Tower 12 Apartments Address:** 215 2nd Avenue My experience at Tower 12 Apartments has been a mix of positives and negatives. On the bright side, Steven, the office manager, along with the security personnel and front desk staff, especially Jose, provided exceptional service. Their professionalism and helpfulness stood out. However, the service from the rest of the staff was disappointing. The building has three elevators, but one has been out of order for over a year, leaving residents with only two elevators. Often, another elevator is also down, leaving just one functional elevator. This causes significant delays, particularly when someone is moving in or out. The elevator issues were so severe that we frequently had to use the stairs, which is incredibly inconvenient for a 34-floor building, especially when carrying bags. The gym amenities are subpar. There is not enough proper workout equipment, and the yoga room is a letdown; the system for online classes never worked. Additionally, the building’s location in an area with a high homeless and crime rate does not help justify the overpriced apartments. The amenities and service provided do not compensate for these issues. I recommend finding a better building with more reliable elevators and better amenities.

I'm new to Tower 12. From day #1, when I first made my first phone call to the property, was impressed. Christina in leasing is gracious, kind, and patient in always answering my questions about the property, and my lease. Steve and Taryn her team, are also very, very, very accomodating in her absence. I LOVE THIS TEAM. The concierge desk with Mike, Michael, and Ryan is top notch; so much better than the front desk at Helios Apartments. They are kind, polished, professional, accomodating, and bend over backwards to help residents!!! I can't tell you enough about the people here. I REALLY LOVE THIS TEAM. The package concierge being available here is also better than Helios Apartments (they didn't have a secured system for packages and once I had $60 of merchandise stolen there). But here, they take package security very seriously. They also have community activities here! That's something they didn't have at Helios. While the facilities aren't perfect, no place is, I can deal with a few things such as drafty apartments, or the trash chute going down from time to time, or the loading dock not available for usage on Saturdays (most people's moving days). That's the only reason I didn't rate it 5 star. But would I recommend living here? Absolutely, and I already have a friend who's agreed to move in. Please consider Tower 12 if you're a responsible, conscientious tenant who wants to be a positive addition to this community.

I have lived at Tower 12 since shortly after it opened in 2017. This is a great apartment building. The management and staff have been great to deal with and have relatively low turnover and treat residents with courtesy and respect. There is a street level convenience store which is well-run and has friendly staff as well. Unlike other apartments I have lived in, I have never had a package go missing, and I order a lot of packages. I have a 2 bedroom plan and the apartment has been very quiet due to the concrete construction. The bathrooms and kitchen have a lot of storage and the appliances are top notch for the price range. If you are looking to move or stay downtown definitely check out Tower 12.

I have been a renter for 16 years and living at Tower 12 has been the best experience by far! The location is prime with a walk score of 98, the views are incredible, the building is efficient and always clean, and the staff/concierge team is top notch! If you are considering Tower 12 as your next home, you won’t be disappointed.

Amazing views. Friendly staff. Amenities are homey and actually used by the residents. Resident events are perfect for making new friends where you live. Fitness center is state of the art and with its views, very motivating to work out.

Parked in the public access garage of this building, which is also where future residents and residents park. Apparently this garage closes at 7:30PM but when paying for parking it allows you to do so until 10PM. Politely asked how to access garage and the concierge at the desk at 7:58PM on 3/18/2019 rudely says “the hours of operation is posted in at least 15-20 different locations.” Proceeds to walk us to the elevator and mutters “maybe you should learn to read 20 signs down there.” VERY RUDE. Also, as we walked down, there were NO SIGNS posting the hours where we parked. There were 4 signs telling us how to pay for parking.
