Love it here!
I’ve lived in a good amount of apartments and these have by far been my favorite. I’ve been here for over a year and don’t have any complaints; maintenance is always super quick to respond, management is wonderful, and the location is perfect. Jasmine, Gloria, and Marah are all so sweet and helpful. I can’t recommend Tonti Lakeside enough!!

Family
I've been a resident for about 3 years. Marah and Gloria are the absolute best. You can tell a lot about a property, by the manager sometimes. They're mostly if not always prompt with their responses, very understanding, and have become like family (well until they take my rent money lol)... The only time i've had a complaint while living here, was beyond their control (cant control who you live near) however they always handled it professionally! Thanks a ton for the experience.

So wonderful!
The staff has been so wonderful and patient helping me get my first apartment on my own! The property is also absolutely stunning and peaceful! I awaited my move in date so much just for the peace and serenity the property brings!

Highly recommend
Moved here from a different state and I am pretty much satisfied with the Tonti Lakeside Apartments. The apartment is in a very good location with all the facilities. The amenities including the common areas, the pool and the gym are beautiful and very well maintained. Management team and maintenance crew are top notch. Special thanks to Mariah and Sergio who helped me to find my unit all the way through move-in day and providing me the keys. They were very responsive and made sure I was satisfied. Its been a great experience thus far living at Tonti Lakeside!

After touring tonti lakeside, I don’t even want to continue on my search for an apartment. The leasing agent was so helpful and informative. Unfortunately I am not sure they will have anything available for me in time. I plan to keep checking in. This property is beautiful

Unbelievably amazing!!
Tonti Lakeside is the best complex that I have lived in. The staff here is amazing, they raise the bar for customer service to a whole new level! I have literally no complaints. If your looking into moving here the answer is yes.

Incredible property and management
We feel so lucky to have chosen Tonti Lakeside. I got a job in Texas while living in Oregon last year. We had planned to make a trip out here to visit and tour apartments (because we had never even been to Texas!) but Covid-19 interrupted our plans. It was really stressful searching for a place to call home but we took a chance with Tonti and WOW we are grateful that we made this decision. Management has communicated quickly and compassionately about everything along the way. Our property is beautiful and we often talk about how it feels way too good to be true. Our rent is so reasonable for what we get and the apartment itself is cozy and beautiful. We also appreciate how pet friendly the apartment complex is for our cat and (soon to be) pup! We will happily call Tonti home for years to come

And i dont typically leave reviews...
From the time i viewed the property, even up to now, 2 days post move in, the staff at Tonti Lakeside have been outstanding. Marah, Mariah and especially Karina have been amazing! I can't do anything but praise their effective communication, and thoroughness. My process was smooth the entire time. Pedro the maintenance man took time out of his own schedule on a off day to fix one slight issue that could've waited until his return on Monday. I hope everything will remain at this consistency. Very cozy environment, affordable, and the grounds are immaculate.

Living off the lake

Hidden Gem!
I love Tonti Lakeside! I have been here almost a month and it is by far my most favorite apartment complex and truly feels like home! My home overlooks the lake, which is truly breathtaking! But the entire property is immaculate! The grounds are so well maintained, it is truly unbelievable! It’s an amazing community to be a part of and I am so blessed to call it home! The trails are very well lit, which for those of us with dogs who have to go out at all hours of the night are so grateful for! Maintenance is wonderful! The turn around time for repairs is very minimal and everyone on staff is so kind and so willing to help! What I love most though about Tonti Lakeside is the safety that this community brings. Safety is never guaranteed, no matter where you live. But Tonti Lakeside is by far one of the safest communities in Dallas! I truly cannot say enough amazing things about this community! If you’re looking for your new home, Tonti Lakeside will not disappoint! You would never guess that you are in the middle of Dallas! It’s so quiet and peaceful! It truly is a hidden gem!

This property is absolutely amazing they have a beautiful layout scenery and almost every unit you're guaranteed to love. The office staff is amazing and very helpful. When it comes to maintenance here you have no worry they are on top of it right when you ask I most definitely recommend living here if you are looking for luxury living. Beautiful location
I toured with the leasing consultant at tonti and loved the tour the lake is beautiful and the maintenance staff all seemed to be busy and working on various things around the place while I toured, they were all so nice and everything looked very clean and neat. I’ll be touring again soon before I make a decision but it was a great place.

