I moved to Tinker on Forty8 about 8 months ago and enjoy living here. The building I am in is very quiet, no one bothers me and my neighbors are very nice. There are no bugs and maintenance is prompt to respond when issues arise. I will most likely renew when my lease is up.
Plan on paying another 80 to 150 a month for your water trash and sewer, but that is only for new leases. However since they don’t provide washers and dryers I don’t understand how they are calculating water usage fees based on square footage and number of tenants in the house. That is usually done in apartments provide washers
Worst apartments ever. The apartments used to be fine and had nice regular staff that were always around. These days there’s just random people in and out all the time and you never know who you’re going to be dealing with next. Have to clear ALL the cabinets every other month for pest control (which used to be performed by the regular maintenance men now is performed by random contractors who enter your home with a key after 5 seconds of knocking) or you get fined. I had to put up a kick bar to keep the employees from just entering my apartment. I could be in the shower or worse. For a month now I’ve been harassed by the same group of kids, throwing rocks and other items at my door along with stealing packages and food deliveries, and while I’ve told them about it there’s been no security, even though when the new management came they told us all they had contracted new security. If there is security they must be hiding in the bushes. They can’t do anything to them if they don’t live here, which I understand, therefore in trying to move out in a hurry and they want me to pay for an extra month. I’m not going to stay in an unsafe environment nor am I going to pay for a place I’m not living in when Im on a month to month contract. There is a pool but I’ve lived here almost 3 years and I’ve never once seen it open. Laundry room is open Monday through Friday 9-5 hours when everyone is at work. Never been able to use the gym. Despite this they have raised the rent since I’ve moved here. I would not recommend for ANYONE ever to move here.
I've enjoyed living here. Mostly a quiet property. Always quick to answer maintenance calls.
They value their tenants and do what they can to accommodate any concerns we might have. They are timely in taking care of any issues and are generally a pleasant experience.
I like how they keep the complex environment clean and how it's not too far from the school district. Basically everything you need is close by. The office manager and assistant and maintenance they are all polite and caring. It's really peaceful and quiet around here. When paying bills it's really convenient 7-11 is right down the street and neighborhood walmart is across the street. I recommend these apartments to other people all the time.
It all depends on what unit they put you in. Its a nice & quiet envorinment they keep it mostly clean. Its up to the residents to keep it clean. The property manager and assistant is nice. Residents needs always come first with maintenance issues or etc.
I love my new apartment. It's clean and fresh, as well as roomy and well-laid-out. I enjoy having my laundry room right off the kitchen, so it's quite handy. The people have been friendly, and I can't wait to begin working out in the exercise facilities next week. My office faces out onto my lovely porch, so my work-from-home job is going great. I haven't been a resident long on the property but I do enjoy the quietness the cleanliness of the property and the professionalism of management and the maintenance is awesome and I look forward to staying for a while
I visited these apartments and the staff was extremely helpful and informative. I toured a 2b/2b and it was beautiful!! I loved the fitness center and the washer and dryer hook ups. I 'm not moving right now but when I do they will be at the top of my list.
