4 Ambassaadors- Spacious but Dated

The building is in a great location walkable to Mary Brickell Village. The parking is in a garage but there are no assigned spots and 1 spot per apartment. The units have great lighting and the layout is unique- not these cookie cutter box apartments. There is a gym with the basics and two outdoor pools. The two main issues I have: the plumbing is old and there can be issues and there is no package reception, I have had items stolen from outside my door a couple times.