Quiet, Cozy, Helpful Staff
I've been living in Tonti Lakeside for almost 6 months now. There are many things that I like about this place: 1. The staff is very helpful, they're not after your money; they actually want to help, my service requests even with low priority are resolved within 2 days. 2. I like the vintage character of the buildings, red brick, big old trees, unlike the white walls / grey concrete modern apartment buildings. 3. Even though it was built in the 80's, the apartments are all renovated, the common grounds are in great condition, the AC units are 2 years old, we have an Amazon Hub for deliveries, and currently the pool is getting fully renovated. 4. Apartments have decent size and some of them have a wood fireplace. 5. The age group of residents is I would say 30 and up, so no bros and loud parties; gym is never busy, same for the pool; this place feels like home and you can always relax. 6. Plenty of parking space for you and your guests, unlike other buildings who have few spots and guest cars get towed after midnight. 7. Of course the most important thing is the private lake (only for Tonti residents), lots of ducks and turtles, very relaxing to sit in one of the gazebos to read, or walk around with your pet. 8. Even though there are around 300 units, the buildings are like townhouses and they are separated; so basically you have only your apartment on your floor, unlike other buildings where you have 10-20 apartments per floor. 9. The location is great as well, 10 minutes towards Uptown (South), and 10-15 minutes towards Richardson (North); so you never get stuck in traffic which is usual on highway 75. Btw, you can't hear the highway traffic inside your apartment. 10. Great walk-ability for you and if you have parents visiting that don't drive, Trader Joe's and Preston Hollow Village shops and bars/restaurants are 5 min walk through the lake. North Park Center (mall) is 10 minutes walk. Park Lane shops are 10 minutes walk as well, Park Lane metro station is 15 min walk. Lots of clinics (dentists, etc...) are 5 min walk, also there's an Emergency Room across the highway. In general I'm glad I made the right choice, and I'm sure you'll feel the same too once you move in.

Great place to live. Close to everything
This is a great place to live. The people who work in the front office are always helpful and they are quick about it. The lake is always beautiful.

So Happy To Be Here
Management has been 100% amazing since day one. From the customer service when I deal with high anxiety to the check on when working with my bringing home a new fur-baby. They are by the warmest and most caring individuals that I have ever had the joy of working with. The complex is even better. My view is gorgeous, the noise is minimal, and everything is maintained to the best. My experience has been amazing thus far. I am excited to see what the warmer months bring with the the open patio/grille area and lovely pool.

Great place to call home!
Living here approximately 4 years, I am not looking to move! The property remains highly maintained, professionally staffed, safely monitored, and neighbors are professional-level quality residents. I am grateful and thankful to call this my home!!

I LOVE IT!
This has been a great experience! Marah was SO helpful and so easy to work with during my application process. My move in was so perfect - the place was cleaned up very nicely and I have the BEST view of the lake!! I am in love with it. It's the most relaxing place I've ever lived and I'm so excited about it!

Great place to live
Great place to live, easy access to the freeway. So many restaurants and shopping centers around makes it easy and convenient. Maintenance workers and office staff are always ready to listen with a positive attitude. I definitely recommend this place to anyone that is looking for a quiet and safe neighborhood.

Love the lake
My lake view is so wonderful! I just moved in a couple of weeks ago, and even though it’s cold out right now I can’t help but sit on my patio all the time taking it all in. My neighbors are really nice and the complex is really quiet. Maintenance hasn’t been called out yet for anything, but I met them and they are so sweet. The office people always answer all of my questions and made the move in so quick. I was in and out of the office in 5 minutes to pick up my keys.

Management doesn't seem to walk the property to look at what the "luxury" apartments look like. Rusty chairs in common areas, old broken grills, terrible landscaping.

