About Timbers Apartments
WE WERE RICHLAND'S 2014 GREEN BUSINESS OF THE YEAR! Why? We worked very hard to reduce not only our own impact on the environment, but also our Residents' utility bills, and we did it! We offer upgraded apartments as well as a tennis court, a playground, a gym, a 2-story game room, a clubhouse, AND a surround sound theater room! High def cable, games, & DVD's on a big screen! Oh, and we offer a free laundry service (call and ask about this-we're the only complex we know of that is offering this service). We do the laundry and provide all supplies--you pay only the coins in the machines. YOU DON'T HAVE TO DO YOUR LAUNDRY AT THE TIMBERS! Take the money you'd spend on detergent and fabric softener and do something fun with it! When comparing, remember that we don't charge or pass through any of our utility costs--ask others if they do. CHECK US OUT!
