The city of Concord is a large suburb of North Carolina, located just 25 miles northeast of Charlotte. Concord’s history with car racing is legendary, and if you’re interested in renting in the city, you will likely be spending some of your free time at the track!
The Charlotte Motor Speedway is a major NASCAR racing venue and one of the city’s biggest attractions with drag racing, dirt tracks, and a 138,000-seat stadium. This major tourist destination has hosted races such as the Coca-Cola 600, the Bank of America 500, and the Sprint All-Star Race. The first car race was held here in 1960, and the engines haven’t quieted since!
But there’s more to Concord than just the hype of racing. This city is one of Charlotte’s fastest-growing suburbs, and with Downtown Charlotte within quick driving distance, there are plenty of work and entertainment options for Concord residents.

Property Ratings at Tower Place
They take months to fix leaks and there's mold growing. Not to mention bugs coming in from who knows where. I feel sick here and stuff is always breaking and it is dirty.

As others have said, while this apartment complex was built well and is relatively quiet - recent management changes and the new owner have caused the property to go downhill. Maintenance requests take way too long, trash is not properly taken care of and the pool was not opened this year. I urge you to look elsewhere.
This place advertises a pool and other amenities but pool is literally chained shut and residents are told that’s not what rent pays for. They started charging extra for valet trash when they can’t even keep up with the amenities advertised. The trash is also only picked up on certain days and then the dumpster is shut or overflowing the rest of the days. Mice and bugs are more prevalent now that trash is left in the breezeways. Repairs take forever too and nothing is offered for the inconvenience.
This used to be a nice place. New ownership, and it is going downhill. Management does not respond to emails. Apartments do not get work done when there’s an issue. The property looks horrible. No amenities. I know the website says they are but there are not. For example, the pool has not been open in two years. For the price they’re asking you can find something better.
Dont think about it. The new company bought it about a year and a half ago and they cannot keep a manager to save their life. The dumpster is always overflowing, homeless people use the bathroom near the pool. The pool has been closed and not usable for two years. Do not come here.!
Go somewhere else where you can at least be treated right and have better amenities. New mgmt company is horrible and only wants your money while doing the bare minimum and without caring about the resident's needs or happiness. New lease is 3x longer than last and has a laundry list of rules dictating what you can and can't do.. more than any apt I have ever seen! Multiple intrusive emails/texts each week for random things that leads to constant disturbances, also been in our apts 3x in a handful of months for various reasons, microtransactions are everywhere!! (including fees for basic services such as the luxury of simply putting trash in the dumpster - you read that right!) major rent increases, service reduction (ie won't accept packages anymore or take rent payments which forces you to pay online where *surprise* another fee just to pay.. even for ACH. They are so petty that they even took away the garbage can by the mailboxes so you can't even throw away junk mail. My requirements are few. I pay on time every time, keep my apt tidy, and don't bother my neighbors...all I want is to just be left alone and treated fairly.. this seems to be a difficult concept here. Been here four years.. the vibe is way off. Used to be a little community.. now it's just another business. I don't trust this company and can't wait to leave. Which sucks.. because the apts are actually really cute and roomy and in a good location.. too bad a company ruins the experience. I miss Ashley and Jeff...
Tower Place was a phenomenal choice for my first apartment. The apartments and facilities are extremely well kept, despite being a bit older. Office staff and maintenance (especially Jeff) are awesome- and go above and beyond to help out. I would recommend moving here to anyone.
I’ve been here for almost a year now, and there’s hardly anything to complain about. The staff is very friendly and helpful (Ashley is a sweetheart) Although the exterior doesn’t seem as modern as some of the newer complexes, everything inside the apartment works, also apart from living by a semi high traffic street, the neighborhood is pretty quiet and calm. The neighbors keep to themselves and shopping centers are really close by. My only issue is with neighbors not picking up after their dogs; I’ve spoken with the staff about it and they’ve done their part but some people just don’t care to change. It’s honestly a great place to live, I’m very happy this was the complex I chose for my first apartment.
