Property Ratings at Vines at Timberline
I don't even want to give this place a 1 star. I called the beginning of the month and was told as soon as they cleaned up a 2 bedroom Apt, they would call me and get everything arranged. I called them a while later and found out they went behind my back and rent out the apartment we were told that me and my family was going to get. Never again will I recommend anything about this Apartment complex to anyone.

I’ve been Here at Timberline for over 6 years, and its been a great community! A quiet place and a respectful, reliable staff to help you with any concerns you may have. Our maintenance needs are always met in a timely manner.
Timberline West is a great place to stay. Very clean and very polite staff to help you along the way. Quiet community never had a problem over 3 years.
Rent from this property at your own risk. Since day one there has one issue after another. Please be aware of the maintenance team, because you may fall victim to unauthorized surveillance. I have photos of how poor the ventilation system is, which I can send to you on request. The water is in very poor quality, and they will never have it tested for you. They are just taking money. Beware
