always festive and host annual holiday events.

Very affordable rates, wonderful staff, the apartments themselves are well taken care of. Several maintenance staff live on sight so there is a 24 hour on-call structure if emergencies arise. Moving in was a breeze. Oh, and the pool is gorgeous!

If i could give a zero for a review, i would. I went to this apartment and made a deposit to move in. Now i had a change of plans and i was going to loose $50 dollars from my deposit without signing a lease which is fine. Now i was told i would loose the money if no one moves in before the said date because they were holding the room for me. But the guy i gave the deposit to told me there was someone in the room 908 so they will get it done 2 weeks to my check in date. I had this change of plans 14 days to my move in date and they have refused to refund $150 dollars back which i don't care. I was so disappointed when the manager called Tracy called me and i had to tell her i got a new job and have to relocate and she rudely said she didn't care and that nothing will change her mind. So i simply told her thanks for her hospitality and she cut the line on me rudely. I was referred by a friend and i told her how rude the manager Tracy is and i would never recommend this apartment to anyone. If it's about the money, i can let it go but with this kind of hospitality even by the manager Tracy, then am sorry. Very unfriendly.

This is a great place to live. Great pool in the summer time. The Staff is very friendly and helpful. People in the community are very friendly and I have never had a problem since I lived here. Timberlane is a great location to live at when you are living in Peoria. Everything you need is just minutes away.

Timberlane Apartments is the perfect place. It is close to businesses, yet scattered among patches of woods. I've lived at Timberlane for almost two years now and absolutely love it here! The location is the best in Peoria in my opinion. It is just minutes away from malls, grocery stores, gas stations ect. I also love that it is quiet and surrounded by woods but yet right in the center of everything in Peoria. The staff is very friendly and quickly addresses any concerns I have. I love having a nice gym and pool close by also! Timberlane is a nice family friendly place to live as well :) I looked into many complexes in the Peoria area before moving to Timberlane apartments and am so glad I chose to live here. I really do feel it is the best apartment complex in Peoria.

Timberlane Apartments is an outstanding complex. It's a very well maintained property and the management is always extremely pleasant. The location is perfect and there is great shopping and restaurants nearby. The apartments are very accommodating and everyone around is very friendly as well. I have lived in this complex for 10 years and it is a safe, beautiful and all around fabulous place to live, whether its for a short transition or for many years!
I have lived in three different styles of apartments in this complex and I absolutely love it! I have talked it up so much to all of my friends that many of them have actually moved out here as well! It is very quiet and peaceful. My neighbors are all very pleasant and quiet as well! I love that they have a pool and a gym as those are both things I enjoy to partake in. It's conveniently located in town too! Right by grocery stores malls and restaurants. I plan to continue living here until I no longer plan to rent!

I moved into my apartment in mid June. It is spacious enough for me. I do get cooking smells seeping into my apt. all the time. They are rarely good smells. The plumbing also is not at all good here. Tub drain clogs so that I am standing ankle deep in water while showering. the toilet does not flush very well either, have had to plunge often. Debbie B, Peoria, IL
Great place to choose for my first apartment. Its perfect to get to any grocery store or restaurants. Love that its close to my job also! I'm glad I chose this apartment as my new home.
Timberlane Apartments are perfect for someone who lives alone or has a roommate. I live in a two bedroom apartment right next to a forest. The apartment grounds are perfect for walking and quiet. The apartments are a decent size for the rent, but they could use more storage space. The living room and bedrooms do not have any overhead lighting. Maintenance responds very quickly to any concerns that come up. The apartment complex has a nice pool gym facility. Overall, the apartments are a nicely tucked away part of the city of Peoria.
