Very good place to live, family friendly and love the fact that it has a playground on the complex. Love the fact that it also has a pool for the summer time to enjoy with the family.

I'm very pleased with my experience at this apartment. The maintenance staff is very responsive and the amenities are excellent! The neighbors are kind and respectful. The trash service would be the only place I see for improvement.

I like living here. It is quiet and for the most part it's clean. There is not a lot of trash outside of the bins. One thing that can improve is being able to contact the lease office when you need to ask a question more easily.

My experience has been great for the most part. The only downsides are that I am still dealing with outdated appliances and lack of storage. And I think the neighborhood is not as quiet at it used to be when I first moved in a few years ago, but it’s not bad.

Great experience. Lived here for a year now and haven’t had any troubles. Apartment is very cozy. Neighbors are nice and the dog park is perfect for my dog.

Great community, office staff is efficient and friendly. Grounds are kept up well. It would be better if residence picked up behind their dogs, but overall nice place to reside.

My favorite things about Uber here are the dog park and the pool. The apartments could use a little more attention as far as maintenance and upkeep goes.

My move in was very successful. The day of picking u my keys Ms Dijon was very sweet and patient took notes on my concerns and informed me that she would get on them on the next business day. Friendly neighbors so far. Think imma love it here.

Quiet neighborhood, friendly dogs and neighbors, clean, the landscaping guys are great! The pool is a fun area to meet the neighbors. I just want the inside grill to work.

So far in the very short week and a half since I've moved to this complex, I must say that things are very much legit for the most part. I like that the neighborhood is pretty much very quiet. It's peaceful and a very clean neighborhood. I also like that the complex implements designated areas for smoking. I wish that a lot more apartment complexes would donthe same. The front office staff was/were very friendly and knowledgeable about the questions that I had regards to moving to this neighborhood.

I've lived at the Flats at Salem for over eight years, and I consider it my home. The community is peaceful, and while I don't see my neighbors often, they are always quiet and respectful. The maintenance crew is top-notch, addressing all needs quickly and professionally. The staff is consistently courteous and goes out of their way to be helpful. I love the cleanliness of my apartment. I am happy with the amount of space and the neighborhood seems quiet, all of which I am very pleased. I am a little disappointed with the wear and tear/ age of the bathroom cabinet underneath the sink, it could definitely stand an upgrade.

It is a good apartment complex. Love that it is quiet and so far so good. Love that I am able to come home and rest and feel safe. I like the area that has a playground for kids and a pool

The flats is quiet and safe for kids. Has a playground, pool and multiple grilling areas. The summer time gets a lil busy! Old building so a-lot of maintenance issues. Doable, but price is kinda high for size and not many upgrades.

They are really good about maintenance coming to fix problems. Sometimes the residents are sloppy with their trash. Overall decent place to live.

The community itself is well kept and quiet for the most part. Issues with irresponsible pet owners that do not pick up after their pets even though there are bags a bins for this purpose. You have to watch were you step in the grass areas.

neighborhood is amazing the pool is very nice I love my 2 bedroom very spacious . The patio is also great for me . My patio door could be sealed a little better because bugs keep getting in

Nice renovations , but neighbors are very inconsiderate and loud… maintenance request are not fixed properly & timely. Management is nice during move in.
The staff is always friendly and helpful. If something comes up they are quick to correct it. I love it here. The amenities are great and it is so well maintained.
Pretty good I like the neighborhood and the community in our complex. You will always see kids, dogs, and people walking and having a great time.

I am in love with the new community that I have moved into. They have great amenities. I especially love the dog park for my larger dog. My kids are excited about the pool!

The community is beautiful. My apartment has very old appliances cabinets fixtures and blinds. Extended patio is beautiful. Staff is friendly

Just moved in. Very quiet. I love the way the grounds are taken care of and I was surprised by the goodie bag I received when I got my keys. So far so good!!!

I’ve never had any issues at this apartment! Maintenance is fast and friendly, neighbors are quiet enough and nice, and I feel good living here. The apartment is a little small but it’s not unreasonably priced

Very quiet neighborhood and clean apartment. We don't have a car yet but there's a bus stop right at the entrance to the apartment, so make it convenient to get to work.

The neighborhood is good our only issues would be that the upstairs apartments are outdated whereas the downstairs apartments have been renovated.

I really enjoy it at The Flats at Salem! The only issues I have are really out of their control with how high the rent is and some of the neighbors can be crazy. They are quick to respond with maintenance issues and overall the apartments are very cozy and just the right size for me and my roommate. The washing machines and dryers are a hit or miss though. My dryer doesn’t dry and they’ve been by to look at it a few times, but you win some you lose some

The Flats at Salem Apartments have been my home for seven years, and I couldn't be happier. The staff is incredibly helpful and accommodating, while the maintenance crew consistently goes above and beyond. The grounds are always well-kept, and the neighbors are quiet, courteous, and friendly. Considering the quality of living here, the pricing is a true bargain. Overall, it's been a wonderful experience living here.

What I like about living here is if I have an issue and place a maintenance order they come that day or the next and I never had that at any place I lived and I really love that about living here. They also keep it really nice around the complex.

Been here for 4 years and I have enjoyed it. It’s peaceful at night and the keep up on all the maintenance and it doesn’t take long for someone to come to the apartment if there is an issue.

The neighborhood is great overall.i love my apartment personally. I do feel that the office can be very strict and hungry for money at times .

Very nice and clean and quiet… except for my neighbor. It has a great doggie park that’s kept clean. It’s good to meet new neighbors in the community. The pool area is always kept clean. There is a grilling section on just about each corner. I love it here.

Residents are good, but the walls are very thin you can hear everything going on in your neighbors house. Guest parking in sign spaces. Trash dump always full

Great neighborhood, nice staff and maintenance crew. Easy access for paying. Remolded apartment is great. Lawn care is wonderful, come every 2 weeks for treatment. No bugs in the homes. Overall great experience, been here 3years

Besides my upstairs neighbors everything is GREAT! The location is perfect. I definitely feel safe. I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking for an apartment.

It’s a very great environment. I love that the pest control ACTUALLY controls the pests. It’s a hidden gem. However, wash n dryer aren’t very efficient.
