New owners have installed an answering machine you are required to utilize when calling into office during business hours. Prior to sale, someone always answered the phones during business hours. Messages are not returned. None of my messages have ever been returned. Received a water bill the new owners signed me up for without my knowledge. Left message inquiring why at 3:30P on a Friday and not a word. Wonder what other unauthorized services will invoice me. New folks forced me to sign a new lease while I was under previous lease whereby water was furnished. Told new lease would reflect same. Sneaky front office folks who let you know they are the most important doing tenants favors and to not bother them. Now it’s time to consult attorneys.

New owners took over in January. They immediately replaced the entrance concrete (it was a mess) and installed a keyless entry system so that only people that live here can get in. They also put up new cameras all over the place. All outside buildings have just been painted and it looks nice. Dont know if they are doing the insides yet, but they say they are. I dont know, it just feels good here now.

This facility are nice although its old aparment but rooms are huge .. more space. . Neighborhpod nice and quiet. For almost 1 yr here i dont have any problem. Office staff are cool. Nice.. any problem they give you consideration Thanks to them if not we might be homeless now.. thanks GMEDRANO

Tucked away behind the trees, Ludren Park is a cozy place to live with a less than 3-minute drive to several grocery stores, shopping centers, banks, green spaces, schools, recreational centers and so much more! Pedestrians are common as everything you need is close in proximity, plus METRO is available directly in front of the complex. Maintenance issues are quickly handled, security walks the grounds 24/7, the office staff is always helpful and parking is a dream come true! With large, functional floor plans, washer/dryer connections and kind, pet-friendly residents, you’ll be prepared to stay! I relocated after being a long-time resident for a new job and at the first chance I moved back here as this complex is truly a hidden gem in the neighborhood.
The property manager is so rude to residents. Every time I go in and pay my rent she has an attitude. Whenever I bring a concern to her attention, she does not want to hear it. She address a matter in a rude unprofessional way. I think another place to live, I have always been professional, kind and generous every time I go in the leasing office.
