Property Ratings at TNLE Haus
This place is HORRIBLE!! Other residents will pull your laundry out of the machines because they can’t wait to do their laundry! I stay on top of my laundry while running the machines and if your a couple SECONDS late to get down to the machines, count of your stuff being pulled out! The showers are trash! You either burn your skin off or freeze! A nice warm shower after a long day is completely out of the question! Under our sinks, for a back wall it’s duct tape painted over. The shower walls are just the tile and calking. Any pressure to them and they sink in. The cabinets are so cheaply put together that I hit my head on one and it broke. Good luck speaking with management either! Even when you call wheelhouse they’ll tell you they’ll let management know and you never hear anything back! You can’t turn off the heat! My thermostat is all the way to below 50 and we still have to have the windows open in 19 degree weather because it’s extremely hot! I wouldn’t even give this place a half star! Worst decision to live! I should have chose ANYWHERE in aurora.

There’s Couples fighting, dogs pooping all over the common area that everyone has to walk.. what they call a “courtyard” (smells great in the summer).. dogs not on leashes, people throwing trash bags out their unscreened windows and leaving them for days, The secured doors are being propped open for anybody to come in at all hours. If you complain it’s not solved. The office doesn’t have the decency to even respond to some things. Not to mention it’s so hot in the apartment you have to buy additional air for yourself because theirs doesn’t work. Which makes your electricity bill for this tiny place insane. Not worth it