In a woodland setting, this was a very quiet, peaceful place to stay. The apartment may not be not as slick as some of the newer places, but it was moderately priced, and suited my needs perfectly. The kitchen was efficient, the a/c worked well, the bedrooms were spacious, and the staff was very helpful. We had pleasant, friendly neighbors who observed the nightly quiet hours. I would highly recommend renting here, whether you are in a single working person or in family group.
Quiet, clean and safe. Great neighborhood, good location. Lisa, Ashley and Jeff from the leasing office are great, so accommodating and friendly. I love it here!
I have lived in Charlotte and the surrounding areas for 15 years, and Tower Place Apartments is by far the best place I have lived. I have lived at Tower Place 6 years, and it has been wonderful. Lisa, Ashley and Jeff couldn't be more helpful, nice, courteous and just overall good people. The complex is quiet, the people are friendly, and your neighbors look out for you. Tower Place has a very cozy, friendly and lovely atmosphere. Its the type of environment where your child can go out and play and you dont have to worry about anything happening, and that's rare now a days. I would highly recommend moving into Tower Place, the people are awesome, it's in a great school district and a 5 minute drive away from anything you may need.
I've lived at Tower Place for almost two years now and I can definitely say that it has been a positive experience. Lisa, Ashley and Jeff are all very responsive, helpful and can tell they truly care about their residents! The area itself is quiet, but very accessible to Harrisburg, Concord and a short drive from Charlotte. The pool is a wonderfully clean area that's lots of fun in the summer! It's a very safe complex, I feel fine taking my dogs out alone, and there are plenty of doggy stations so that residents can pick up (and most of them do!) after their dogs. I love the apartment was clean when I moved in and I have a great porch with a view of the woods and creek. I haven't needed much maintenance, but when I do, Jeff is very quick and responding and fixing whatever it is! If you're looking for a quiet, friendly place then this is definitely a spot to check out!
We have lived here a little over a year. Very blessed to have found such a clean and quiet complex with lots of trees and well kept grounds. Lisa and Ashley in the office are very friendly and helpful and on top of any issues brought to their attention. Any maintenance need is attended to quickly by Jeff. Our neighbors are friendly and courteous. Our 3 bedroom apartment is very roomy and has lots of storage. We would highly recommend Tower Place Apartments to our friends and family. Tower Place is located near a park with walking trails and other amenities. Close to shopping and restaurants.
I moved here in July after checking out many complexes in the area. I'm so glad I chose Tower Place Apartments. The main building area is always clean and well-kept, and the management is always nice and very amiable. They make a point to learn who you are. During the warmer times of the year, the pool are is very well maintained and kept generally quiet, so it's very enjoyable. As for the properties, I love my apartment. I live in a 2-bedroom unit with very respectful neighbors and the features are very pretty (with the vaulted ceilings and fireplace). The parking lots are clean and finding a spot is always easy. Very glad I chose Tower Place!
My pet and I been here 3 years in a 1 bedroom apartment. Roomy living room, bedroom and bathroom but kitchen is kind of small and not much cabinet space. The complex is rather quiet, many trees so gives a feeling of being woodsy. Most tenants are friendly and say hello, the grounds are clean and landscaping is kept up. The pool is large, clean and plenty of umbrellas & chairs, it's open long hours each day of the season. Cannot say enough about the staff Lisa & Ashley, they are so nice. They keep us informed of issues or updates and they keep our packages safe in the office. They are so accommodating to our needs, they want us to be happy tenants. Maintenance man Jeff keeps the place in order and if there is a problem, he will come right away. Love my location, easy to get to my job in N. Charlotte & I-485, very close to Frank Liske Park, grocery stores, restaurants, malls and I-85, Hwy 49 and Concord Parkway. I recommend the complex that is why I stay, it is my home. Chris M.