Happy Tonti Resident
I have lived here at Tonti Lakeside for a couple of months now and I absolutely love everything about living here. My apartment and the view is lovely. My neighbors are very nice and friendly, and it is always very peaceful outside. It is a gated community with covered parking and a parking garage for convenience. The community also offers a business center, fitness center and an awesome pool area. I've taken my dog for walks around the lake in the evenings and we have met other very nice residents and their dogs, they're always so sweet. From my own opinion, the courtesy officer is awesome.The staff is always very helpful and professional. The location is great as well, Trader Joe's and the North Park Mall are just next door. I look forward to living here as long as I can. I am happy I chose Tonti Lakeside as my new home.

New to Tonti
I have only lived at Tonti for a month, but it is the perfect apartment for me! Tonti has been such a great place for my dog and I. The lake is beautiful to walk around and the pet receptacles are conveniently located. I feel safe because of the gated environment, the courtesy officer, and the sweet neighbors. You can walk to Trader Joes, many restaurants, and NorthPark Mall and there are many places near to drive to. The office is great and always replies quickly to anything I may need. I had read that the walls were paper thin and that the apartment "shook" when walking and I was worried about this when moving in. This has not at all been my experience! Just like any apartment, I can hear water in the pipes when others are showering and I can occassionally hear my upstair neighbors walking. It is not paper thin unless I just have quiet neighbors! Others have said it is "outdated". I am not sure what this means, but I am so pleased with my beautiful balcony and I cannot wait to use the fireplace when the weather gets colder. Tonti is great!

My great living experience
I have lived all over Dallas for the last 20 years and for the past 8, this has been the greatest apartment experience I have ever had! Over the last 8 years the staff has shown me nothing but professional courtesy and at the same time have felt like friends as well. The location is great and perfect for my lifestyle. My particular apartment has one of the best views in the city and believe me, I have seen a lot of great views. My patio is my own little paradise living on the water. The convenience to walk downstairs to visit my favorite restaurants and enjoy the accessibility to dry cleaners and favorite super market, Trader Joes! Even though I live in the middle of the metroplex, this community makes me feel excluded like the Hill Country I grew up in which relaxes me. When I have a maintenance issue, the staff and maintenance take care of me immediately. I trust them implicitly. I know the day will come when I will move on to bigger and better things but this place will always be Home to me and hold a special place in my heart.

Best apartments ever!!!!
I absolutely love my apartment. Everyone here is so nice. The office staff is extremely helpful and always smiling when I've been in there. The maintenance guys Tino and JJ are awesome. Best apartments I've ever lived in by far. I would definitely recommend this complex. 5 stars for sure.

Love Love Love my Tonti Lakeside Apartments!
I love this community because the staff are always professional, yet take the time to get to know their occupants so that if and when issues do arise, we feel comfortable enough to discuss them *although this rarely happens!* The maintenance crew are quick to solve problems, available quickly during emergencies, and always kind and courteous. There is an on-site security, which helps maintain a safe, quiet environment. I am so happy to have lived here for as long as I have, and I know that Tonti Lakeside will continue to be a community in which people can live comfortably. The location is great - close to anything and everything. All around a great place!

Loving being Lakeside
I absolutely love living here. After everything that has popped up in the Preston Hollow area, this sure is the ideal location. The office staff has always been super friendly, and they call me by name whenever they see me walk into the office. Maintenance is by far the best I've ever had when it comes to apartments. They typically take care of my requests same day. Not to mention, this complex just recently installed a new energy efficient AC system in every unit and I've seen my electric bill already decrease. I would most definitely recommend Tonti Lakeside to anyone looking!

