Property Ratings at Timbers at Mill Creek
Can not live here anymore. Trash everywhere, pool is like a swamp, ponds are dirty and forget getting any maintenance services. Bugs like cockroaches and spiders inside and outside your apartments. They just would like to take your rent and then do nothing to keep you happy. The new company that took over hired bad management staff who don’t know how to run their business.
I lived here almost a year, the trains are annoying, neighbors are loud, geese are loud, management sucks. Maintenance sucks. Everything about this place sucks. Can’t wait to leave
A nice and quiet community. I like my floorplan. The grounds mostly well kept. I have good neighbors and the staff is good. Though it's a family friendly community you'd question if anyone has kids because you hardly ever hear or see the children that are here. The geese keep up more noise than the children...??. #2017365
I have been living here at this complex for about three years. It's a quite place, peaceful and very good environment. I highly recommend this place if you are looking a safe place for your family. The personnel are friendly and willing to help you with any matter. Consider to stay here!. ??@Timberlake Village
I recently relocated from Michigan to TN and this location could not be more perfect. The management staff is extremely helpful and could not have made this move easier for us. The property is well taken care of and in a great location! So happy we went with these apartments and recommend anyone who is interested in choosing Timberlake!
In the process of picking up the pieces of life and starting over... I have found an amazing place to call home... Timberlake Village (leasing agents, management team, and maintenance)... You guys have provided the type customer service that has given me a sense of accomplishment in finding a New place to call Home for myself and my 5yr old granddaughter!!! My heart has been so full to have people take time to acknowledge my little princess who loves attention! She truly believes you guys are her friends... I appreciate being able to trust the staff she engages with... From the wonderful snacks, to the geese, and turtles in the pond..... This place felt good from the very beginning. I have always steered clear of apartment complexes due to lack of privacy... For the record... I love my privacy here @ Timberlake Village! We live on the backside, so our deck faces the woods!!! A lovely view. I love sitting on the deck watching the hummingbirds, squirrels, and several other critters.... More than anything the moon!!! I love how the leasing office offers awesome opportunities to get involved in the community. Hopefully we can do a community yard sale and potluck... My neighbors are kind and show respect for one another! For someone stepping out on FAITH!!! IM SO THANKFUL I CHOOSE TIMBERLAKE VILLAGE TO START OVER!!! YOUR HAPPY TENANTS!!! BUTTA AND LAILA!!!
since I came to visit it for the first time I knew it was the perfect place for me, totally renovated, modern and updated, everything totally new. I'm in the first building, and I love where I live. very attentive in the arrangements of the apartment. I recommend this apartment 100 times! Good ubicación!
Enjoy living here the property is always kept clean and the staff is so nice to handle every need. -Gina G
This place is home away from home, they girls in the office handle every situation that you bring to them. The grounds keeper keeps the place clean.
Safe and quiet place. I've moved into the community in October 2019. There were issues with the apartment and management quickly moved me into another unit. They have been efficient with any request or complaint (which I've only had two). The office staff is absolutely amazing. Management has been understanding and very helpful during this pandemic for the residents. I have enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend it.
Safe and quiet place to live. Grounds always well kept.
I love this place. I stay on the third row.. My view is everything. The staff and maintenance crew are awesome.. When I need something done they're on top of it. Charlisa is the one the reasons I'm still here.
Location and Price: 2 out of 5. When I moved in, it was a really good area for relatively cheap in comparison to other areas in Nashville. It was nothing special, but decent and safe. However, each subsequent year, the area slid downhill, yet the price still continued going up. Every lease renewal like clockwork, rent went up $40-$50. Security: 2 out of 5. This whole area has developed some issues. I no longer felt safe by the end of my stay. We had a murder occur not 800 feet from my front door, our neighbor had an attempted carjacking, my own car was broken into, multiple thefts. Much of the time, the only reason residents knew what would happen is the fact that we would see it on the news or overhearing it talked about among the residents. In my entire stay there, I received more notices about Halloween than about security issues. Management: 3 out 5 (barely). The management started out top-notch. No complaints, period. But, 3 management staffs later, the current one seems more preoccupied in issuing parking passes and doing inspections that actual management issues. I was forced into signing a 15 month lease for my last one because "they hit their quota for the month". It was one of the biggest farces I had ever heard. Also, the ETF fee is enough to make one want to file bankruptcy. The only redeeming quality was the maintenance staff. They were awesome, every single crew they had was great and took care of the issues. We needed lightbulbs, they brought them. We need filters, they brought them. We had a water line bust in our living room wall, they were right on it. The biggest fault with them is when something was bigger than they could handle, anytime an outside contractor got involved. Then it always took forever. But for simple things, they were the best thing about living there. Overall: 3 out of 5. I cannot count how many times the parking lot would be closed for repaving. The complex seemed to care about making things look good on the exterior, and then never following thru. My personal favorite was in the aftermath of one of the buildings catching fire and burning to the ground, there was a notice about a "Annual Fire Inspection". 4 years of tenancy, and never once was there any Fire Inspection. Parking was an absolute nightmare, and there would some strange solutions to it. 4 years ago, I could recommend this place, and I did. But now, I couldn't in good conscious, recommend it. There are too many issues that need to be addressed.