Tower Place Apartments is a great place to live. The area is well kept and the staff is very helpful. For apartment living, the closets and bedrooms are very spacious. When it comes to noise, you can sometimes hear your neighbors talking (which is normal for most apartments). Also, if you are living on a lower level you can hear people walking above you(again... normal for most apartments). This apartment is very pet friendly. Although this apartment complex does not have a designated area for children to play, the park is very close. For the price and location, you really can't beat this apartment.
This complex is close enough to Charlotte that I can get anywhere I need to go in a decent amount of time, yet far enough from Charlotte that it still has the feel of small town living. Neighbors are all kind and respectful, I haven't had any complaints in almost a year of apartment living! Management and staff is all experienced, knowledgeable, and helpful in all matters.
Tower Place is such a cozy, quiet, and all-around great place to stay! Moving here almost 2 years ago was the best decision: the schools are safe (Harrisburg area schools), the apartments are tucked away from the road so they're more private, and the people here are friendly and kind. I plan on staying here for a long time to come!
I have been living in Tower Place Apartments for almost three years. The complex is clean, quiet and just what I was looking for. The staff is courteous, helpful and professional every time. It is a place where I pass my neighbor's while driving or walking my dog and they wave, even if they don't know you personally a smile is frequently offered. It is close to my good schools and a park we love. I have lived in a lot of apartments in the Cabarrus County area and this is by far a place I would recommend to a family or individual.
Michael and I having been living at Tower Place for about a year now and we can finally call somewhere home. After having a very awful experience at an apartment complex we were recommended by a friend to try out this community. We fell in love with our apartment. Then after we got out first 4 legged baby and found out how easy it was to settle her in we knew we were going to stay for a while. They have NO pet rent, no huge breed restrictions, and they were very easy about us choosing out puppy ( we did have to put in the deposit). It is a very safe community and it is located perfect for us to get to anywhere we need to go. Lisa and her staff are so easy to work with. And Jeff fixes issues in your apartment very quickly and efficiently. The rent is awesome for the size of our apartment and all of our neighbors are friendly and great. We really enjoy our new home.
Living here since 2006. The living space itself is laid out very nicely for the 2 bed 2 bath apartment, like a small home and not a cookie cutter complex. A good amount of room in the dining area, living room, master bed and bath. Breezeways are well lit at night. No issues with crime and have had very good experiences with anyone who's moved in. They keep on top of the grounds and keep the area very clean. Office staff and maintenance could not be nicer and are quick to help out with any issues. Packages get delivered to the office for safe keeping and was extremely efficient at Christmas time. Lived here long enough to be able to recommend this place to anyone without any hesitation.
I have lived here since November of 2015 in a 3rd floor, 2 bedroom unit. I never hear my neighbors - it's very quiet. I feel very safe here as well. Any maintenance issues are dealt with quickly and the office staff is a pleasure to work with. They feel like my family. The location can't be beat - it feels like we are out in the country but I can be at Concord Mills in 12 minutes and uptown Charlotte in 30. I highly recommend Tower Place.
I have lived at Tower Place Apartments for two years and I love it here. Very lovely apartment complex and well maintained. The amenities are always clean and accessible, as the parking lots. The office staff ( Lisa & Ashley) and maintenance guy (Jeff) are friendly, helpful, and fast responding. It's quiet and mostly families and young professionals live here. Some of the neighbors I have met while living here will be lifelong friends. I would highly recommend Tower Place Apartments to anyone!
Tower Place is a wonderful place to live. The grounds are professionally maintained and full of mature trees giving beautiful views and privacy. The staff, Ashley, Lisa, and Jeff are friendly and courteous and take care of every need you have, they even take care of your packages so they are not left on your door step! Tower Place has a great location and is convenient to everything. If your single or have a family you will love it here!
I've lived in the apt complex for 3 years & honestly it's been great. The grounds are well kept, the office staff is professional, friendly & helpful & have become my friends. The maintenance guy is professional but he makes a connection with all tenants and he keeps the complex maintained. There's a fitness center & laundry on site & your pkgs will be safe in the office until p/u. I live in a 2 bedroom apt with plenty of space & I have to say I've enjoyed my neighbor's. Tower Place is safe, clean & a great place for family!