My fiance and I just recently moved into Tonti Lakeside apartments in Dallas, TX and we can't even begin to cover how impressed we are. We have lived at many apartments throughout our young adult life and nothing compares to what we've experienced in our short time here. From the very beginning Gloria took care of us and made sure (after I was VERY picky about what I wanted) that we chose the apartment location and upgrades that were right for us. Communication from start to finish with the application process was impeccable. Marah and Gloria have on multiple occasions treated my fiance and I like friends, and they have never seemed annoyed at our "new resident" questions. I am always excited to have a reason to go down to the office, even if it's just to say 'Hi!" These ladies are genuinely concerned with your happiness and go out of their way to make your experience great. The maintenance staff is something that I am personally astounded by. Tino has gone above and beyond to make sure that any request we made was completed almost immediately. For example, in the upgraded model that we were shown, there was one more rod in the master closet for hanging clothes. He came by and I asked if he would put up another rod if we went and bought it... instead he said "I'll get you whatever you want by 9:00 tomorrow morning!" He came and installed another shelf in the closet by the time we were off of work the next day. Unbelievable. I feel 110% spoiled by this apartment property and its staff. Lastly, in many complexes where we have lived, we find that the noise level never seems to cease. This property is soooo quiet. It's amazing! We also have yet to find a problem with parking. There is an abundance of parking available for residents and guests. I am super pleased with our choice to make a new home at Tonti Lakeside! Stephanie C.

I am a new resident to Tonti Lakeside and I am loving it here! The view of the lake, from my balcony, is breathtaking. The property is gorgeous. Quiet and just great
The entire experience at Tonti Lakeside has been refreshing. From the initial contact with leasing to move in, everything has been taken care of in very professional manner. I have found the complex to be very quiet and peaceful. The apartment I leased is upgraded and very nice. Would recommend this complex to anyone looking for a complex with a more professional client base and close proximity to great shopping and eateries. Ask for Marah at leasing office, she is great!

Great Experience
I have lived at Tonti Lakeside for a couple of years now, and I absolutely love the community and support each staff member and resident brings to the atmosphere. I had just moved to Dallas for the first time and had no idea where to go or what to do. Thankfully, I had the staff at Tonti Lakeside to help me every step of the way. Marah, who works at the leasing office, has been absolutely wonderful! She is always happy and supportive and excited to help in any way possible. Tonti Lakeside
Tonti Lakeside in Dallas is conveniently located with easy access to Central Expressway. The property is quiet, gated, well maintained and updates are ongoing. The Office and Maintenance staffs are friendly and responsive to the residents. There is plenty of secured parking-surface, covered and a one level parking garage. Shopping and restaurants at North Park Mall, the Shops at Park Lane and Preston Hollow as well as others are in close proximity. White Rock Lake is about a 15 minute drive and is a nice spot to get away from the city. I feel safe and at home at Tonti Lakeside and I recommend it. j

Why I love Tonti.
Here are a few reasons why I stay here....... 1) The people. They are good, kind, and considerate. This includes the residents, staff, and the best Maintenance crew I have ever experienced. Tino and Terry go above and beyond, just amazing. 2) My view is beautiful of the pond and the multimillionaire dollar homes that back up to the water. 3) Surrounded by nature. Tonti Lakeside. The good the bad the ugly.
The office and maintence staff fantastic. Apartments built in the 80s but show well. Parking can be tight, not designed for larger newer cars today. Ever since they switched to Valet Waste for trash removal several years ago service has been HORRIBLE definetly not worth the added sur charge a poor customer service. But office has signed a contract so these folks don't care. Cnvient to all points Dallas with easy on/off access to 75 and Northwest.

I love Tonti Lakeside. I lived here previously a few years ago and I was very sad when I moved out. I am now a resident again and I absolutely love it! Maintenance team is awesome and the staff are very friendly and they really get to know you. I am now living on the pool side and I love it! Easy access to the highway and I always feel safe. Great place to call home.

Excellent
The area has built up around Tonti Lakeside, Tonti is central to the new Preston Hollow Village, and remains a cut-through away from the Northpark Center Mall. Maintenance is excellent, and the apartments, while built in the 1980s, are renovated and kept up-to-date. They do not restrict TV/Internet providers. Trash and water are not included in rent, but I believe that is standard practice in Dallas. I've lived here for over two years and plan to live here as long as I am in Dallas. Rent has increased, but in reasonable amounts, especially given the growth around the complex. I'm serious about security concerns and have never had a problem, nor heard of any serious crimes: the complex takes the gates seriously and repairs them quickly if there is an issue. There's a mix of serious students, young families, new professionals, and retirees here-- it's usually quiet and peaceful. Parking can be a challenge, but there's always space in the garage. Highly Recommend.
