My daughter and I recently had the pleasure of touring Torino Lakes Townhomes in Pt St Lucie. We are making plans to move in the summer but wanted to have a shortlist of potential communities. We met with Olivia. She was great!!!! Very bubbly, yet professional and very knowledgeable. We absolutely love the place. Definitely at the top of our list!!
Holly was so sweet, funny and a very great tour guide. She was very informative, she answered all my questions before even having to ask her. I can't wait to move mid February- March!!! Thank you holly you're amazing !!!
The townhouses were super nice! Olivia was excellent. Very knowledgeable, professional and friendly. It was an A+ tour of the homes.

Genuinely cannot get enough of this neighborhood. The office staff is incredibly nice, Taryn went above and beyond to ensure that I had a smooth move in. I feel blessed to have found this property and to be able to call it home. Nowadays, when searching you will find that everything has the same look. But Torino stands out with the incredible service provided by the staff.
Torino Lakes is an amazing place to call home. We've been living here for about half a year now, and the community and staff is nothing short of amazing. Olivia and Taryn are always available to answer our questions, and they are so prompt to submit any service requests needed. The community itself is beautiful and so well kept. Excited to continue calling this beautiful place home!
The inside of the home was welcoming and beautiful! I really enjoyed the patio on the second floor as I enjoy being outside and relaxing in fresh air! Taryn answered quite literally any question I had, till none were left. Its good to know the front desk of where you might be living has kind people. The community is located in a relatively quiet area and I can appreciate that as coming from the city can be quite noisy.
I had the opportunity of touring Torino Lakes Townhomes and can say it looks to be a great property. I had an amazing experience with the Assistant Property Manager, Taryn. She assisted in getting availability information and was super responsive, quickly answering any questions I had about qualifications and requirements. I love that they have models to show. The room sizes are good, especially the master bedroom. I can appreciate that there is an attached garage. My only concern is parking.

We’ve lived here for 4yrs and our experience was consistently grueling. From their ridiculous rules and towing company paroling the neighborhood every night to boot your car, to the smart system you pay extra for that stops working 6 mon in, to the front gate that is ALWAYS broken, to the tub leaking into our kitchen for almost 3 years straight, this place was a nightmare to endure. No one at the front office or even within corporate are accommodating once they get your money. We are ecstatic to finally be escaping
Private and secluded in the Port St. Lucie area is a rare find in St. Lucie County, and yet that's one of the qualities you'll find in Torino Lakes Townhomes. A jewel of a community, we have found our stay here to be relaxing, peaceful, and a place to look forward to come home to each day. The office staff here is amazing from the Leasing Agent, Taryn, to the Property Manager, Hayley, they are welcoming, helpful, kind and always willing to assist you. And no coveted community like Torino Lakes would remain prestine and inviting without an outstanding Maintenance Staff, and Torino Lakes has two of the best I have seen in Quintus and Steven. Nothing is ever left in disrepair or allowed to tarnish the impeccable look or tranquil feel of Torino Lakes Townhomes under their watchful eyes. What more can be said about this unique set of homes, masterfully combining sophistication and design with the latest in smart home tech and ingenuity? I only had 4 days while visiting Florida to find a home. I was extremely fortunate in meeting Taryn at one of the Rich Properties. She gave me a tour, listened to my needs/desires, and suggested a more suitable property--i.e., Torino Lakes Townhomes, where she called ahead to Xaimara who gave me an amazing tour, helped me navigate the online application process, and went above and beyond to ensure my rapid approval. I’ve lived at this complex since January when I found it on this site. I had an easy experience getting in and the one maintenance problem I had Quintus took care of it quick and he’s always polite. We recommend to anyone wanting good customer service and responsiveness. No complaints
Overall it’s a nice quiet place to live and the units are large and nicely appointed. Both the office staff and maintenance staff are responsive, efficient and pleasant. Quintus in particular has been a big help throughout my time here.
So we recently applied for a home with Torino Lakes and the staff have been nothing short of excellent and amazing so far. Xiamara was wonderful and very knowledgeable about the property answering all questions we had. We are waiting to hear if we got the home but are excited and hopeful!
I toured the property with Xaimara she did amazing. She was very informative and knowledgeable. She was also welcoming. I would recommend Torino to anyone interested in looking for a place to call home!!

The maintenance staff at Torino Lakes is excellent. Steven and Quintus are very respectful and kind. They thoughtfully remove their shoes when walking inside, as I have two small children crawling around, and they’re very friendly with the kids. Steven even drew a picture for my daughter! We are very grateful to have these Steven and Quintus show up every time there’s something that needs fixing!

Move here at your own risk. These people have no human compassion at all. They refuse stair lifts for people in hospice and there is always an issue with the gate. The gate did not work for 2 days, so how is an ambulance supposed to get in if the gate won't open? The people working here could not care any less when I brought the issue up, so make sure you're in top notch health before moving here

