Tippecanoe Apartments

For starters, this is not family friendly, no matter what they tell you. In our lease it says no smoking in the apartments! We told the landlord that neighbors were smoking anyways, his response was, I'll make them pay to repaint the apartment. So him being greedy is having our family inhaling second-hand smoke. The neighbors smoke pot constantly and is very obvious is a drug dealer! He has cars coming at all hours for just a couple of minutes, a little suspicious. We have told the neighbors several times to keep there music down and completely ignore us, our baby would like to sleep at night! THERE IS MOLD IN THE BASEMENT! What does the landlord do? He locked the door to the basement so no one could go down there and not clean it up! When we moved in, the apartment wasn't even clean! We had to spend the first two days cleaning it! If you are looking for a decent place to live, this is not your place!

Everyday neighbors would sit at our doorway entrance drinking, smoking dope and arguing nearly all day and night along with the smell of a skunk with a stitch ammonia smell lingering into our living room window from the drugs they're smoking. In the kitchen the smell of animal feces comes through the window from all their tenants dogs crapping on the lawn (its like landmines when attempting to walk through the lawn). Tenants constantly breaking into cars with many attempts to break through our screen windows. Neighbors would be on our front entry porch all night smoking dope with a stench ammonia smell blowing into our living room, again, Sherri would do nothing about it. I caught the neighbor lady trying to steal a Fedex package from my doorstep and again, nothing was done about it. If you have children, I advise your family to rent elsewhere as this is "NO PLACE TO RAISE A CHILD." If you want to see first-hand what kind of environment that apartment has to offer, just drive by the apartment complex of 1606 Tippecanoe Drive and look at their porches, sometimes you'll see a campfire going on right at the front entrance to the apartment building with drugs and alcohol in wide view. Everyone is outside late-night laughing and yelling into the wee morning hours into daylight. Constant Activity, Theft, Screaming Couples Disputes, Animal Feces and smell.

Wel live in a small one bedroom one bath apartment. Our living room and kitchen is all in one, they aren't separated. We pay 190 a week with all utilizes included., and it also has center all air! :)
