Don’t move here there are places that are cheaper that are nicer nothing here works you may see nice pictures of that pool but it’s green and yk what when it summer people let there dogs swim in it so if u do move here have fun swimming in dog germs I see so many people around me it’s hilarious it used to be nice here but it’s not worth it for how much your paying
Nothing works. Literally. Gates, Outlets, smoke alarms, the vent above the stove, dishwasher tilts out of its place, your carpet lifts as well. Unsafe. And if you have multiple cars. Good luck, parking is hardly available in the entire complex for those with more then one vehicle. May say “Gated community” but there’s always homeless walking around here, it’s disgusting. Tried talking to the ladies in the office nicely about the parking and was basically yelled at. Don’t move here. Saving you trouble
You’re allowed to have one vehicle per adult on lease but only allowed one parking space at night there’s no available parking and if you aren’t in a spot you will be towed RENTERS BEWARE
Prepare to be towed when you have no where to park
My husband and I lived here once before. Never had problems of any kind. Management staff were always great to us. Any maintenance issues were resolved quickly and efficiently. We left to care for a family member. When it came time to find another apartment we came back to Torrey Ridge. One of the office staff Anna work very hard to get a apartment ready for us! The upgrades were done beautifully. We have always loved the walking trail and our grandkids love all the amenities as well. Pools, playground etc.. A special thank you for making us feel special!
They don't tell you that everything is separate from your rent your water your gas your heat and tell you sign your papers. And it took them 2 and a 1/2 weeks to send pass control in the miles to take care of my aunt problem I called them 3 times for maintenance to come fix my dishwasher which I eventually end up fixing myself this place is a joke it's nasty gross don't move here if I could move out without voiding my contract I would

We are sorry you feel this way. We strive to improve and take all our residents issues into account. We do make it clear when we hold an apartment along with going over your rental agreement which you sign that utilities are not included in the rents. In regards to your work order request, quick response is a given here and sometimes there may be parts that are required for order for repair which may take a few business days once an order is placed. We do reach out to follow up with our residents once a work order has been completed. In regards to treatment of pest control, we inform you that pest control is scheduled for your unit upon request and free of charge to our residents. We do schedule immediately upon notification of pest issues.
Super bad paint job. All doors and cabins that they paint is basically stuck because they leave it shut right after they paint, so when you open it, it takes off the paint. All the clips for the cabins are basically breaking apart because it is so cheap. Floor top for the kitchen is so cheap that it will leave stains. Most of the outlets are so loose it's useless because right when you plug it in it comes out. Have mold problems and they just paint it over and it comes right back and they will tell you that it's your fault for not opening window or using air vent in the bathroom. Cars get broken into a lot. Tow truck is always trying to tow your car and will cost you around $400 to get your car back. Cameras are useless because they can't even catch anyone and is at places that don't even need it. Only thing that is worth mentioning is the workers that maintains the grass and trees. Everything looks nice, but don't be fooled. This place is not worth what they want you to pay trust me. Find a better place for that price range.

We apologize you felt this way about your experience here. Apartments are all walked by management prior to your move in to inspect for any repairs or touch ups needed.We do strive to ensure the apartments are in excellent condition before moving in. We also conduct a walk thru inspection with you as a new resident so that we may document any previous normal wear and tear. When you are signing your rental agreement and complete your walk thru with us you are specifying that you are content and satisfied with your apartment. At any time if there are any maintenance issues we have an excellent maintenance staff to complete any work orders for the apartment. In regards to any mildew issues we do advise resident to ensure bathroom fans are run when showering. Maintenance does not paint over mildew, rather they apply a chemical treatment to deter any further growth. Vehicles parked illegally or in any unauthorized areas are subject to be towed per your rental agreement.
This place is just not even worth your time or money. The apartments are always falling apart. something is always breaking. the sliding doors are installed backwards so it is easy to break in. the door jams are dry rotted so you cant really lock your doors. the pools are super noisy and they do not enforce the pool hours so people are having a GREAT loud time EVERY night until almost 2am. so don't plan to get any sleep. also always carry mase or pepper spray if you are a single gal because there are always people hanging out in the parking lot. ALSO management if you complain to much about noise or things breaking they will start ignoring you and giving you attitude. they are super rude and don't understand that you live there and you are paying rent. I finally had to move. I no longer felt safe and I needed to get sleep. I go to work at 6 in the morning. and cant only be getting 4 hours of sleep each night with my windows rattling from the music.
Pretty quiet environment. Very friendly office staff. Nice spacious apartments. I love it here!!! I havent had any problems with anybody here.

I've lived here going on three years... The surrounding area is what some might call "the shady" part of Fresno.... But these apartments are just great... The property was once a Country Club which contributes the huge pine and palm tree that are still here and thriving! I currently rent a 2bedroom town house. (Loft , two, 3 apartment are also available) its quite and I feel safe. 3 pools a club house and a gym are just a few of the perks of living here. Bottom line its worth the walk tru... You might be surprised! PS close your windows I'd you plan on playing music past 10! Lol cause I'll rat! I need my beauty sleep!
