Property Ratings at Toll House Apartments
This is the worst place I have ever lived. My apartment was infested with mice. Tracy the property manager was very rude and unprofessional. Their solution was to have maintenance lay down mouse traps. Of course this solved nothing. I was forced to break my lease due to the poor living conditions and pay thousands of dollars in penalty. The buildings are old, outdated, and poorly constructed. Do yourself a favor and live literally anywhere else.
My husband and I are looking to move to the area and we found Toll House apartments. We toured the apartment and we couldn’t be happier! They are so well maintained and clean. Not to mention the location is perfect. Ashlee was a huge help with the application process. We can’t wait to move in!

We were looking for a decent apartment in Greensburg for my daughter attending University of Pittsburg Greensburg PA. After seeing many apartments complexes we found the Toll House Apt complex well maintained and right in the city close to shopping and food. Pricing is appropriate for the city. We had an easy and comfortable experience with getting the apartment; Ms. Ashley from the office was excellent who was very pro-active, timely and made the experience very pleasant. We made a last minute switch to a different apartment in the same complex; that too late on a Friday; which was facilitaed by the supervisor at the office Ms. Traci. Although this entailed extra work all over, both Ms. Traci and Ashley again were wonderful and made it a cake-walk for us. Special thanks to both of them!. We are quite happy with the overall experience!!

The apartment complex is very well kept, clean and peaceful. The office staff , ASHLEY was extremely empathetic to my needs, accommodating and friendly. Ashley, is very patient and took her time to make sure that i had the apartment that i wanted as well as needed. The maintenance staff, STEVE also went above and beyond. He addressed all maintenance concerns promptly and efficiently. I had a wonderful apartment renting experience.

I enjoy my apartment very much. The area is in a nice quiet location and the other tenants are very peaceful as well. If your looking for a place around greens burg Pa I highly recommend this location.
This was the first apartment I think I could call "home". It was perfectly located near my work and near grocery stores and the mall. I enjoyed it so much I will be looking to come back soon! Yes, there is noise, but I could care less because it was a nice neighborhood. Thank you for bringing me a new stove when the one in the unit went down.
They also make you paying for their cable and internet accessing fee even you don't want one from them since they have a contract with Comcast so they are making the residents pay for it! They do not even have a gym in the community..The leasing agent there is always pretending she's offering a good service to you but you can tell she's totally impatient! I would not recommend this community to live and I am glad I am moving out next Month!
My first complaint is about the walls - they are paper thin. I'm talking to the point where I could hear my neighbor open his shower curtain, use the toilet, and have a coughing fit. On the other side, I could hear my neighbors laughing at something funny on TV - therefore if you're hoping for privacy - you won't get it. My other complaint is about the money. Your rent will go up $25 each time you renew - no big deal. However, if you want to do a month to month rental, your rent goes up $100. I was paying $300 more than what they were advertising town houses for. I also received a bill for water usage because they couldn't afford it anymore - even though the lease says they take money out of the rent for water. The staff was friendly, I never had a problem with them. I never had to deal with maintenance, and they keep the "lawn" nice and the bushes trimmed. The electricity is old and finicky - I got shocked from one of the outlets, and if something was plugged into a wall in one room, the light switch wouldn't work in another room. The kicker is when you move out, they charge you $110 that you need to have in a month before your lease is up, for professional steam cleaning of the carpets. Oh, and even though your lease goes until the 30th, you need to be out by noon on the 29th. The perks: It's a nice location, no one is a big partier here, thank goodness because the walls are super thin, and the location isn't bad at all. It has its ups and downs.
