People around the world know Bentonville as the birthplace and corporate headquarters of Walmart, the global economic powerhouse that began as a humble Main Street storefront. And even though Walmart is the undisputed business center of the city and the region (including the hundreds of vendors who have set up shop in the area to be closer to the retail giant’s home office), Bentonville retains a very cozy, down-home environment.
Even after seeing explosive growth in recent decades, the local population is still only around 50,000, the crime rate is very low, and the public schools earn top marks. Downtown is a charming district of historic buildings and hosts the monthly First Friday celebrations, which draw thousands of folks to enjoy free music performances and check out local artists at work.

Property Ratings at Touchstone Village
Prior to new management coming in over the summer, the property as a whole was underwhelming. Maintenance was nowhere to be found, the grounds were messy and the office was hard to get ahold of. The new company has turned all of this around. Their communication is great and maintenance requests actually get fixed. There are amenities that are still down, but it looks like they’re trying to get them up and going again.
I have lived here for 7 months. Maintenance responded to 2 small problems in 24 hours. My neighbors are friendly. The children and dogs seem happy. The landscapers come once a week and do a nice job. I needed very little heat even on the coldests days. The appliances are like new. The parking lot is well lit. Osage Park is walking distance. The office is beautiful and the staff is helpful.
Beautiful place and excellent staff. And pet friendly!!

Exceptional customer service is priority one at Touchstone Village! We love our residents!! Thank you so much for the recommendation!!
Pay extra for permanent sandbags in front of your apartment because they will not fix the flooding issue. Living right next to a loud airport. threatening letters to get rid of animals without warning. Even if you pick up the waste after your dog, the maintenance men report that you have not. maintenance does not fix anything properly and it takes them weeks to come to your apartment. Ladies in the office or rude and condescending.

So sorry that we couldn't be of service to you longer! Touchstone takes great pride in all aspects of property maintenance and customer service. Wishing you well and thank you for the feedback!
I have only been here a short time, but my experience has been great. Brand new appliances, one bedroom floor plan is perfect for me, Maria and Andrea in the office were easy to deal with, and I got a perfect unit location in the complex. And being only 5 minutes from work is a bonus in the morning commute.
These apartments are really nice. I really appreciate the staff they were so helpful and knowledgeable they answered all my questions. I would highly recommend anyone to Touchstone Village.
New maintenance guys are great at least when they fix something is permanently fixed just takes a long time for them to get to you Becuase they have to fix everything the old maintenance guys messed up but the maintenance staff is really good and nice group of people when they do have the time to come fix something in your apartment is permanently fixed. still a lot of work to be done at this residence but it seems to be getting better halfway hopeful for the future of this apartment complex management staff are really nice and understanding but firm. Had a issue with a old neighbor that got physical they took care of it and made sure the person was evicted so is out with the old in with the new the new neighbors that are moving in are much nicer and Working Families no more people just sitting around doing nothing unless they are senior citizens which all of the seniors are very nice people. I feel like is a good place to have a new start moved to Arkansas a year ago hoping to stay a couple more years as things are starting to get better around here everything is near by Wal-Mart restaurants cable company Dollar General. DMV is at a walking distance right next to the apartment complex so getting in line early it's not a problem 2 hand me down places there os 1 for children which is a great place to shop if you're looking for playpens strollers for a cheap price even furniture is right next to the apartment complex daycare centers Helping Hands is all at A walking distance if you need help with utility bills free furniture go to Helping Hands they will gladly help you you also could get good cheap furniture and holiday stuff. At Helping Hands Is All in A walking distance if you enjoy walking. you want to get your GED or go back to college NWACC is right down 14th Street which I'm currently attending Nothing is perfect In Life The New Staff Are Doing A Great Job At Making Changes you can make a home here so all the Bad reveiws are over exaggerated people just need to be patient as the new management and new maintenance workers get to everyone it's not easy to fix up a mess someone else made on a over hundred Apartments at least if your new tenant coming here you have a well furnished apartment because you have the new maintenance workers worked on it unlike when I moved in here to Old maintenance workers did not do a good job.
