We lived here first on a studio and then on the 2 bedroom apartments on the upper buildings. We LOVED it here! Staff is always friendly and really flexible as they try their best to help you. Is a quiet community, except of course when kids are playing,which is understandable. Maintenance does repairs quick and efficiently, and they all have a very friendly attitude. The apartments are huge, well maintained and all appliances work perfectly. They are very warm during winter and cool during summer. Bottom line, I recommend this apartments 100%. Even moving out was a breeze, and they helped us out with that as well.

Why this place is nice place and close to alot of things there have been problems that are not talked about like people vehicles being damaged, talked about cameras still waiting and other things Staff is nice and all but once you have to keep paying for damage cause on the property and they do nothing to help you kind of cut your losses and move

We are usually known for our great customer service and attention to detail in everything that we do. But we completely understand that our reputation is not something we should hide behind. We're extremely sorry that you had to face such difficulties but we are very grateful for many of our residents for their efforts in capturing the person responsible for damages done to our residents vehicles. We may not be able to change the past but hope you will give us another chance.
I will try to be short with my review because i know that it is really takes to much energy and time to find a good apartment with reasonable price. I moved to Timberwolf Apartments a year ago base on location about 10-15 min you get ether main post or East Bliss. Very convenient,safe location, very close to everything, which include an Airport and Costco. It is very quiet place no issues such a breaking, stilling or vandalizing a cars, even I never close my apartment windows when I go somewhere. Also they provides military discount and they dont have extra allocated bills. The Management is running this place very professionally and very kind people also. I am PCS'ing again next month so good luck everyone and do not listen some crazy people who always complain about everything around them. This is great Apartment complex and would like to thank the complex Management for great job they doing to keep it clean and nice.
Today in my quest to find an apartment, I stopped by Timberwolf Apartment and met Mrs. Cindy. She was a very nice lady with a great personality and after a bad week she took the time to explain what Timberwolf had to offer with no pressure and a wonderful persona. I've lived in Timberwolf Apartment before and may be a returning resident, because the prices, the commute to work, the near by amenities for food and shopping are great. Thank you Mrs. Cindy and Timberwolf.
During my stay at Timberwolf Apartments I experienced nothing but great customer service from the office staff to the maintenance workers. Before I moved here I had done lots my research with all the apartments. Timberwolf Apartments was more fitting for me since it is conveniently located close to I-10 which made my commute to work everyday hassle free. I loved that there were so many restaurants and shops just walking distance from home. My service requests were resolved immediately. I would highly recommend this property to everyone. This apartment has refrigerated air which is a huge plus for El Paso and the changing weather. The folks here at Timberwolf keeps the area clean and presentable and the staff are pretty cool. This is a great place for folks stationed at Fort Bliss because your near base and you have everything you need within a few minutes drive.
The apartments are older and lack the newer amenities. The reason I live here is that it's conveniently located near Fort Bliss, Texas.
THESE APARTMENTS ARE VERY CLEAN, AND SPACIOUS. NICE AND QUIET AREA, CLOSE TO EVERYTHING. STAFF IS HELPFUL, AND MAINTENANCE IS QUICK AND EFFICIENT. PRICES ARE GREAT AS WELL.
