Downtown Milwaukee offers a fascinating blend of art, culture, history, and sophistication. Entertainment ranges from an evening at the opera to catching a rock concert. As the artistic hub of the city, Downtown Milwaukee is home to more than 40 art galleries. It is also home to places like the Milwaukee Public Museum, the Streets of Old Milwaukee, and the Milwaukee Riverwalk. Downtown Milwaukee is home to several smaller neighborhoods, each adding their own unique flair to the city center. These neighborhoods include the financial hub of East Town, the chic and trendy Historic Third Ward, the sports hub of Westown, and the elegant North End. The two-mile-long Riverwalk is home to some of the city's best brewpubs, restaurants, public art, and more. Downtown Milwaukee is minutes from Marquette University and the Milwaukee School of Engineering.

Property Ratings at Tower Apartments
I lived here for almost two years. The apartment is nice for what you are paying for and you get a great view of Milwaukee no matter which side you face. It is a very quiet apartment which is nice for a lot of graduate students that lived there. The building is older and the windows are not great, so a significant amount of cold air comes in during the winters which can increase your electric bill a lot. Maintenance is generally prompt. My biggest complaint, as are many people that live there, is that people smoke marijuana almost daily. I used to complain but it wasn't worth my time anymore. I know other people were experiencing this because we often get emails about it. The only thing the management does is send an email reminding every one it is illegal. It happened all hours of the day -- 7am, noon, 10pm, etc. and occurred weekly if not daily. Other than that, it was a decent place to live.
I really like living here, but the windows leak whenever it rains hard and the building staff only offers extra towels as a solution. The rent is good for downtown Milwaukee but the puddles that accumulate during a mild rainstorm are pretty annoying.
The location is great, literally right on Marquette University's Campus and a short walk from Miwaukee's Downtown and just a short drive away from Milwaukee's main attractions and entertainment districts (you can literally walk to the Bucks stadium/ Old World Third Street). Apartments are well kept and are very spacious with 24/7 very friendly guards in the lobby. The pool and Gym are great amenities to have and maintenance is easy to reach and fast to respond. Would highly recommend this property.
My fiancée and I have lived here for 3 years in a 1-bed/1-bath and moving out has been a surprisingly difficult decision. Tower has easily been the best apartment building either of us have lived in. The ONLY reason we are moving out is we need a second bedroom for a home-office and Tower doesn't have 2-bed apartments. The view alone is worth checking this place out. Our apartment faced south toward the Church of Gesu but we still had a view of the downtown skyline and the lake (also LOTS of sunlight). Going up to the rooftop pool for 4th of July fireworks is incredible as you can see whole Milwaukee skyline and every firework show going on in town, at the Summerfest grounds, and at Miller Park! Even without the view, this apartment complex is one of the best high-rise deals you are going to find in downtown Milwaukee. On-site underground parking, a guard at the front desk 24/7, a laundry room with 8 washers and 8 dryers (card-operated rather than coin), a well-stocked fitness room, lockers for dry-cleaning pick-up/drop-off, and did I mention that rooftop pool? Maintenance and the staff are always friendly, accommodating, and quick to respond. While we were searching for a 2-bed over the past few months, we visited at least 8 different downtown apartment buildings and noticed that the only ones that came close to matching Tower’s quality and convenience cost hundreds more a month for just a 1-bed! It really made us appreciate how lucky we were with Tower.
Lived here for 2.5 years until I took a job out of state. Overall a quiet community, which is understandable given there are only studio and 1BR units available. Daytime and nighttime view are incredible, especially from the upper floors (which had almost instantaneous hot water..how??). 24-hour security guards were always pleasant and helpful. Only have to pay electric and internet on top of rent. Great location, on one edge of Marquette's campus which also yields a 10-15 min walk to the Fiserv/Water St. If you catch the traffic light on 11th/Wells, you are literally 25 seconds from I43 or I94. Underground parking a huge bonus in winter. 20th story pool and sundeck arguably a bigger bonus in summer. Maintenance was always quick with requests, and management was always very helpful and professional. Rent maybe leaning on the expensive side, but realistically worth every dollar considering everything.
The perfect apartment for Marquette graduate students. Just a couple of blocks from campus, quiet environment, and great views overlooking campus and the the city. Covered parking is available and there's a pool on the roof!
This is an excellent apartment for grad students attending Marquette University. I currently have a studio apartment. Always quiet, I never hear my neighbors in their own rooms. Managers are quick to respond to problems and fix issues quickly. It was a great place to live.
The apartment building is located on the Marquette campus near the law school. It only takes graduate students or professionals as tenants. Never had issues with noise level. Staff is very pleasant and helpful. Would highly recommend living here!
