We are located off the Farmers Sharkey Exit 133 by the Comfort Inn & Suits—1 mile from I 64, on KY 801. They are 960 square feet, 2 bedrooms and 1.5 baths. All stainless-steel appliances, dishwasher, microwave, washer and dryer. All hardwood floors and tile. There is a patio out back with a privacy fence. Rent is $900 a month which includes your garbage. Utilities are on your own but are very reasonable. We do not allow pets and no smoking. Thanks for your interest.

Located in the northern stretches of Daniel Boone National Forest, Morehead is a quaint town home to ample recreational opportunities and Morehead State University.