We have not refused any request for a stair lift – we strongly refute this accusation. However, as you are not a resident of the community we are limited in the information we can provide to you. We are not currently in receipt of any official and clear request to a modification to our townhomes made by any lease holding resident. Providing a request is made through the correct channels and is installed in a specific way, in general, we cannot imagine that we would deny such a request. However, the correct steps would need to be taken to facilitate such a request and each request would be assessed upon its own merits. Emergency services can get through the gate at ALL times – they have access to a key that will let them into the gate like any other gated community in St Lucie County. This key will allow them access even if the keypad does not work at the gate entrance. On Sunday July 12th, the gate was hit by a delivery truck tailgating into the community. The incident caused the visitor gate to malfunction and not allow keypad access. The office was notified of the malfunction early on July 13th and a company was dispatched and completed repair by noon on July 13th. We refute the claim that the gate was not working for 2 days. We also kept our residents up to date with the progression and completion of repair. The incident with the gate was beyond our control, it was repaired quickly and efficiently. We apologize for any inconvenience this made to visitors of the community but emergency services and lease holding residents had access at all times. If anybody has specific questions about modifications to homes and our compliance with the Fair Housing Act, access via the gates or any other issue, they are welcome to contact the Leasing Office and speak to a representative without using expletives in the manner that this reviewer did. This reviewer did not give anybody the opportunity to explain the gate access or offer alternatives without resorting to expletives and aggression. We refute the accusation that we do not show compassion for our residents but we will not allow our staff to be subjected to verbal aggression. It is unnecessary and unproductive. During the incident today, this reviewer also yelled at a visitor trying to walk into the Leasing Office. This was an unfortunate incident and while the reviewer is free to leave a 1-star review – we do not feel her summary is an accurate representation of our community or any situation at hand.
I’ve only been here 3 months, but I honestly feel like I’ve made a real home for myself. The property design is sleek and modern, and the staff are efficient and professional. Honestly, I did have a minor pest issue when I first moved in but it was immediately taken care of (and that’s understandable with a new property). The maintenance guy has been particularly helpful and attentive. I will say though that I live on the back side of the property and can really see the difference in the quality of renters who moved into the front when the place first opened. I assume requirements weren’t so strict when they moved in because they don’t seem to take any pride in where they live. Hopefully they move on as they’ve promised many times in the past (through loud verbal declarations that the rest of us have had to endure while sitting peacefully in our homes, minding our own business).

If you want no room to actually be in any freedom as a renter then rent here, anyone who’s been here since day one is moving out and not resigning because of the horrible property manger who’s the owners daughter. She will come in the middle of the night and write green tow slips on your car if you are in the road which she doesn’t know if the vehicle was there for maybe a split second to run something inside or to move around vehicles. If you get a nature trail view (which isn’t even started) you pay more. If you want stainless steel you pay more. Foundation is cracking because they threw these apartments together. Horrible bug problem with roaches and ants, oh and better put your trash in your garage and beware of the bugs coming from that also! We were promised a play gym and like a covered bbq area, ahah that’s the biggest joke of them all! Only 22 people allowed in the pool at once, so god forbid someone from EVERY unit decided to go to the pool at once not everyone could go in it. This place isn’t worth the money, cabinets don’t line up, smart home stuff doesn’t work either. Never signing with a rich property place ever again!!! Look pretty built VERY cheap.

The swimming pool bathing load of 22 is decided by the State of Florida and not Torino Lakes. The size of the pool is based upon the size of the community. Torino Lakes while spread out over a good size area of land will only contain 148 units at completion. Other rental communities in the area have similar size pools and yet have 250-400 units having to share their pool. We are yet to see any of our rental communities get close to having over 20 people in the pool at one time even at the height of summer. We have no concerns about the bathing load of our pool ever becoming an issue. We do not charge for a “nature trail view” and we have never heard of the covered BBQ area you refer to. However, there will be an outdoor BBQ area on the south side of the property. We are proud of our 24-hour fitness center and there is an outdoor games area with chess and corn hole in the final stages of construction on the south west side of the property. We are also not aware of any foundations cracking but it is normal for there to be some settling in buildings in the months and couple of years after they are first built. This usually presents with cracked tiles on floors (in units with tile) or sometimes with a line along a patio floor or concrete garage floor. This is not a structural issue at all and often times can be filled or noted as permanent damage. This is the second review that you have left but we are not surprised as you promised us that you would leave negative reviews because you were not happy about being charged a late fee. We make no apologies for wanting to maintain a clean community for all residents. We are lucky that the majority of our residents appreciate and want to live in a professionally managed community where the community rules are made clear and actually enforced. We have received many complaints from residents about trash being left out throughout the week and cars parking in the road and not driveways. This majority do not want to live in a community where trash is piled up outside garages attracting wildlife and vermin and creating unsanitary conditions. They also don’t want their safety to be put into jeopardy by vehicles parking all over the street making it difficult for emergency response vehicles to navigate. We have already had issues with Waste Pro not being able to get through the community due to street parking. Therefore, we enforce the parking policy which was made clear to you in the lease agreement. The community staff are just doing their jobs in enforcing the policies everyone agreed to abide by. We wish you well in the future and your search for your next home.
You have to have a income of 6 times the rent to be approve at this place, that’s $10k per month (who’s making that kind of money won’t be renting or for sure won’t be renting here) and they don’t take work letters, for those that are self employed forget about it no chance and personally I think is not worth the headache. Loss $50 for application fee because they didn’t tell me the requirements before applying and they just simply don’t care. Just NO NO NO worth at all... View Less

Our qualifications are clearly outlined, and are signed by all applicants as the first step in completing their application whether that be online or in the Leasing Office. There are several ways to financially qualify to live within the community and the most common way that people can qualify is by showing that the household has verifiable monthly income of at least 3 times the monthly rent. Applicants can also qualify by showing they have an available balance of at least 6 times the rent amount in a bank account in their name. These are just two of the several ways that applicants can show that they meet the financial qualifications of the rental application.