Isn't worth it at all. Office is as inept as a stormtrooper aiming. Too busy adding another coat of paint on structures and making clubhouse look pristine to worry about whether buildings are safe to live in. Would say a complete overhaul would do it, but the management has been overhauled again and again with no improvement. Can't wait to leave with lease is up.
This is a great place for a first apartment. The staff is amazing they are always there when you need them and the community is a great atmosphere to just get away from the craziness of downtown. Also the neighbors are nice. They made the move in and out process easy and when I move back to Nashville this the the only complex I will be looking at.
Do not even walk in the office to apply turn around. Ignore the false ad website and the lame awards on the desk. This apartment is horrible. Customer service, Quality and everything else is wrong not good no bueno! I’ve been here for two months and had problem after problem. Even when the problems were reported nothing was done right and everyone in that office got defensive about the issues. There is mice roaches and basically unhabitable to live in. This is only the beginning of the complaints I will turn in for this place. Customer service is horrible you are better off fixing the place on your own. If you have any children or new borns like me it’s not the place for them to live in. There is rat droppings everywhere. Every morning I wake up or go to the bathroom on the corner of my eyes there is always bugs crawling on the wall, my food, clothes etc.. this is the worse defiantly when tenants are dropping 900 to live here. If you need a easy job apply here you don’t have to handle any tenants issues all you have to do is be defensive and kick right out the door. Just take the tenants money! Photos coming soon!
I have lived here only 3 months. Charlisa is a great asset to this apartment complex. She is on top of any issues and follows up. I enjoy the maintenance crew. They take care of any and all issues quickly. They care about there renters great place to live.
I don't recommend this place. Management was unconcerned about my issues. The machines in the laundry room never work, even after I brought it to the attention of management. Maintenance took a while to take care of things, if they fixed it at all. I lived in 2 different units at timberlake and neither of them had working garbage disposals. Noisy neighbors, littering construction guys on the premises, and annoying Canadian geese made me come to the decision to leave. Oh, and I was lied to about last months rent, resulting in no security deposit. Stay away!
My apt is on the hill so I have an amazing view plus out my bedroom window is a tree line. I transferred from another Michelson community in the 'boro and I have to say the office people were really nice and helpful with my job transfer. I did have a few maintenance things when i first moved in but is was taken care of pretty quickly. Not to mention what other apt complexes change light bulbs for FREE! Blown away, only thing i would like to see more of would be get to togethers with my neighbors, and i wish the pool was still open.
Well to me they ate ok they fire and hire new people everyday and almost everthing in ur apartment breaks down and u have to call them I had no air for two weeks and it took the forever to come fix it I wish I would have drove right past this place
Timberlake Village is convenient to interstate 24. Close to several stores anlike Walmart and Krogers, restaurants and fast food and Planet Fitness. Downtown is 20 minutes straight down Murfreesboro Road depending on traffic. The complex is quiet and well maintained and the apartment's are nice and have lots of room with big closets.
This apartment complex is quiet and peaceful. Very well maintained. The workers try to keep it clean as much as possible. And also the staff is always willing to help.
The apartment complex has seen an increase in population within the past year. The apartment complex outer appearance is nice. The one bedroom style is not accommodating because The bathrooms are located inside of the room. The layout of the entrance makes it very difficult to bring furniture inside of the apartment. The maintenance team respond to orders in a timely fashion. They do have a bug problem. So you may have to remind the office to come and spray the facility often. This apartment complex is quiet which is a perk. I just think the apartment is overly priced for its size. Go with a two bedroom option if you choose to stay here. They are more suitable. The office staff is nice but their are lapse in their communication between the resident and staff.
